Review renewal settings і module logs. A customer payment і a completed registrar operation are separate events. Reconcile both befабоe marking a домен абоder complete.

NiceNIC does not appear in the registrar list

The selling price, registrar cost або balance does not match
Compare the same TLD, operation, term і currency. Перевірити account tier, renewal versus registration pricing, premium status і any currency conversion. Customer payment in WHMCS does not by itself prove that the cабоresponding NiceNIC registrar абоder was funded.
Scheduled tasks або renewals are not running as expected
