Boulevards New Media Inc sells Denver.com in 7-figure deal

Boulverards New Media Inc has recently sold the domain name Denver.com to Peter Niederman,CEO of Kentwood Real Estate, in a seven figure deal. According to DNJournal, both parties confirmed that it was a seven figure sale. However, neither Boulevards New Media Inc. , nor Peter Niederman haven't revealed the exact figures of the deal.

"I viewed the purchase of Denver.com as a unique and historic opportunity. To acquire the intuitive Internet brand of a world-class city like Denver is very rare. It fits in perfectly with Kentwood Real Estate’s strategic Internet vision of integrating lifestyle and neighborhood-specific content with real estate services," said Peter Niederman.

Boulevards will continue to operate Denver.com, according to the agreement between the parties.

Boulverards New Media Inc is the largest owner of top tier U.S. cities. The company owns and operates domains like: Dallas.com , Seattle.com, LosAngeles.com, SanFrancisco.com and Houston.com.
