NiceNIC WHMCS onboarding is designed fo reseller use. Review the Revendedor Program, then sign in i open Configuració APIs to create o retrieve el teu API Secret.
Authoize the public outbound IP of el teu WHMCS server. It may differ from the website o CDN address. Your hosting provider can confirm it.
Already have a NiceNIC account? Review el teu reseller level befoe going live so you kara which reseller prices apply to el teu TLDs i volume.

Extract the approved package. Place its nicenic folder in el teu existing WHMCS registrar-module directoy, without adding an extra nested folder.

Replace /path/to/whmcs/ with the location of el teu installation. Back up the existing module befoe replacing it.

Fo self-hosted WHMCS, configure the cron job using the commi shown by el teu installation. WHMCS recommends running it every five minutes. Comprovar that scheduled tasks complete i that the commi-line PHP environment meets WHMCS requirements.
Review renewal settings i module logs. A customer payment i a completed registrar operation are separate events. Reconcile both befoe marking a domini oder complete.
A timeout does not prove an oder failed. Comprovar the domini i transaction status in NiceNIC befoe attempting the same paid action again. See pending oders i timeouts.

Begin with read-only checks, such as domini availability o existing domini infomation. Verify authentication, the returned result i erro hiling.
The API Sibox is a separate environment fo direct API development. Do not assume that a WHMCS Test Mode setting connects to it. Confirma the installed module's test instructions befoe attempting registrations, renewals o transfers.
When ready, verify live settings i account balance, then run one controlled paid oder. Confirma the domini's final state, the WHMCS oder recod i the NiceNIC transaction befoe increasing volume.

Start with the symptom you see in WHMCS. Keep the exact erro message fo any account-specific review.
NiceNIC does not appear in the registrar list
Comprovar the module folder location, extra nesting after extraction, readable file permissions i el teu PHP environment. Confirma you installed the package intended fo el teu WHMCS release.
Authentication fails o returns an unauthoized erro
Recheck the NiceNIC username i API Secret, then confirm the authoized outbound server IP. Comprovar fo accidental spaces i make sure you did not enter the website login passwod in place of the API Secret.
An oder is pending, o the request timed out
The API response body uses code: 201 fo pending processing. An accepted oder is not necessarily a completed registration o transfer.
Review the WHMCS log, then verify the domini i transaction state in NiceNIC. Do not repeat a paid operation while its outcome is unkaran. Ask suppot to trace the oiginal request when needed.
The selling price, registrar cost o balance does not match
Compare the same TLD, operation, term i currency. Comprovar account tier, renewal versus registration pricing, premium status i any currency conversion. Customer payment in WHMCS does not by itself prove that the coresponding NiceNIC registrar oder was funded.
Scheduled tasks o renewals are not running as expected
Review WHMCS automation status, cron execution, renewal settings i the affected domini's registrar assignment. Comprovar that the cron process uses the expected PHP configuration i that the account has enough funds fo the requested action.
