1. Scope และ Purpose

1.1 This Policy explains the general post-expiration process that may apply to โดเมน names managed through NiceNIC, including expiration, renewal, redemption, expired โดเมน auction, pending delete status, และ release of a โดเมน name back to the public registration pool.

2. Definitions

Fหรือ purposes of this Policy:

2.1 “Expiration Date” means the date on which a โดเมน name registration term ends.

2.2 “Grace Period” means any post-expiration period during which renewal may still be possible at the stและard renewal fee, subject to the applicable TLD และ registry rules.

2.3 “Redemption Grace Period” หรือ “RGP” means the post-deletion recovery period, wที่นี่ available, during which an expired โดเมน name may still be restหรือable fหรือ an additional redemption fee plus the applicable renewal fee.

3. Effect of Expiration

3.1 Upon expiration, a โดเมน name may stop resolving, และ any website, email บริการ, หรือ other บริการ associated with the โดเมน name may cease functioning immediately หรือ shหรือtly tที่นี่after.

3.3 Expiration does not mean that the โดเมน name immediately becomes available to the public. Depending on the applicable TLD และ registry rules, the โดเมน name may pass through one หรือ mหรือe stages, including grace period, auction, redemption, pending delete, และ eventual release.

4.1 NiceNIC may send renewal reminders และ expiration-related notices befหรือe และ after expiration, as required by applicable policy หรือ as part of NiceNIC’s stและard operational process.

5.1 Fหรือ many generic TLDs, an expired โดเมน name may remain renewable fหรือ approximately thirty (30) days after the Expiration Date at the stและard renewal fee. This is a general reference only และ may vary by TLD.

5.3 NiceNIC reserves the right to determine whether a โดเมน name remains eligible fหรือ stและard renewal, redemption, หรือ other recovery based on the applicable TLD, registry status, auction status, และ operational feasibility.

6.2 Fหรือ Eligible โดเมน under NiceNIC’s stและard expired-โดเมน process, the following general timeline may apply:

Day 0 after expiration

The โดเมน name expires. The registrant may generally renew the โดเมน name at the stและard renewal fee during the initial post-expiration period, subject to applicable rules.

Day 26 after expiration

The โดเมน name may enter expired โดเมน auction. ที่ this stage, the registrant may still be able to renew the โดเมน name at the stและard renewal fee, unless otherwise restricted by the applicable process.

Day 31 after expiration

หาก tที่นี่ is no active bid, the registrant may still be able to recover the โดเมน name by paying the stและard renewal fee plus the applicable redemption fee.

Day 37 after expiration

Day 41 after expiration

The final closeout auction may end. หาก the โดเมน name was not sold หรือ otherwise committed to sale, recovery may still be possible fหรือ a limited period, subject to the applicable TLD, registry rules, และ NiceNIC’s operational process.

Day 74 after expiration

The โดเมน name may be removed from the registrant’s account และ may no longer be renewable หรือ restหรือable through NiceNIC. After that point, the โดเมน name may become available fหรือ re-registration only after the registry releases it.

6.3 Once an Eligible โดเมน has an active bid, pending ซื้อ, completed sale, หรือ other sale commitment under the expired-โดเมน process, the registrant’s right to renew หรือ restหรือe the โดเมน name may be terminated หรือ restricted.

6.4 NiceNIC does not guarantee that a โดเมน name will remain recoverable until the end of any stated period if the โดเมน is subject to auction, sale, registry restriction, หรือ another applicable limitation.

7. Redemption Grace Period

7.1 หาก an expired โดเมน name is not renewed during the applicable grace period และ if the applicable TLD suppหรือts restหรือation after deletion, the โดเมน name may enter the Redemption Grace Period.

7.2 During the Redemption Grace Period:

(a) the โดเมน name may stop resolving;

(b) website และ email บริการs may remain unavailable;

(c) the โดเมน name generally cannot be modified หรือ transferred; และ

(d) restหรือation, if available, will require payment of the applicable redemption fee, the applicable renewal fee, และ any taxes หรือ mและatหรือy fees.

7.3 Restหรือation during the Redemption Grace Period is not guaranteed และ remains subject to registry suppหรือt, operational feasibility, the โดเมน’s current status, และ the absence of auction หรือ sale restrictions.

8. Pending Delete และ Final Release

8.1 หาก a โดเมน name is not renewed หรือ restหรือed during the applicable recovery periods, it may enter the Pending Delete stage, wที่นี่ suppหรือted by the applicable TLD.

8.2 During Pending Delete, the โดเมน name cannot be renewed, restหรือed, transferred, หรือ modified.

8.3 Fหรือ many generic TLDs, Pending Delete lasts approximately five (5) days. After that stage ends, the registry may release the โดเมน name to the public fหรือ re-registration.

8.4 NiceNIC does not guarantee the exact time, date, หรือ availability of a โดเมน name once it is released by the registry, และ NiceNIC does not guarantee that the fหรือmer registrant will be able to re-จดทะเบียน the โดเมน name.

9. TLD-Specific Variations

9.1 ไม่t all TLDs follow the stและard lifecycle described above. Certain ccTLDs และ other TLDs may have shหรือter grace periods, no redemption period, no pending delete stage, หรือ earlier renewal deadlines imposed by the registry.

9.2 The following TLD-specific rules may apply, subject at all times to registry changes และ the controlling registry rules:

9.2.1 TLDs generally following the common lifecycle

Many ccTLDs generally follow a lifecycle similar to the stและard expiration, grace, redemption, และ deletion process, including, fหรือ example:

.AI, .BZ, .CA, .CC, .CO, .FM, .ID, .IN, .IO, .ME, .MX, .PW, .TV, .UK, .US, และ .WS.

9.2.2 TLDs with no Pending Delete stage

Certain TLDs may not have a Pending Delete stage และ may be released immediately after the end of their applicable redemption หรือ recovery period, including, fหรือ example:

.ES, .EU, .FR, .IS, .LI, .NL, .PE, และ .PH (noting that .PH may also follow its own separate registry-specific process).

9.2.3 TLDs requiring renewal befหรือe the actual expiration date

The following TLDs may need to be renewed twelve (12) days befหรือe the actual Expiration Date. หาก not renewed in time, they may enter a recovery stage immediately, regardless of the number of calendar days remaining befหรือe expiration:

.CH, .ES, .FR, .LI, .PE, .SG, .COM.SG, .COM.AU, .ORG.AU, และ .NET.AU.

9.2.4 TLDs requiring action five (5) days befหรือe expiration

The following TLDs may need to be renewed manually หรือ by auto-renewal no later than five (5) days befหรือe expiration และ may otherwise enter a recovery หรือ restricted state befหรือe the actual Expiration Date:

.CX, .DE, .EU, และ .NL.

9.2.5 .CM โดเมนs

.CM โดเมน names generally do not enter a redemption period และ may be sent fหรือ deletion on the actual Expiration Date. They may become available fหรือ public registration on the same day they expire, subject to registry release practices.

9.2.6 .GG โดเมนs

.GG โดเมน names may be reactivated from the customer account fหรือ approximately twenty-eight (28) days after expiration. They may then enter a recovery stage between approximately Day 28 และ Day 30 after expiration. Once in that stage, reactivation may only be possible through NiceNIC Suppหรือt fหรือ approximately twenty-six (26) additional days.

9.2.7 .PH, .COM.PH, .NET.PH, และ .ORG.PH โดเมนs

These โดเมนs may not suppหรือt a stและard Redemption Grace Period. Reactivation may still be possible within approximately thirty (30) days after expiration through the NiceNIC account at the regular renewal cost, depending on the registry status. หาก the โดเมน is no longer visible in the account but is not yet publicly available, the customer should contact NiceNIC Suppหรือt immediately.

9.2.8 .UK โดเมนs, including second-level .UK โดเมนs

.UK โดเมน names, including .CO.UK, .ME.UK, และ .ORG.UK, may generally have a thirty (30)-day post-expiration renewal period. After that time, the โดเมน name may remain recoverable without a separate redemption fee until its release, which may occur approximately ninety (90) days after expiration. หาก a .UK โดเมน name has expired fหรือ mหรือe than thirty (30) days but has not yet been released และ no longer appears in the account, the customer should contact NiceNIC Suppหรือt promptly.

9.2.9 .TO โดเมนs

.TO โดเมน names may only be reactivated during approximately twenty-seven (27) days after expiration. They generally do not suppหรือt a stและard Redemption Grace Period. After that point, they may be reserved by the registry และ may no longer be recoverable.

9.2.10 .NU โดเมนs

.NU โดเมน names may be reactivated in the หรือdinary manner within approximately seven (7) days after expiration. หาก not renewed within that period, they may enter an approximately sixty (60)-day recovery period during which restหรือation may still be possible through NiceNIC Suppหรือt.

9.3 The TLD-specific infหรือmation above is provided fหรือ general reference only และ may change at any time based on registry policy, registry system changes, หรือ operational requirements. Customers should contact NiceNIC Suppหรือt fหรือ current TLD-specific recovery infหรือmation.

10. Fees และ ชำระเงินments

10.1 Stและard renewal fees, redemption fees, restหรือation fees, auction-related fees, และ any other applicable charges shall be those listed by NiceNIC at the time of processing หรือ otherwise communicated by NiceNIC.

10.2 Redemption หรือ restหรือation requires payment in full of all applicable fees befหรือe processing.

(b) that an expired โดเมน name will not enter auction;

(d) that the registry will suppหรือt restหรือation; หรือ

(e) the exact date หรือ time when a deleted โดเมน name will be released to the public.

11.3 You ackตอนนี้ledge that delayed action may result in additional fees, loss of recovery rights, interruption of บริการ, auction sale, หรือ permanent loss of the โดเมน name.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

13. Changes to This Policy

13.1 NiceNIC may update หรือ revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in registry rules, ICANN requirements, operational processes, legal requirements, หรือ บริการ arrangements.

13.2 The latest version published on NiceNIC’s website shall apply from its stated effective date, unless otherwise required by law หรือ contract.

3. The typical delivery time ranges from 1 to 14 business days, depending on registry processing และ third-party provider operations.

4. หาก, fหรือ any reason, the selected โดเมน becomes unavailable หรือ undeliverable after ซื้อ, the Platfหรือm will issue a full refund to the user’s account balance.

4. User Rights และ Responsibilities

2. Users must ensure that all provided account และ payment infหรือmation is accurate และ lawful.

3. Users shall not engage in malicious activity, technical disruption, หรือ behaviหรือ that interferes with the nหรือmal functioning of the Platfหรือm.

4. Upon acquiring a โดเมน, the User agrees to comply with the applicable rules และ policies of the cหรือresponding โดเมน registry, including any legal หรือ regulatหรือy obligations.

5. Platfหรือm Rights และ Responsibilities

1. The Platfหรือm will provide โดเมน transaction บริการs in accหรือdance with this Agreement และ strive to protect user interests.

2. The Platfหรือm reserves the right to verify user identity, payment legitimacy, และ transaction authenticity.

3. The Platfหรือm retains the right to update, adjust, หรือ remove ซื้อ ไม่w โดเมน from listing at its sole discretion และ without priหรือ notice.

6. Disclaimer

3. The Platfหรือm shall not be held responsible fหรือ บริการ interruptions, data loss, หรือ failed transactions resulting from fหรือce majeure events หรือ uncontrollable technical issues, though reasonable effหรือts will be made to assist the User in resolving any such issues.

7. Governing Law และ Dispute Resolution

1. This Agreement shall be governed by และ construed in accหรือdance with the laws of ฮ่องกง.

2. Any dispute arising from the execution หรือ perfหรือmance of this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. หาก negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court located in the jurisdiction of the Platfหรือm’s headquarters.

8. Miscellaneous

1. This Agreement becomes effective upon the User’s submission of a ซื้อ ไม่w โดเมน หรือder.

2. Your Representations

We will cancel, transfer หรือ otherwise make changes to โดเมน name registrations under the following circumstances:

1. subject to the provisions of Paragraph 8, our receipt of written หรือ appropriate electronic instructions from you หรือ ของคุณ authหรือized agent to take such action;

2. our receipt of an หรือder from a court หรือ arบิตral tribunal, in each case of competent jurisdiction, requiring such action; และ/หรือ

3. our receipt of a decision of an Administrative Panel requiring such action in any administrative proceeding to which you were a party และ which was conducted under this Policy หรือ a later version of this Policy adopted by ICANN. (See Paragraph 4(i) และ (k) below.)

4. Mและatหรือy Administrative Proceeding

This Paragraph sets fหรือth the type of disputes fหรือ which you are required to submit to a mและatหรือy administrative proceeding. These proceedings will be conducted befหรือe one of the administrative-dispute-resolution บริการ providers listed ที่นี่ (each, a "Provider").

1. Applicable Disputes. You are required to submit to a mและatหรือy administrative proceeding in the event that a third party (a "complainant") asserts to the applicable Provider, in compliance with the Rules of Procedure, that

2. you have no rights หรือ legitimate interests in respect of the โดเมน name; และ

In the administrative proceeding, the complainant must prove that each of these three elements are present.

2. Evidence of การจดทะเบียน และ Use in แย่ Faith. Fหรือ the purposes of Paragraph 4(a)(iii), the following circumstances, in particular but without limitation, if found by the Panel to be present, shall be evidence of the registration และ use of a โดเมน name in bad faith:

1. circumstances indicating that you have จดทะเบียนed หรือ you have acquired the โดเมน name primarily fหรือ the purpose of selling, renting, หรือ otherwise transferring the โดเมน name registration to the complainant who is the owner of the trademark หรือ บริการ mark หรือ to a competitหรือ of that complainant, fหรือ valuable consideration in excess of ของคุณ documented out-of-pocket costs directly related to the โดเมน name; หรือ

4. by using the โดเมน name, you have intentionally attempted to attract, fหรือ commercial gain, Internet users to ของคุณ web site หรือ other on-line location, by creating a likelihood of confusion with the complainant's mark as to the source, sponsหรือship, affiliation, หรือ endหรือsement of ของคุณ web site หรือ location หรือ of a product หรือ บริการ on ของคุณ web site หรือ location.

3. How to Demonstrate Your Rights to และ Legitimate Interests in the ชื่อโดเมน in Responding to a Complaint. When you receive a complaint, you should refer to Paragraph 5 of the Rules of Procedure in determining how ของคุณ response should be prepared. Any of the following circumstances, in particular but without limitation, if found by the Panel to be proved based on its evaluation of all evidence presented, shall demonstrate ของคุณ rights หรือ legitimate interests to the โดเมน name fหรือ purposes of Paragraph 4(a)(ii):

4. Selection of Provider. The complainant shall select the Provider from among those approved by ICANN by submitting the complaint to that Provider. The selected Provider will administer the proceeding, except in cases of consolidation as described in Paragraph 4(f).

5. Initiation of Proceeding และ Process และ Appointment of Administrative Panel. The Rules of Procedure state the process fหรือ initiating และ conducting a proceeding และ fหรือ appointing the panel that will decide the dispute (the "Administrative Panel").

6. Consolidation. In the event of multiple disputes between you และ a complainant, either you หรือ the complainant may petition to consolidate the disputes befหรือe a single Administrative Panel. This petition shall be made to the first Administrative Panel appointed to hear a pending dispute between the parties. This Administrative Panel may consolidate befหรือe it any หรือ all such disputes in its sole discretion, provided that the disputes being consolidated are governed by this Policy หรือ a later version of this Policy adopted by ICANN.

8. Transfers during a dispute

9. Policy modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time with the permission of ICANN. We will post our revised Policy at this location at least thirty (30) calendar days befหรือe it becomes effective. Unless this Policy has already been invoked by the submission of a complaint to a Provider, in which event the version of the Policy in effect at the time it was invoked will apply to you until the dispute is over, all such changes will be binding upon you with respect to any โดเมน name registration dispute, whether the dispute arose befหรือe, on หรือ after the effective date of our change. 24. General

You agree that any notices required to be given under this Agreement by us to you will be deemed to have been given if delivered in accหรือdance with the Account และ/หรือ WHOIS infหรือmation you have provided.

26. Governing Law

1. Definitions

1.1 Dispute Resolution Panel

     The Dispute Resolution Panel shall mean an administrative panel appointed by a Dispute Resolution Provider ("Provider") to decide a Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement concerning a dispute under this Dispute Resolution Policy.

1.2 Dispute Resolution Provider

     The ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd fหรือ a โดเมน name fหรือ which the Registry received a transfer of sponsหรือship request.

1.7 Registrant

     The Registrant is the individual หรือ หรือganization that จดทะเบียนs a specific โดเมน name. This individual หรือ หรือganization holds the right to use that specific โดเมน name fหรือ a specified period of time, provided certain conditions are met และ the registration fees are paid. This person หรือ หรือganization is the "legal entity" bound by the terms of the relevant บริการ agreement with the Registry operatหรือ fหรือ the TLD in question.

1.8 Registry (Registry Operatหรือ)

1.9 Supplemental Rules

1.10 Transfer Policy

2. Dispute Resolution Process

     A ผู้รับจดทะเบียน may choose to file a dispute directly with the relevant Registry Operatหรือ. Any decisions made by the Registry Operatหรือ may be appealed to a Dispute Resolution Provider. A ผู้รับจดทะเบียน may file a dispute directly to a Dispute Resolution Provider; however, in that case the filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน would fหรือfeit any right to appeal the decision of the Dispute Resolution Provider.

2.2 Second-ระดับ - Dispute Resolution Panel

     The primary intent of this step is to provide a means fหรือ registrars to appeal decisions made by the Registry at the first level of the dispute resolution process, but it may also be used as the first step if a registrar so elects. The decision of the Dispute Resolution Panel is final, except as it may be appealed to a court of competent jurisdiction.

2.3 Statute of Limitations

     A dispute must be filed no later than six (6) months after the alleged violation of the Transfer Policy. In the case wที่นี่ a ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd alleges that a transfer was in violation of this Policy, the date the transfer was completed shall be deemed the date in which the "alleged violation" took place. 3. Dispute Procedures at the First ระดับ (Registry)

     3.1.1 Either the Gaining หรือ ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd ("Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน") may submit a Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement. This must be done in accหรือdance with the Supplemental Rules adopted by the applicable Registry Operatหรือ.

     3.1.2 The Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement shall be submitted to the Registry และ to the Respondent (the ไม่n-filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน) in electronic fหรือm และ shall:
     (i) Request that the Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement be submitted fหรือ decision in accหรือdance with the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน Transfer และ Dispute Resolution Policy และ the applicable Supplemental Rules;
     (ii) Provide the name, postal และ e-mail addresses, และ the telephone และ fax numbers of the Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน และ those representatives authหรือized by the Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน to act on behalf of the Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน in the administrative proceeding;
     (iii) Provide the name of the Respondent และ all infหรือmation (including any postal และ e-mail addresses และ telephone และ fax numbers) kตอนนี้n to Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน regarding how to contact Respondent หรือ any representative of Respondent, including contact infหรือmation based on pre-complaint dealings;

     (viii) Identify any other legal proceedings that have been commenced หรือ terminated in connection with หรือ relating to any of the โดเมน name(s) that are the subject of the complaint;
     (ix) Certify that a copy of the Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement, together with the cover sheet as prescribed by the Provider's Supplemental Rules, has been sent หรือ transmitted to the Respondent; และ
     (x) Conclude with the following statement followed by the signature of the Complainant หรือ its authหรือized representative:
           "<insert name of Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน> agrees that its claims และ remedies concerning the registration of the โดเมน name, the dispute, หรือ the dispute's resolution shall be solely against the Respondent และ waives all such claims และ remedies against the Registry Operatหรือ as well as its directหรือs, officers, employees, และ agents, except in the case of deliberate wrongdoing หรือ gross negligence."

      a. Completed Fหรือm of Authหรือization ("FOA")
      b. Copy of the WHOIS output fหรือ the date transfer was initiated, which was used to identify the authหรือized Transfer ติดต่อs
      c. Copy of evidence of identity used
      d. Copy of a bilateral agreement, final determination of a dispute resolution body หรือ court หรือder in cases when the Registrant of Recหรือd is being changed simultaneously with a ผู้รับจดทะเบียน Transfer
      e. Copies of all communications made to the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd with regard to the applicable transfer request along with any responses from the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd
  (ii) Fหรือ the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd:
      a. Completed FOA from ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd if applicable
      b. Copy of the WHOIS output fหรือ the date the transfer was initiated
      c. Relevant histหรือy of WHOIS modifications made to the applicable registration
      d. Evidence of one of the following if a transfer was denied:

• fraud;
• UDRP action;
• court หรือder;
• Registrant หรือ administrative contact identity dispute in accหรือdance with Section 4 [ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd Requirements]
• applicable payment dispute along with evidence that the registration was put on HOLD status;
• express written objection from the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder หรือ Administrative ติดต่อ;
• LOCK status along with proof of a reasonable means fหรือ the registrant to remove LOCK status as per Section __of Exhiบิต __ to this Agreement;

3.2 The ไม่n-Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน ("Respondent") shall have seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement to prepare a Response to the Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement ("Response").

3.2.1 The Response shall be submitted in electronic fหรือm to both the Registry และ Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน และ shall:
      (i) Respond specifically to the statements และ allegations contained in the Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement (This pหรือtion of the response shall comply with any wหรือd หรือ page limit set fหรือth in the Dispute Resolution Provider's Supplemental Rules.);
      (ii) Provide the name, postal และ e-mail addresses, และ the telephone และ fax numbers of the Respondent (non-filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน);
      (iii) Identify any other legal proceedings that have been commenced หรือ terminated in connection with หรือ relating to any of the โดเมน name(s) that are the subject of the Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement;
      (iv) State that a copy of the Response has been sent หรือ transmitted to the Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน;
      (v) Conclude with the following statement followed by the signature of the Respondent หรือ its authหรือized representative:
   "Respondent certifies that the infหรือmation contained in this Response is to the best of Respondent's kตอนนี้ledge complete และ accurate, that this Response is not being presented fหรือ any improper purpose, such as to harass, และ that the assertions in this Response are warranted under these Rules และ under applicable law, as it ตอนนี้ exists หรือ as it may be extended by a good-faith และ reasonable argument."; และ
     (vi) Annex any documentary หรือ other evidence upon which the Respondent relies, together with a schedule indexing such documents.

3.2.2 ที่ the request of the Respondent, the Registry Operatหรือ may, in exceptional cases, extend the period of time fหรือ the filing of the response, but in no case may the extension be mหรือe than an additional five (5) calendar days. The period may also be extended by written stipulation between the Parties, provided the stipulation is approved by the Registry Operatหรือ.

3.2.3 หาก a Respondent does not submit a response, in the absence of exceptional circumstances, the Registry Operatหรือ shall decide the dispute based upon the Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement.

3.3 Registry Operatหรือ must review all applicable documentation และ compare registrant/contact data with that contained within the authหรือitative WHOIS database และ reach a conclusion not later than 14 days after receipt of the Response.

In the case of a thick Registry, if the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd's WHOIS is not accessible หรือ invalid, the Registry Operatหรือ's WHOIS should be used. In the case of a thin Registry, if the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd's WHOIS is not accessible หรือ is invalid, the Registry Operatหรือ must notify ICANN และ place the dispute on hold until such time as the specific problem is resolved by ICANN.

3.3.3 In the case wที่นี่ a ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd denies a request fหรือ a โดเมน name transfer ("NACKs"), the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd must provide evidence of one of the factหรือs fหรือ which it is allowed to NACK. หาก the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd cannot provide evidence that demonstrates any of the factหรือs, และ the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน provides to the Registry a complete FOA with data matching that contained within the authหรือitative WHOIS database, then the transfer must be approved to be processed.

3.4 Fees fหรือ First-ระดับ Dispute Resolution Service

3.4.4 This fee will be charged after a final decision is rendered by the Registry. In the case that the Registry issues a finding of "no decision," the Registry Operatหรือ shall collect the applicable fees from the Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน.

3.5 Availability of Court Proceedings

      The procedures set fหรือth above shall not ก่อนหน้าent a ผู้รับจดทะเบียน from submitting a dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction fหรือ independent resolution befหรือe such an administrative proceeding is commenced หรือ after such proceeding is concluded. หาก a Registry Operatหรือ decides a โดเมน name registration should be transferred (either to the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน, หรือ alternatively, back from the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน to the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd), the Registry will wait fourteen (14) calendar days after it is infหรือmed of the decision befหรือe implementing that decision. The Registry will then implement the decision unless it has received during that fourteen (14) calendar day period official documentation (such as a copy of a complaint, file-stamped by the clerk of the court) that a lawsuit has commenced with respect to the impacted โดเมน name(s). หาก such documentation is received by the Registry Operatหรือ within the fourteen (14) calendar day period, the decision will not be implemented until (i) evidence is presented to the Registry Operatหรือ that the parties have resolved such dispute; (ii) evidence is presented to the Registry Operatหรือ that the lawsuit has been dismissed หรือ withdrawn; หรือ (iii) the Registry Operatหรือ receives a copy of an หรือder from such court.

4. Dispute Procedures at the Second ระดับ with a Dispute Resolution Provider

4.1 The บริการs of the Dispute Resolution Panel may be invoked in any of the following two situations:

      (i) A Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน may elect to skip the First-ระดับ dispute process at Registry level และ submit a Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement directly with a Dispute Resolution Provider;

4.2.2 The Dispute Resolution Panel appointed by the Dispute Resolution Provider must review all applicable documentation และ compare registrant/contact data with that contained within the authหรือitative WHOIS database และ reach a conclusion not later than thirty (30) days after receipt of Response from the Respondent.
     (i) หาก the data does not match the data listed in authหรือitative WHOIS, the Dispute Resolution Panel should contact each ผู้รับจดทะเบียน และ require additional documentation.

In the case of a thick Registry, if the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd's WHOIS is not accessible หรือ invalid, the applicable Registry Operatหรือ's WHOIS should be used. In the case of a thin Registry, if the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd's WHOIS is not accessible หรือ is invalid, the Dispute Resolution Provider may place the dispute on hold until such time as the problem is resolved.
     (iii) In the case wที่นี่ a ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd NACKs a transfer, the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd must provide evidence of one of the factหรือs fหรือ which it is allowed to NACK as set fหรือth in Section 3.1.4 (ii) of this Dispute Resolution Policy. หาก the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd cannot provide evidence that demonstrates any of the factหรือs, และ the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน provides to the Dispute Resolution Provider a complete FOA with data matching that contained within the authหรือitative WHOIS database at the time of the transfer request, then the transfer should be approved.
     (iv) Unlike under the First-ระดับ dispute process, the Dispute Resolution Panel may not issue a finding of "no decision." It must weigh the applicable evidence in light of the Transfer policies และ determine, based on a preponderance of the evidence, which ผู้รับจดทะเบียน should ก่อนหน้าail in the dispute และ what resolution to the Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement will appropriately redress the issues set fหรือth in the Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement.
     (v) Resolution options fหรือ the Dispute Resolution Panel are limited to the following:
  a. Approve Transfer
  b. Deny the Transfer (หรือ หรือdering the โดเมน name be returned to the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd in cases wที่นี่ a Transfer has already occurred)

4.3 Appeal of First ระดับ Dispute Decision หรือ Registry Operatหรือ Finding of "ไม่-Decision."

4.3.1 In the event that the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน which does not ก่อนหน้าail in the First-ระดับ dispute is dissatisfied by the Registry-Operatหรือ's decision, such ผู้รับจดทะเบียน may file an appeal with a Dispute Resolution Provider, provided that such appeal is filed no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the date on which the First-ระดับ decision was issued.

4.3.2 In the event that the Registry Operatหรือ issues a finding of "no-decision" in accหรือdance with Section 3.3.4 above, either ผู้รับจดทะเบียน may file an appeal of such decision with a Dispute Resolution Provider, provided that such appeal is filed no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the date on which the First-ระดับ decision was issued.

4.3.3 In either case, the document submitted by the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน to the Dispute Resolution Provider shall be referred to as an "Appeal."

4.3.4 The Appellant shall submit the Appeal in electronic fหรือm และ shall:
     (i) Request that the Appeal be submitted fหรือ decision in accหรือdance with the Policy และ these Rules;
     (ii) Provide the name, postal และ e-mail addresses, และ the telephone และ telefax numbers of the Appellant และ of any representative authหรือized by the Appellant to act on behalf of the Appellant in the administrative proceeding;
     (iii) Provide the name of the Appellee และ all infหรือmation (including any postal และ e-mail addresses และ telephone และ telefax numbers) kตอนนี้n to Appellee regarding how to contact Appellee หรือ any representative of Appellee, including contact infหรือmation based on pre-Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement และ pre-Appeal dealings;
     (iv) Specify the โดเมน name(s) that is/are the subject of the Appeal;
     (v) Specify the incident(s) which gave rise to the dispute;
     (vi) State the basis fหรือ such appeal, including specific responses to the findings of the Registry Operatหรือ in the First-ระดับ Dispute process. (This pหรือtion of the response shall comply with any wหรือd หรือ page limit set fหรือth in the Dispute Resolution Provider's Supplemental Rules);
     (vii) Specify, in accหรือdance with the Policy, the remedies sought;
     (viii) Identify any other related legal proceedings kตอนนี้n to the Appellant that have been commenced หรือ terminated in connection with หรือ relating to any of the โดเมน name(s) that are the subject of the complaint;
      (ix) State that a copy of the Appeal, together with the cover sheet as prescribed by the Dispute Resolution Provider's Supplemental Rules, has been sent หรือ transmitted to the Appellee; และ
      (x) Conclude with the following statement followed by the signature of the Appellant หรือ its authหรือized representative:
  "Appellant agrees that its claims และ remedies concerning the registration of the โดเมน name, the dispute, หรือ the dispute's resolution shall be solely against the Appellee และ waives all such claims และ remedies against the Dispute Resolution Provider และ the Registry Operatหรือ as well as their directหรือs, officers, employees, และ agents, except in the case of deliberate wrongdoing หรือ gross negligence."

4.3.5 The Appeal may relate to mหรือe than one โดเมน name, provided that the โดเมน names involve the same decision issued by the Registry Operatหรือ fหรือ the First-ระดับ Dispute.4.3.6 The Appeal shall annex any documentary evidence that was not already submitted to the Registry Operatหรือ during the First-ระดับ Dispute.

4.3.7 A Dispute Resolution Provider must request all documentation relating to the First-ระดับ Dispute from the applicable Registry Operatหรือ no later than seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the appeal. The Registry Operatหรือ shall submit such documentation to the Dispute Resolution Provider within seven (7) days of such request.

4.3.8 The Dispute Resolution Panel must review all applicable documentation และ reach a conclusion not later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the Appeal.
     (i) The Dispute Resolution Panel may submit questions to the Registry, the Appellant หรือ Appellee.
     (ii) Responses to all such questions must be received by the Dispute Resolution Panel within 7 days.
     (iii) The Dispute Resolution Panel shall review each Appeal on a De ไม่vo basis. Although the Dispute Resolution Panel is not bound by the findings of the Registry Operatหรือ in an Appeal, it shall have the discretion to consider such findings in reaching its own conclusions. The purpose of the Dispute Resolution Panel should be to make a determination as to whether the Appeal has merit based solely on the requirements of the current Transfer policy และ determine the appropriate resolution to the issues presented.

• Approval of a Transfer
• Denial of the Transfer (หรือ หรือdering the โดเมน name be returned to the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd in cases wที่นี่ a Transfer has already occurred)

4.4 Fees fหรือ Second-ระดับ Dispute Resolution Service

4.4.1 In the case of either a Request fหรือ Enfหรือcement หรือ an Appeal filed at the Second ระดับ, the applicable Dispute Resolution Provider shall determine the applicable filing fee ("Filing Fee"). The specific fees along with the terms และ conditions governing the actual payment of such fees shall be included in the Dispute Resolution Provider's Supplemental Rules.

4.4.2 In the event that the Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน หรือ Appellant, whichever applicable, does not ก่อนหน้าail in a Second-ระดับ dispute, the Filing Fees shall be retained by the Dispute Resolution Provider.

4.4.3 In the event that the Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน หรือ Appellant, whichever applicable, ก่อนหน้าails in a Second-ระดับ dispute, the Respondent หรือ Appellee, whichever applicable, must submit to the Dispute Resolution Provider, the Filing Fees within fourteen (14) calendar days after such decision. In such an event, the Dispute Resolution Provider shall refund to the Filing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน หรือ Appellant, whichever applicable, the Filing Fees, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after it receives the Filing Fees from the Respondent หรือ Appellee. Such fees must be paid regardless of whether a Court Proceeding is commenced in accหรือdance with Section 4.5 below. Failure to pay Filing Fees to the Dispute Resolution Provider may result in the loss of accreditation by ICANN.

4.5 Availability of Court Proceedings

     The procedures set fหรือth above shall not ก่อนหน้าent a ผู้รับจดทะเบียน from submitting a dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction fหรือ independent resolution befหรือe such administrative proceeding is commenced หรือ after such proceeding is concluded. หาก a Dispute Resolution Panel decides a โดเมน name registration should be transferred (either to the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน, หรือ alternatively, back from the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน to the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd), such ผู้รับจดทะเบียน will wait fourteen (14) calendar days after it is infหรือmed of the decision befหรือe implementing that decision. The Registry will then implement the decision unless it has received from either of the parties to the dispute during that fourteen (14) calendar day period official documentation (such as a copy of a complaint, file-stamped by the clerk of the court) that a lawsuit has commenced with respect to the impacted โดเมน name(s). หาก such documentation is received by the Registry, as applicable, within the fourteen (14) calendar day period, the decision will not be implemented until (i) evidence is presented that the parties have resolved such dispute; (ii) evidence is presented that the lawsuit has been dismissed หรือ withdrawn; หรือ (iii) a copy of an หรือder from such court dismissing the lawsuit หรือ หรือdering certain actions with respect to the โดเมน name.

1. ผู้รับจดทะเบียน Requirements

     ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holders must be able to transfer their โดเมน name registrations between ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs provided that the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน's transfer process meets the minimum stและards of this policy และ that such transfer is not prohiบิตed by ICANN หรือ Registry policies. Inter-ผู้รับจดทะเบียน โดเมน name transfer processes must be clear และ concise in หรือder to avoid confusion. Further, ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs should make reasonable effหรือts to infหรือm ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holders of, และ provide access to, the published documentation of the specific transfer process employed by the ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs.

1.1 Transfer Authหรือities

     The Administrative ติดต่อ และ the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder, as listed in the Losing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน's หรือ applicable Registry's (wที่นี่ available) publicly accessible WHOIS บริการ are the only parties that have the authหรือity to approve หรือ deny a transfer request to the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน. In the event of a dispute, the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder's authหรือity supersedes that of the Administrative ติดต่อ.
ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs may use WHOIS data from either the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd หรือ the relevant Registry fหรือ the purpose of verifying the authenticity of a transfer request; หรือ from another data source as determined by a consensus policy.

2. Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน Requirements

Fหรือ each instance wที่นี่ a ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder requests to transfer a โดเมน name registration to a different ผู้รับจดทะเบียน, the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน shall:
      2.1 Obtain express authหรือization from either the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder หรือ the Administrative ติดต่อ (ที่นี่after, "Transfer ติดต่อ"). Hence, a transfer may only proceed if confirmation of the transfer is received by the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน from the Transfer ติดต่อ.

     2.1.1 The authหรือization must be made via a valid Stและardized Fหรือm of Authหรือization (FOA). Tที่นี่ are two different FOA's available at the ICANN website. The FOA labeled "Initial Authหรือization fหรือ ผู้รับจดทะเบียน Transfer" must be used by the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน to request an authหรือization fหรือ a registrar transfer from the Transfer ติดต่อ. The FOA shall be communicated in English, และ any dispute arising out of a transfer request shall be conducted in the English language. ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs may choose to communicate with the Transfer ติดต่อ in additional languages. However, ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs choosing to exercise such option are responsible fหรือ the accuracy และ completeness of the translation into such additional non-English version of the FOA.

     2.1.2 In the event that the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน relies on a physical process to obtain this authหรือization, a paper copy of the FOA will suffice insofar as it has been signed by the Transfer ติดต่อ และ further that it is accompanied by a physical copy of the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd's WHOIS output fหรือ the โดเมน name in question.

     2.1.2.1 หาก the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน relies on a physical authหรือization process, then the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน assumes the burden of obtaining reliable evidence of the identity of the Transfer ติดต่อ และ maintaining appropriate recหรือds proving that such evidence was obtained. Further the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน also assumes the burden fหรือ ensuring that the entity making the request is indeed authหรือized to do so. The acceptable fหรือms of physical identity are:

• Valid Drivers license
• หนังสือเดินทาง
• Article of Incหรือpหรือation
• Military ID
• State/Government issued ID
• Birth Certificate

     2.1.3 In the event that the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน relies on an electronic process to obtain this authหรือization the acceptable fหรือms of identity would include:

• Electronic signature in confหรือmance with national legislation, in the location of the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน (if such legislation exists).
• Consent from an individual หรือ entity that has an email address matching the Transfer ติดต่อ email address. 

     The ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd may not deny a transfer request solely because it believes that the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน has not received the confirmation set fหรือth above.
A transfer must not be allowed to proceed if no confirmation is received by the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน. The presumption in all cases will be that the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน has received และ authenticated the transfer request made by a Transfer ติดต่อ.

     2.2 Request, by the transmission of a "transfer" commและ as specified in the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน ไปยังol Kit, that the Registry Operatหรือ database be changed to reflect the new ผู้รับจดทะเบียน.

     2.2.1 Transmission of a "transfer" commและ constitutes a representation on the part of the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน that the requisite authหรือization has been obtained from the Transfer ติดต่อ listed in the authหรือitative WHOIS database.

     2.2.2 The Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน is responsible fหรือ validating the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder requests to transfer โดเมน names between ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs. However, this does not preclude the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd from exercising its option to independently confirm the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder's intent to transfer its โดเมน name to the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน in accหรือdance with Section 3 of this policy.

3. Obligations of the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd

     A ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd can choose independently to confirm the intent of the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder when a notice of a pending transfer is received from the Registry. The ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd must do so in a manner consistent with the stและards set fหรือth in this agreement pertaining to Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs. In หรือder to ensure that the fหรือm of the request employed by the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd is substantially administrative และ infหรือmative in nature และ clearly provided to the Transfer ติดต่อ fหรือ the purpose of verifying the intent of the Transfer ติดต่อ, the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd must use the FOA.

     The FOA shall be communicated in English, และ any dispute arising out of a transfer request, shall be conducted in the English language. ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs may choose to communicate with the Transfer ติดต่อ in additional languages. However, the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน choosing to exercise such option is responsible fหรือ the accuracy และ completeness of the translation into such additional non-English version of the FOA. Further, such non-English communications must follow the processes และ procedures set fหรือth in this policy. This includes but is not limited to the requirement that no ผู้รับจดทะเบียน shall add any additional infหรือmation to the FOA used to obtain the consent of the Transfer ติดต่อ in the case of a transfer request.
This requirement does not preclude the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd from marketing to its existing customers through separate communications.
The FOA should be sent by the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd to the Transfer ติดต่อ as soon as operationally possible, but must be sent not later than twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the transfer request from the Registry Operatหรือ.Failure by the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd to respond within five (5) calendar days to a notification from the Registry regarding a transfer request will result in a default "approval" of the transfer.

     In the event that a Transfer ติดต่อ listed in the WHOIS has not confirmed their request to transfer with the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd และ the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd has not explicitly denied the transfer request, the default action will be that the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd must allow the transfer to proceed.
Upon denying a transfer request fหรือ any of the following reasons, the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd must provide the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder และ the potential Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน with the reason fหรือ denial. The ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd may deny a transfer request only in the following specific instances:

1. Evidence of fraud
2. UDRP action
3. Court หรือder by a court of competent jurisdiction
4. Reasonable dispute over the identity of the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder หรือ Administrative ติดต่อ
5. ไม่ payment fหรือ ก่อนหน้าious registration period (including credit card charge-backs) if the โดเมน name is past its expiration date หรือ fหรือ ก่อนหน้าious หรือ current registration periods if the โดเมน name has not yet expired. In all such cases, however, the โดเมน name must be put into "ผู้รับจดทะเบียน Hold" status by the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd priหรือ to the denial of transfer.
6. Express written objection to the transfer from the Transfer ติดต่อ. (e.g. - email, fax, paper document หรือ other processes by which the Transfer ติดต่อ has expressly และ voluntarily objected through opt-in means)
7. A โดเมน name was already in “lock status” provided that the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน provides a readily accessible และ reasonable means fหรือ the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder to remove the lock status.
8. A โดเมน name is in the first 60 days of an initial registration period.
9. A โดเมน name is within 60 days (หรือ a lesser period to be determined) after being transferred (apart from being transferred back to the หรือiginal ผู้รับจดทะเบียน in cases wที่นี่ both ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs so agree และ/หรือ wที่นี่ a decision in the dispute resolution process so directs).

Instances when the requested change of ผู้รับจดทะเบียน may not be denied include, but are not limited to:

• ไม่npayment fหรือ a pending หรือ future registration period
• ไม่ response from the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder หรือ Administrative ติดต่อ.
• โดเมน name in ผู้รับจดทะเบียน Lock สถานะ, unless the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder is provided with the reasonable oppหรือtunity และ ability to unlock the โดเมน name priหรือ to the Transfer Request.
• โดเมน name registration period time constraints, other than during the first 60 days of initial registration หรือ during the first 60 days after a registrar transfer.
• General payment defaults between ผู้รับจดทะเบียน และ business partners / affiliates in cases wที่นี่ the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder fหรือ the โดเมน in question has paid fหรือ the registration.

     The ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd has other mechanisms available to collect payment from the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder that are independent from the Transfer process. Hence, in the event of a dispute over payment, the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd must not employ transfer processes as a mechanism to secure payment fหรือ บริการs from a ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder. Exceptions to this requirement are as follows:
     (i) In the case of non-payment fหรือ ก่อนหน้าious registration period(s) if the transfer is requested after the expiration date, หรือ
     (ii) In the case of non-payment of the current registration period, if transfer is requested befหรือe the expiration date.

4. ผู้รับจดทะเบียน Coหรือdination

     Each ผู้รับจดทะเบียน is responsible fหรือ keeping copies of documentation, including the FOA และ the Transfer ติดต่อs response tที่นี่to, that may be required fหรือ filing และ suppหรือting a dispute under the dispute resolution policy. Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs must maintain copies of the FOA as received from the Transfer ติดต่อ as per the stและard document retention policies of the contracts. Copies of the reliable evidence of identity must be kept with the FOA.

     Both the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน และ the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd must provide the evidence relied on fหรือ the transfer during และ after the applicable inter-registrar โดเมน name transaction(s). Such infหรือmation must be provided when requested by, และ only by, the other ผู้รับจดทะเบียน that is party to the transfer transaction. เพิ่มitionally, ICANN, the Registry Operatหรือ, a court หรือ authหรือity with jurisdiction over the matter หรือ a third party dispute resolution panel may also require such infหรือmation within five (5) days of the request.

     The Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน must retain, และ produce pursuant to a request by a Losing ผู้รับจดทะเบียน, a written หรือ electronic copy of the FOA. In instances wที่นี่ the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd has requested copies of the FOA, the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน must fulfill the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือds request (including providing the attendant suppหรือting documentation) within five (5) calendar days. Failure to provide this documentation within the time period specified is grounds fหรือ reversal by the Registry Operatหรือ หรือ the Dispute Resolution Panel in the event that a transfer complaint is filed in accหรือdance with the requirements of this policy.

     หาก either a ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd หรือ a Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน does not believe that a transfer request was hและled in accหรือdance with the provisions of this policy, then the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน may initiate a dispute resolution procedure as set fหรือth in Section C of this policy.

     Fหรือ purposes of facilitating transfer requests, ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs should provide และ maintain a unique และ private email address fหรือ use only by other ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs และ the Registry:
     i. This email address is fหรือ issue related to transfer requests และ the procedures set fหรือth in this policy only.
     ii. The email address should be managed to ensure messages are received by someone who can respond to the transfer issue.
     iii. ข้อความs received at such email address must be responded to within a commercial reasonable timeframe not to exceed seven (7) calendar days.

5. EPP - based Registry Requirements fหรือ ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs

     In EPP-based gTLD Registries, ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs must follow the requirements set fหรือth below.
ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs must provide the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder with the unique "AuthInfo" code within five (5) calendar days of the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder's initial request if the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน does not provide facilities fหรือ the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder to generate และ manage their own unique "AuthInfo" code.

     ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs may not employ any mechanism fหรือ complying with a ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder's request to obtain the applicable "AuthInfo Code" that is mหรือe restrictive than the mechanisms used fหรือ changing any aspect of the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder's contact หรือ name server infหรือmation.

     The ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd must not refuse to release an "AuthInfo Code" to the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder solely because tที่นี่ is a dispute between the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder และ the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน over payment.

ผู้รับจดทะเบียน-generated "AuthInfo" codes must be unique on a per-โดเมน basis.
     The "Auth-Info" codes must be used solely to identify a ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder, wที่นี่as the FOA's still need to be used fหรือ authหรือization หรือ confirmation of a transfer request, as described in Section 2 และ Section 4 of this policy.

6. Registry Requirements

     Upon receipt of the "transfer" commและ from the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน, Registry Operatหรือ will transmit an electronic notification to both ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs. In the case of those Registries that use electronic mail notifications, the response notification may be sent to the unique email address established by each ผู้รับจดทะเบียน fหรือ the purpose of facilitating transfers.

     The Registry Operatหรือ shall complete the requested transfer unless, within five (5) calendar days, Registry Operatหรือ receives a NACK protocol commและ from the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd.
When the Registry's database has been updated to reflect the change to the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน, Registry Operatหรือ will transmit an electronic notification to both ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs. The notification may be sent to       the unique email address established by each ผู้รับจดทะเบียน fหรือ the purpose of facilitating transfers หรือ such other email address agreed to by the parties.
The Registry Operatหรือ shall undo a transfer if, after a transfer has occurred, the Registry Operatหรือ receives one of the notices as set fหรือth below. In such case, the transfer will be reversed และ the โดเมน name reset to its หรือiginal state. The Registry Operatหรือ must undo the transfer within five (5) calendar days of receipt of the notice except in the case of a Registry dispute decision, in which case the Registry Operatหรือ must undo the transfer within fourteen calendar days unless a court action is filed. The notice required shall be one of the following:
     i. Agreement of the ผู้รับจดทะเบียน of Recหรือd และ the Gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน sent by email, letter หรือ fax that the transfer was made by mistake หรือ was otherwise not in accหรือdance with the procedures set fหรือth in this policy;
     ii. The final determination of a dispute resolution body having jurisdiction over the transfer; หรือ
     iii. Order of a court having jurisdiction over the transfer.

7. Recหรือds of การจดทะเบียน

     Each ผู้รับจดทะเบียน shall require its customer, the ลงทะเบียนed ชื่อ Holder, to maintain its own recหรือds appropriate to document และ prove the initial โดเมน name registration date.

8. Effect on ระยะเวลา of การจดทะเบียน

     The completion by Registry Operatหรือ of a holder-authหรือized transfer under this Part A shall result in a one-ปี extension of the existing registration, provided that in no event shall the total unexpired term of a registration exceed ten (10) ปี.

B. ICANN-Approved Transfers

     Transfer of the sponsหรือship of all the registrations sponsหรือed by one ผู้รับจดทะเบียน as the result of (i) acquisition of that ผู้รับจดทะเบียน หรือ its assets by another ผู้รับจดทะเบียน, หรือ (ii) lack of accreditation of that ผู้รับจดทะเบียน หรือ lack of its authหรือization with the Registry Operatหรือ, may be made accหรือding to the following procedure:
     (a) The gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน must be accredited by ICANN fหรือ the Registry TLD และ must have in effect a Registry-ผู้รับจดทะเบียน Agreement with Registry Operatหรือ fหรือ the Registry TLD.
     (b) ICANN must certify in writing to Registry Operatหรือ that the transfer would promote the community interest, such as the interest in stability that may be threatened by the actual หรือ imminent business failure of a ผู้รับจดทะเบียน.
Upon satisfaction of these two conditions, Registry Operatหรือ will make the necessary one-time changes in the Registry database fหรือ no charge, fหรือ transfers involving 50,000 name registrations หรือ fewer. หาก the transfer involves registrations of mหรือe than 50,000 names, Registry Operatหรือ will charge the gaining ผู้รับจดทะเบียน a one-time flat fee of US$ 50,000.

C. Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy

     Procedures fหรือ hและling disputes concerning inter-registrar transfers are set fหรือth in the Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy. Procedures in this policy must be followed by the applicable Registry Operatหรือs และ ICANN accredited ผู้รับจดทะเบียนs.
