Triple A gateway doesn't accept partial payment, what to do?

Dear valued customer,

Recently Registrar NiceNIC launched the automatic crypto payment via Triple A and Binance.

The Triple A gateway doesn't accept partial payment, namely the transferred crypto amount on the next page is different from the amount that you entered on the previous page.

Here are 2 solutions:

#1 Please make the second payment to replenish the difference amount, then both your first payment and your second payment will be credited to your account automatically.

#2 Please make the second payment and pay in full amount that you would enter, no partial payment again, then your account will be credited automatically. Regarding to the first payment, please just wait for 24 hours, the Triple A gateway will refund the failed payment automatically. Please be gently reminded we as the merchant has no access to proactively return the crypto.
