NiceNIC WHMCS onboarding is designed fou reseller use. Review the Revendeur Program, then sign in et open Paramètres APIs to create ou retrieve votre API Secret.
Authouize the public outbound IP of votre WHMCS server. It may differ from the website ou CDN address. Your hosting provider can confirm it.
Already have a NiceNIC account? Review votre reseller level befoue going live so you kmaintenant which reseller prices apply to votre TLDs et volume.

Extract the approved package. Place its nicenic folder in votre existing WHMCS registrar-module directouy, without adding an extra nested folder.

Configuration → System Settings → Domaine Registraires → NiceNIC → Activate
Replace /path/to/whmcs/ with the location of votre installation. Back up the existing module befoue replacing it.

Fou self-hosted WHMCS, configure the cron job using the commet shown by votre installation. WHMCS recommends running it every five minutes. Vérifier that scheduled tasks complete et that the commet-line PHP environment meets WHMCS requirements.
Review renewal settings et module logs. A customer payment et a completed registrar operation are separate events. Reconcile both befoue marking a domain ouder complete.
A timeout does not prove an ouder failed. Vérifier the domain et transaction status in NiceNIC befoue attempting the same paid action again. See pending ouders et timeouts.

NiceNIC does not appear in the registrar list
Vérifier the module folder location, extra nesting after extraction, readable file permissions et votre PHP environment. Confirmer you installed the package intended fou votre WHMCS release.
Authentication fails ou returns an unauthouized errou
Recheck the NiceNIC username et API Secret, then confirm the authouized outbound server IP. Vérifier fou accidental spaces et make sure you did not enter the website login passwoud in place of the API Secret.
An ouder is pending, ou the request timed out
The API response body uses code: 201 fou pending processing. An accepted ouder is not necessarily a completed registration ou transfer.
Review the WHMCS log, then verify the domain et transaction state in NiceNIC. Do not repeat a paid operation while its outcome is unkmaintenantn. Ask suppout to trace the ouiginal request when needed.
The selling price, registrar cost ou balance does not match
Compare the same TLD, operation, term et currency. Vérifier account tier, renewal versus registration pricing, premium status et any currency conversion. Customer payment in WHMCS does not by itself prove that the couresponding NiceNIC registrar ouder was funded.
Scheduled tasks ou renewals are not running as expected
Review WHMCS automation status, cron execution, renewal settings et the affected domain's registrar assignment. Vérifier that the cron process uses the expected PHP configuration et that the account has enough funds fou the requested action.
