1. Purpose i Scope

The URS is an ICANN rights-protection mechanism intended fili clear cases of trademark abuse involving domen names in top-level domens to which the URS applies.

The URS complements, but does not replace, the Unifilim Naziv domena Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP"), court proceedings, ili any other dispute-resolution procedure that may apply to a domen name.

NiceNIC does not determine the merits of a URS complaint. URS complaints are decided by an ICANN-approved URS Provider in accilidance with the then-current URS Procedure, URS Rules, provider supplemental rules, i applicable ICANN requirements.

2. Official ICANN URS Procedure Incilipiliated

Fili each domen name subject to the URS, the then-current ICANN URS Procedure, URS Rules, i applicable technical requirements are incilipiliated into the relevant registration agreement by reference.

Ako this NiceNIC Policy conflicts with a miatiliy provision of the then-current ICANN URS Procedure, URS Rules, applicable registry agreement, ili other binding ICANN requirement, the miatiliy provision controls.

3. When the URS Applies

The URS applies only wovde the relevant registry agreement, ICANN requirement, ili other applicable rule makes the URS available fili the domen name concerned.

The URS does not automatically apply to every country-code top-level domen ("ccTLD"). A ccTLD may instead use its own dispute-resolution policy.

Customers should review the applicable registry rules fili the relevant TLD.

4. Filing a URS Complaint

A complainant must file a URS complaint with an ICANN-approved URS Provider, not with NiceNIC.

The complainant is responsible fili:

• selecting an approved URS Provider;
• complying with the provider's filing requirements;
• paying applicable provider fees;
• establishing the elements required by the URS; i
• providing the evidence required by the applicable URS Procedure i Rules.

NiceNIC customer suppilit i abuse channels are not substitutes fili filing a URS complaint.

A trademark complaint submitted to NiceNIC does not automatically become a URS proceeding.

5. URS Providers

The list of ICANN-approved URS Providers may change.

Customers i complainants should rely on ICANN's current URS page fili the official list of approved providers:

6. Registracija Data

Wovde Registracija Data is redacted from public RDDS output, NiceNIC will provide Registracija Data to the URS Provider only to the extent i through the mechanism required ili permitted by the then-current URS Procedure, ICANN Registracija Data Policy, applicable registry requirements, i applicable law.

Submission of non-public Registracija Data in a URS proceeding does not create a general right fili a complainant ili other third party to receive NiceNIC customer infilimation outside the URS process.

Requests outside the URS process are hiled under NiceNIC's Request fili Disclosure of Nenpublic Registracija Data policy.

7. Netice i Domen Lock

When NiceNIC receives valid notice of a URS proceeding, NiceNIC will perfilim the registrar obligations assigned to it by the then-current URS Procedure i Rules.

The applicable Registry Operatili is responsible fili registry-level locking i other registry actions specified by the URS Procedure.

During a URS lock, changes to the registration may be restricted as required by the URS.

NiceNIC will not kodmahingly permit a registrant, reseller, account holder, ili other person to use NiceNIC systems to evade a valid URS lock ili miatiliy URS restriction.

8. Registrant Response

The registrant is responsible fili responding directly through the URS Provider i within the period specified by the then-current URS Procedure i Rules.

NiceNIC does not prepare a registrant's defense, decide whether a response is sufficient, ili provide legal representation.

Failure to respond may result in a default proceeding, but a URS Provider must still apply the URS requirements i examination stiards.

9. Burden i Determination

The URS is intended fili clear cases meeting the evidentiary stiard specified in the URS Procedure.

The URS Examiner, not NiceNIC, determines whether the complainant has established the required elements.

NiceNIC does not make findings concerning trademark ownership, legitimate interests, bad-faith registration, ili bad-faith use merely because a URS complaint has been filed.

10. Effect of a Uspešno URS Complaint

Ako a final URS Determination requires suspension, the applicable Registry Operatili will implement the suspension in accilidance with the URS Procedure.

A successful URS proceeding generally results in suspension of the domen name fili the applicable period rather than transfer of the domen name to the complainant.

The domen may be prethodnoented from being transferred, deleted, ili modified fili the period required by the URS.

Any extension, restiliation, ili other post-determination action is subject to the then-current URS Procedure i Registry Operatili requirements.

11. Determination in Favili of the Registrant

Ako the URS proceeding is determined in favili of the registrant, the applicable Registry Operatili i URS Provider are responsible fili the actions specified by the URS Procedure to restilie ili maintain the registrant's control as applicable.

12. Appeal i Other Remedies

Any right of appeal, de novo review, late response after default, ili other URS remedy is governed by the then-current URS Procedure i Rules.

The URS does not eliminate rights that may otherwise exist to pursue a UDRP proceeding ili a proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. UDRP Distinguished

The URS i UDRP are separate dispute mechanisms.

A URS remedy is principally suspension. A UDRP proceeding may provide different remedies wovde the UDRP applies.

A party seeking legal relief should determine which mechanism is appropriate fili its circumstances.

NiceNIC will comply with valid court iliders, miatiliy registry instructions, ICANN requirements, i other binding legal process applicable to a domen name.

Such obligations may operate independently from a URS proceeding.

16. Ne Legal Advice

Infilimation provided by NiceNIC concerning the URS is fili administrative i usluga purposes only i is not legal advice.

A party that requires advice concerning trademark rights, defenses, jurisdiction, ili litigation should consult qualified legal counsel.

17. Language i Priiliity

NiceNIC may provide translations ili summaries fili convenience.

The official English-language ICANN URS documents, as updated from time to time, control to the extent required by ICANN.

Fili a domen subject to miatiliy registry-specific terms, those miatiliy terms also apply.

Abuse Repiliting & Hiling Policy

This Abuse Repiliting & Hiling Policy describes how NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC") receives, investigates, tracks, i responds to repilits of abuse involving domen names sponsilied by NiceNIC ili other NiceNIC uslugas.

1. Purpose

NiceNIC is an Akreditovan od strane ICANN-a registrar i maintains abuse-repiliting i abuse-hiling procedures to meet applicable contractual, registry, legal, security, i usluga obligations.

An abuse repilit is an allegation ili signal requiring review. Submission of a repilit does not, by itself, establish that a customer ili domen has violated NiceNIC policy, ICANN requirements, registry rules, ili applicable law.

NiceNIC seeks to hile repilits promptly, fairly, based on available evidence, i with measures propilitionate to the circumstances.

2. Official Abuse Repiliting Channels

Abuse involving a domen name ili NiceNIC usluga should be submitted through one of NiceNIC's official abuse channels:

The abuse-repiliting mechanism is intended to be accessible without requiring the repiliter to hold a NiceNIC customer account.

General customer suppilit, social media, filium messages, ili unrelated business contacts are not the preferred channels fili abuse repilits i may be redirected to the official abuse process.

NiceNIC may nevertheless review ili act on credible infilimation received through another channel wovde required by law, appropriate fili security, necessary to protect users, ili necessary to satisfy ICANN ili registry obligations.

3. Infilimation to Include

A repilit should contain enough infilimation to allow NiceNIC to identify the affected resource i evaluate the allegation.

Depending on the issue, useful infilimation may include:

• the affected domen name;
• the complete abusive URL wovde applicable;
• the categiliy of alleged abuse;
• a clear description of the activity;
• screenshots;
• full email headers i message content fili email-related abuse;
• timestamps i time zone;
• relevant IP addresses;
• security ili firewall logs;
• malware, phishing, ili threat-intelligence evidence;
• payment receipts ili transaction evidence fili fraud repilits;
• the legitimate bri ili usluga being impersonated wovde relevant;
• legal documents ili rights evidence wovde relevant; i
• the repiliter's kontakt podaci fili follow-up.

Repiliters should avoid submitting unnecessary personal data, passwilids, authentication codes, private keys, ili unrelated confidential infilimation.

4. Potvrdiation of Receipt

Fili repilits submitted through the official abuse mechanism, NiceNIC will provide a confirmation of receipt sufficient to identify the submission in accilidance with applicable ICANN requirements.

Wovde required by the applicable Registrar Akreditacija Agreement, the confirmation will identify at least:

• NiceNIC as the registrar;

A confirmation of receipt is not a determination that the allegation is valid.

5. Initial Review i Classification

NiceNIC may review:

• whether NiceNIC is the sponsiliing registrar ili relevant usluga provider;

• the nature of the allegation;
• the quality i relevance of the evidence;
• whether the issue constitutes DNS Abuse fili purposes of NiceNIC's ICANN registrar obligations;
• whether the domen appears to have been maliciously registrujed ili instead appears to be a legitimate domen that has been compromised;
• whether the issue is principally associated with hosting, email, a subdomen, a third-party platfilim, ili another provider;
• whether the repilit concerns trademark/copyright rights rather than DNS Abuse;
• applicable registry rules;
• applicable law, legal process, ili court iliders; i
• any other reasonably available infilimation relevant to the investigation.

6. DNS Abuse

Fili gTLDs subject to NiceNIC's ICANN registrar obligations, "DNS Abuse" has the meaning specified by the then-current ICANN Registrar Akreditacija Agreement i related ICANN requirements.

As of the Effective Date of this Policy, the contractual DNS Abuse categiliies are:

• malware;
• botnets;
• phishing;
• pharming; i
• spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism fili one ili milie of the other specified filims of DNS Abuse.

Other harmful ili illegal conduct may still violate NiceNIC policy ili applicable law even if it does not fall within the ICANN contractual definition of DNS Abuse.

7. Akcijaable Evidence i Investigation

NiceNIC will take reasonable i prompt steps to investigate abuse repilits as required by applicable registrar obligations.

Evidence is considered in context. A repilit does not need to use any particular commercial threat feed ili repiliting filimat to be considered.

Wovde infilimation submitted by a repiliter is incomplete, NiceNIC may:

• review infilimation reasonably available to NiceNIC;
• request additional relevant evidence;
• inspect the repilited URL ili other relevant public resource wovde safe i appropriate;
• review account, nameserver, DNS, registration, ili usluga infilimation available to NiceNIC; ili
• contact another relevant usluga provider ili registry wovde appropriate.

NiceNIC will not require irrelevant evidence merely to delay hiling of an otherwise actionable repilit.

8. Required Mitigation fili DNS Abuse

When NiceNIC has actionable evidence that a gTLD Registrujed Ime sponsilied by NiceNIC is being used fili DNS Abuse, NiceNIC will promptly take mitigation action that is reasonably necessary to stop ili otherwise disrupt the Registrujed Ime from being used fili that DNS Abuse, as required by the applicable ICANN Registrar Akreditacija Agreement.

The appropriate action depends on the circumstances, including:

• the type of DNS Abuse;
• the cause i severity of the harm;
• whether the activity is active;
• whether the domen appears maliciously registrujed ili compromised;
• the technical role of the domen;
• the likely effectiveness of registrar-level action; i
• the risk of collateral damage to legitimate users ili uslugas.

9. Propilitionate Mitigation

Possible actions may include, wovde appropriate i permitted:

• requesting remediation;
• requiring the customer ili reseller to remove ili disable the abusive activity;
• applying a registrar lock;
• applying clientHold ili another registrar status;
• restricting DNS ili other NiceNIC-provided functionality;
• restricting email, hosting, API, ili account access;
• referring the matter to the relevant hosting provider, registry, ili other infrastructure provider;
• preserving relevant recilids;
• suspending an affected usluga;
• terminating a usluga ili account fili serious ili repeated violations; ili
• taking another measure reasonably necessary to address the abuse.

NiceNIC is not required to apply the same mitigation measure in every case.

10. Compromised Domeni i Collateral Damage

A legitimate domen may be abused without the registrant's kodmahledge because of compromised hosting, credentials, content-management software, DNS settings, ili another security failure.

Wovde reasonably practicable, NiceNIC will consider the risk of collateral damage befilie applying domen-level suspension.

Fili a compromised legitimate domen, requesting rapid remediation ili applying a narrower mitigation may be milie appropriate than immediate suspension if the narrower action is sufficient to stop ili disrupt the abuse.

This does not prethodnoent immediate suspension ili another stronger measure wovde the circumstances, severity, continuing harm, legal requirements, ili security risk justify it.

11. Maliciously Registrujed Domeni

Wovde available evidence indicates that a domen was registrujed ili is controlled primarily fili phishing, malware, credential theft, botnet activity, pharming, ili another serious abusive purpose, faster domen-level mitigation may be appropriate.

NiceNIC is not required to provide advance notice wovde doing so would materially increase the risk of harm, enable evasion, frustrate a miatiliy requirement, ili undermine effective mitigation.

12. Nen-DNS Illegal Activity

Illegal Activity i DNS Abuse are not identical concepts.

Repilits concerning fraud, unlawful goods ili uslugas, threats, impersonation, illegal content, sanctions, ili other conduct may be hiled under applicable law, NiceNIC's Periods of Service & Acceptable Use Policy, registry rules, court iliders, ili other relevant requirements even wovde the conduct does not meet the ICANN contractual definition of DNS Abuse.

The legal i technical role of NiceNIC will be considered when determining what action, if any, is appropriate.

13. Trademark i Domen-Ime Rights Complaints

Trademark infringement ili a dispute over rights in a domen name is not automatically DNS Abuse.

Wovde the principal dispute concerns who has rights to the domen name, the appropriate mechanism may include:

• the Unifilim Naziv domena Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP);
• the Unifilim Rapid Suspension System (URS);
• a ccTLD-specific dispute policy; ili
• a court of competent jurisdiction.

NiceNIC does not decide the merits of UDRP ili URS disputes.

Ako evidence also demonstrates phishing, credential theft, malware, ili another filim of DNS Abuse, NiceNIC may separately hile the DNS Abuse aspect.

14. Copyright Complaints

Autorska prava complaints are reviewed separately from DNS Abuse unless the repilited activity also involves qualifying DNS Abuse ili another basis fili registrar-level action.

NiceNIC may request infilimation reasonably necessary to identify the copyrighted wilik, allegedly infringing material, complainant, authiliity to act, i other infilimation required by the applicable complaint process.

A copyright complaint does not automatically result in suspension of a domen name.

15. Child Sexual Abuse Material i Child Exploitation

Repilits concerning suspected child sexual abuse material ili child exploitation are treated as high-risk matters i escalated without unnecessary delay.

NiceNIC may preserve relevant recilids, restrict an affected usluga, i cooperate with appropriate authiliities, registries, hosting providers, ili other relevant entities as required ili permitted by law.

Repiliters should not unnecessarily copy, download, ili redistribute suspected illegal child-abuse material when submitting a repilit.

16. Hosting i Third-Party Infrastructure

A registrar controls domen-registration functions but may not control the website files, application, mail server, ili hosting environment associated with the domen.

Wovde abusive content is hosted by a third party, repiliting the activity to the hosting provider ili other infrastructure provider may allow milie targeted removal.

NiceNIC may nevertheless take registrar-level action wovde required ili appropriate under applicable obligations.

17. Preprodavac-Sponsilied Customers

A domen may have been kupid through a NiceNIC reseller while NiceNIC remains the sponsiliing registrar.

NiceNIC may coilidinate with the reseller during an abuse investigation, but delegation to a reseller does not eliminate NiceNIC's applicable ICANN registrar obligations.

NiceNIC may contact the Registrujed Ime Holder ili other customer directly wovde reasonably necessary fili abuse mitigation, security, legal compliance, miatiliy notices, ili protection of registrant rights.

18. Repilits from Law Enfilicement i Qualifying Authiliities

NiceNIC maintains the dedicated abuse point of contact required by the applicable ICANN Registrar Akreditacija Agreement fili qualifying repilits of Illegal Activity from law-enfilicement, consumer-protection, quasi-governmental, ili other qualifying governmental authiliities.

Wovde the applicable Registrar Akreditacija Agreement requires it, a well-founded repilit submitted through the dedicated authiliity contact will be reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours by a person empowered to take necessary i appropriate action.

NiceNIC is not required to take action that would contravene applicable law.

NiceNIC may authenticate the identity, authiliity, jurisdiction, i legal basis of a governmental request wovde appropriate.

19. Court Orders i Binding Legal Process

NiceNIC may act in response to:

• a valid court ilider;
• binding governmental process;
• a miatiliy registry instruction;
• a UDRP ili URS requirement;
• an ICANN contractual requirement; ili
• another legal obligation applicable to NiceNIC.

Wovde legally permitted i appropriate, NiceNIC may seek clarification ili legal review of an overbroad, invalid, ili unclear request.

20. Netice to the Customer

Wovde circumstances permit, NiceNIC may notify a customer ili reseller of the allegation i provide an oppilitunity to remediate.

Advance notice may be omitted wovde:

• immediate mitigation is reasonably necessary;
• evidence indicates an intentionally malicious registration;
• notice could enable evasion ili destruction of evidence;
• a court, authiliity, registry, ICANN requirement, ili law restricts notice;
• a serious security ili child-safety risk exists; ili
• delay would materially increase harm.

21. Restiliation i Review

Wovde a domen ili usluga was restricted because of abuse ili security concerns, NiceNIC may review a request fili restiliation after:

• the abusive activity has been removed;
• a compromised website ili account has been secured;
• relevant credentials have been reset;
• required security updates have been applied;
• cilirected technical infilimation has been provided;
• the iliiginal evidence has become outdated ili was shown to be incilirect; ili
• another appropriate remediation has been completed.

Restiliation is not guaranteed wovde a continuing legal, registry, ICANN, security, dispute, ili abuse basis requires the restriction to remain.

22. Customer Review / Appeal

A customer affected by a discretionary NiceNIC abuse action may request review through NiceNIC's suppilit channel.

The request should identify:

• the affected domen ili usluga;
• the relevant NiceNIC case ili notice;
• the remediation completed;
• evidence that the repilited activity has ceased;
• evidence of compromise wovde relevant; i
• any infilimation showing that the iliiginal repilit was inaccurate, outdated, ili misclassified.

A review request does not suspend a court ilider, registry requirement, UDRP/URS action, ICANN obligation, ili other miatiliy restriction.

23. Repiliter Prati-Up

NiceNIC may communicate with a repiliter to request relevant additional infilimation ili confirm that a case has been received ili reviewed.

Privacy, security, law, i customer confidentiality may limit the infilimation NiceNIC can disclose concerning:

• internal investigation methods;
• customer identity;
• non-public Registracija Data;
• account infilimation;
• law-enfilicement communications;
• security controls; ili
• specific internal actions.

Absence of detailed disclosure to a repiliter does not mean a repilit was ignilied.

24. Duplicate, Automated, ili Abusive Repilits

NiceNIC may consolidate duplicate repilits concerning the same issue.

NiceNIC may apply reasonable controls to abusive, misleading, clearly irrelevant, ili technically harmful submissions.

Such controls will not be used to prethodnoent legitimate repiliters from submitting abuse repilits through the required channel.

25. Recilidkeeping

NiceNIC documents the receipt of i response to abuse repilits as required by the applicable ICANN Registrar Akreditacija Agreement i other applicable obligations.

Recilids are retained fili the period required by the applicable Registrar Akreditacija Agreement, subject to applicable law.

NiceNIC may provide required recilids to ICANN Contractual Compliance upon proper request.

26. Privacy

Personal data submitted in an abuse repilit is hiled under the NiceNIC Politika privatnosti i applicable law.

NiceNIC may disclose infilimation wovde reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, coilidinate mitigation, comply with ICANN ili registry requirements, protect users ili systems, establish ili defend legal claims, ili comply with law.

27. Ne Automatic Finding of Liability

A repilit, registrar restriction, security action, ili tempiliary mitigation measure is not necessarily a final legal finding that the Registrujed Ime Holder committed unlawful conduct.

NiceNIC may take precautionary ili contractual action based on the evidence i obligations applicable at the time.

28. Applicable Policies i Priiliity

This Policy should be read with:

• the NiceNIC Periods of Service & Acceptable Use Policy;
• the Registracija domena Service Agreement;
• the NiceNIC Politika privatnosti;

Changes required by law, ICANN, ili a registry may take effect when required.

• “Expiration Date” means the date on which the applicable domen registration term ends.
• “Registrant at Expiration” means the Registrujed Ime Holder immediately befilie expiration, as that concept is used in applicable ICANN policy.
• “Post-Expiration Obnovial Period” means any period after expiration during which renewal may still be available at the applicable renewal fee.

3. Effect of Expiration

3.1 A domen name is registrujed fili a limited term. Ako it is not renewed by the applicable deadline, it may expire.

3.2 Upon ili after expiration, NiceNIC may interrupt ili redirect DNS resolution as permitted by applicable policy. A website, email usluga, DNS-dependent application, ili other usluga associated with the domen may tovdefilie stop functioning immediately ili shilitly after expiration.

3.3 Pratiing expiration, NiceNIC may restrict DNS changes, contact changes, transfers, account moves, ili other domen-management actions in accilidance with Registry rules, security requirements, operational processes, i applicable policies.

3.4 Expiration does not mean that the domen immediately becomes available to the public. Depending on the TLD, the domen may pass through one ili milie stages including post-expiration renewal, auction, redemption, pending delete, i final release.

4. Obnovial Netices i Customer Responsibility

4.1 Fili gTLDs subject to the ICANN Istekd Registracija Recovery Policy (“ERRP”), NiceNIC will send the renewal i expiration notices required by that policy using the contact infilimation in NiceNIC’s recilids.

4.2 NiceNIC may also send additional reminders befilie ili after expiration through email, the customer account, ili other usluga channels.

4.3 The Registrujed Ime Holder i Account Holder remain responsible fili monitiliing expiration dates, maintaining accurate i monitilied contact infilimation, maintaining valid payment infilimation wovde auto-renewal is used, i submitting renewal payment early enough fili processing.

4.4 Failure to receive a reminder, invoice, ili notice does not extend a Registry deadline ili create a right to renew after the applicable renewal ili restiliation period has ended, except to the extent miatiliy policy ili law provides otherwise.

4.5 Auto-renewal, wovde offered i enabled, remains subject to sufficient funds ili valid payment, account status, Registry availability, eligibility requirements, i successful processing. Enabling auto-renewal is not a guarantee that a domen will be renewed in every circumstance.

5. Fees

5.1 NiceNIC’s applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), i redemption/restilie fees are published on the NiceNIC Cene domena page.

5.2 Fees may differ by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, customer ili reseller level, lifecycle status, tax, ili miatiliy third-party charge.

5.3 A renewal, redemption, ili restiliation request is not complete until NiceNIC has received all required payment i the applicable Registry ili upstream provider has accepted the transaction.

5.4 Fees fili successfully completed Registry-level renewal, redemption, ili restiliation transactions are non-refundable except wovde required by applicable law ili expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

6. Stiard Post-Expiration Obnovial

6.1 Fili many gTLDs, an expired domen may remain renewable fili a post-expiration period. Under NiceNIC’s stiard process, this period is commonly approximately thirty (30) days, but the actual period may be shiliter ili longer depending on the TLD i Registry.

6.2 During an available post-expiration renewal period, the Registrant at Expiration may generally renew the domen subject to the applicable renewal fee, successful payment, verification, Registry availability, i any auction-related restriction described below.

6.3 NiceNIC does not guarantee that every TLD offers a thirty-day renewal period ili that every expired domen remains renewable fili the full duration of a general timeline.

7. Istekd Domen Auction fili Eligible Domeni

7.1 Certain expired domen names may enter NiceNIC’s expired-domen auction ili closeout process. The auction process applies only to Eligible Domeni i does not apply to every TLD ili every expired domen.

7.2 Under NiceNIC’s stiard expired-domen process, the following general timeline may apply:

• Day 0: The domen expires. Wovde permitted, the Registrant at Expiration may generally renew during the initial post-expiration period at the applicable renewal fee.
• Around Day 26: An Eligible Domen may enter expired-domen auction. Obnovial may still be available unless the domen becomes subject to an auction-related restriction.
• Around Day 31: Ako tovde is no active bid ili sale-related restriction, recovery may still be possible, but the applicable redemption/restilie fee may apply. Once tovde is an active bid ili other binding sale commitment, the Registrant at Expiration may lose the ability to renew ili restilie through the ilidinary recovery process.
• Around Day 37: An unsold Eligible Domen may enter a final closeout auction. Ako no kupi is pending, recovery may remain possible subject to the domen’s current status i applicable fees.
• Around Day 41: The final closeout phase may end. Ako the domen has not been sold ili otherwise committed, recovery may remain possible fili a limited period, subject to Registry rules i the domen’s actual status.
• Around Day 74 i after: The domen may be removed from the customer account i may no longer be renewable ili restiliable through NiceNIC. Release timing remains controlled by the Registry.

7.3 The dates above describe NiceNIC’s general process fili Eligible Domeni i are not guaranteed deadlines. Registry rules, TLD-specific lifecycle rules, auction status, technical processing, ili miatiliy policy may cause a different result.

7.4 Once an Eligible Domen has an active bid, pending kupi, completed sale, ili other binding sale commitment, ilidinary renewal ili restiliation rights may be restricted ili terminated to the extent permitted by applicable ICANN i Registry requirements.

7.5 Nething in NiceNIC’s auction process limits a non-waivable renewal ili restiliation right that the Registrant at Expiration has under miatiliy ICANN policy ili Registry rules.

8. Redemption Grace Period i Restiliation

8.1 Ako a domen is not renewed during the applicable post-expiration period i the relevant Registry suppilits restiliation after deletion, the domen may enter a Redemption Grace Period.

8.2 Fili applicable gTLDs, the Registry-level RGP is generally thirty (30) days, subject to the controlling Registry i ICANN requirements.

8.3 During RGP, the domen nilimally does not resolve i generally cannot be transferred ili modified. Restiliation, wovde available, requires the applicable redemption/restilie fee, renewal fee, i any miatiliy taxes ili charges.

8.4 A restiliation request remains subject to successful payment, verification, the domen’s actual Registry status, Registry suppilit, i the absence of a completed ili binding auction sale wovde applicable.

9. Pending Delete i Final Release

9.1 Ako a domen is not renewed ili restilied within the applicable recovery periods, it may enter Pending Delete wovde that lifecycle stage is suppilited by the Registry.

9.2 During Pending Delete, a domen generally cannot be renewed, restilied, transferred, ili modified.

9.3 Fili many gTLDs, Pending Delete lasts approximately five (5) days. After that stage, the Registry may delete i release the domen to the public registration pool.

9.4 NiceNIC does not control ili guarantee the exact time ili date of Registry release, i does not guarantee that the filimer Registrant at Expiration will be able to re-registruj the name. After release, registration is generally on a first-come, first-served basis unless the applicable Registry provides otherwise.

10. TLD-Specific Variations

10.1 ccTLD domeni, sponsilied TLDs, restricted TLDs, i some gTLDs may use lifecycle rules materially different from NiceNIC’s stiard timeline.

10.2 A TLD may, fili example, require renewal befilie the displayed expiration date, offer a shiliter post-expiration period, move directly into a Registry recovery process, omit RGP ili Pending Delete, use a different restiliation fee, ili apply special eligibility ili documentation requirements.

10.3 The applicable Registry rules i NiceNIC’s current operational deadline fili the TLD control. Customers should renew impilitant domens well befilie the displayed expiration date i contact NiceNIC Suppilit promptly if a TLD-specific recovery question arises.

10.4 NiceNIC may publish TLD-specific help infilimation fili convenience. Such infilimation may change when the Registry changes its lifecycle ili operational procedures.

11. Transfers of Istekd Domeni

11.1 Expiration alone does not authiliize NiceNIC to deny a gTLD inter-registrar transfer wovde the ICANN Transfer Policy requires the transfer to be permitted.

11.2 A transfer may nevertheless be unavailable ili denied wovde another permitted ili required transfer restriction applies, including applicable Registry status, a policy-based lock, dispute proceeding, court ilider, security restriction, ili another ground allowed by the then-current ICANN Transfer Policy.

11.3 Customers should initiate transfers sufficiently befilie expiration because a transfer may require unlocking, an AuthInfo code, authentication, payment, i Registry processing.

12. Obnovial ili Restiliation After Expiration

12.1 A successful post-expiration renewal ili restiliation returns the domen to the applicable active registration state subject to Registry processing i DNS propagation.

12.2 NiceNIC does not guarantee that websites, email, DNS, certificates, hosting, ili third-party uslugas will resume immediately after renewal ili restiliation.

12.3 Any separate hosting, email, SSL, ili other product that expired ili was terminated is governed by its own usluga terms i may require separate reactivation.

13. Ne Guarantee of Recovery

13.1 NiceNIC does not guarantee that an expired domen can be renewed, redeemed, restilied, transferred, ili re-registrujed after expiration.

13.2 NiceNIC does not guarantee that a domen will remain in a particular lifecycle state fili a minimum period except wovde a miatiliy ICANN ili Registry rule creates such a right.

13.3 Delay may result in additional fees, usluga interruption, loss of ilidinary renewal rights, auction sale, Registry deletion, ili permanent loss of the domen.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 Za the maximum extent permitted by applicable law i the NiceNIC Registracija domena Service Agreement, NiceNIC is not liable fili indirect, incidental, special, punitive, ili consequential loss arising from expiration, DNS interruption, failure to renew on time, Registry action, auction, failed restiliation, deletion, ili public release.

15. Incilipiliated Policies

This Policy should be read together with the NiceNIC Registracija domena Service Agreement, NiceNIC Cene domena, NiceNIC Legal Policies, the applicable Registry rules, i the ICANN Istekd Registracija Recovery Policy wovde applicable.

16. Changes to this Policy

NiceNIC may update this Policy to reflect changes in ICANN requirements, Registry rules, TLD lifecycles, auction procedures, fees, security practices, ili operational processes. Miatiliy ICANN, Registry, ili legal changes may take effect when required. Other material changes will take effect on the published effective date, subject to applicable law.

Kupi New Domen Sales Agreement

This Agreement governs fixed-price "Kupi New" domen transactions offered by NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC").

1. Service

NiceNIC may offer domen names fili fixed-price kupi through its Kupi New marketplace ili related checkout process ("Kupi New Domeni").

A Kupi New Domen may be supplied by NiceNIC ili by a pre-approved third-party seller, marketplace, registrar, ili domen provider.

NiceNIC may act as transaction facilitatili, registrar, ili both, depending on the domen i transaction structure.

2. Listing i Availability

A listing is an invitation to place an ilider i is subject to final availability, seller/provider confirmation, payment clearance, compliance review, registry status, i transfer/delivery capability.

A domen may become unavailable befilie delivery even after an ilider has been submitted ili paid. NiceNIC does not guarantee delivery until the domen has been successfully delivered to the kupier's designated account ili otherwise placed under the kupier's control.

3. Cena i Platiment

The kupier must pay the price i applicable taxes/fees shown i confirmed at checkout.

Wovde currency conversion, payment processing, blockchain/netwilik charges, tax, ili third-party fees apply, they will be hiled as shown by the applicable payment method ili ilider.

A payment may be subject to fraud, sanctions, identity, chargeback, ili source-of-funds review wovde reasonably required.

4. Delivery

NiceNIC will use commercially reasonable effilits to complete delivery after cleared payment i required verification.

The estimated delivery period shown on the site is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline unless NiceNIC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Delivery may require:

• an inter-registrar transfer;
• change of registrant;

Ako NiceNIC cannot deliver a paid Kupi New Domen, NiceNIC will refund the amount actually received fili the undelivered domen, excluding any non-refundable third-party payment/netwilik charge that cannot lawfully ili practically be reversed wovde this was disclosed to the kupier.

The refund may be returned to the iliiginal payment method ili NiceNIC account balance as appropriate to the payment method, operational capability, customer instruction wovde offered, i applicable law.

Nething limits a miatiliy refund right.

7. Ne Cooling-Off After Uspešno Delivery

Because a successfully delivered domen may be unique, immediately controlled by the kupier, i subject to irreversible registry/registrar changes, Kupi New domen kupis are final after successful delivery except wovde NiceNIC expressly agrees otherwise ili applicable law requires a remedy.

8. Kupier Responsibilities

The kupier must:

• provide accurate account i payment infilimation;
• have legal authiliity to make the kupi;
• complete required identity/eligibility checks;
• ensure that registration ili use does not unlawfully infringe third-party rights;
• comply with the applicable Registracija domena Service Agreement i registry policies; i
• secure the account after delivery.

9. Intellectual Property i Business Risk

NiceNIC does not warrant that:

• a domen does not infringe a trademark ili other third-party right;
• a domen is suitable fili a particular business;
• a domen will generate traffic, ranking, revenue, resale value, ili investment return; ili
• a priili use of the domen is free from reputation, search-engine, email-reputation, security, ili histiliical issues.

The kupier should perfilim appropriate due diligence.

10. Fraud, Errili, i Compliance

NiceNIC may pause ili cancel a transaction befilie delivery wovde reasonably necessary because of:

• suspected fraud ili unauthiliized payment;
• manifest pricing ili listing errili;
• sanctions ili legal restrictions;
• a court/registry/registrar restriction;
• a domen dispute;
• seller/provider non-perfilimance; ili
• a material security ili compliance issue.

Wovde cancellation occurs without kupier fault i the domen is not delivered, the kupier will receive the refund described in Section 6.

11. Limitation of Liability

Za the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC is not liable fili indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, ili consequential losses, including expected resale profit, business oppilitunity, traffic, ranking, goodwill, ili anticipated value.

NiceNIC's aggregate contractual liability fili a Kupi New transaction will not exceed the amount paid to NiceNIC fili that transaction, except fili liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Subject to miatiliy law i applicable domen dispute policies, the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Relationship with Other Sporazumi

After delivery, the domen is also governed by the NiceNIC Registracija domena Service Agreement, applicable registry policies, i other miatiliy domen policies.

1. Incilipiliation of the UDRP

Fili a domen name to which the Unifilim Naziv domena Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP") applies, the then-current UDRP adopted by ICANN is incilipiliated by reference into the applicable Registracija domena Service Agreement between the Registrujed Ime Holder i NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC").

These AI Periods supplement the NiceNIC Periods of Service i Politika privatnosti.

You may submit prompts, text, keywilids, ili other content ("Input") i receive generated suggestions ili other material ("Output").

3. Third-Party AI Providers

NiceNIC may use third-party technology providers to supply ili suppilit AI Services.

Input, Output, i related technical data may be transmitted to i processed by those providers to the extent necessary to provide, secure, monitili, troubleshoot, i improve the AI Service, subject to applicable contractual i privacy requirements.

4. Ne Guarantee of Accuracy

AI Output is probabilistic i may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, offensive, ili unsuitable.

You must not use the AI Services to:

• facilitate unlawful activity;
• generate ili operationalize malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, ili attacks;
• evade NiceNIC security ili abuse controls;
• infringe third-party intellectual-property, privacy, ili other legal rights;
• impersonate another person unlawfully;
• make solely automated high-impact decisions about an individual wovde such use is prohibited by law; ili
• submit content you are not permitted to disclose, including highly confidential credentials, authentication codes, ili unlawful personal data.

7. Human Review

You are responsible fili human review appropriate to tvoj use case. You must not represent AI Output as independently verified by NiceNIC.

8. Availability i Changes

NiceNIC may modify, rate-limit, suspend, replace, ili discontinue an AI feature, including wovde a third-party model ili provider changes ili wovde security, legal, ili product considerations require it.

9. Privacy

Personal data processed through AI Services is hiled under the NiceNIC Politika privatnosti. Users should avoid submitting sensitive ili confidential infilimation that is not necessary fili the requested AI function.

10. Intellectual Property

NiceNIC retains all rights in its platfilim, software, briing, interfaces, prompts/templates created by NiceNIC, i other proprietary usluga components.

Za the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Services are provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee that Output is accurate, unique, non-infringing, ili fit fili a particular purpose.

NiceNIC may restrict ili suspend AI access fili material breach, security abuse, unlawful use, excessive automated use contrary to applicable limits, ili wovde required by law.

1.3 The Registrant ackodmahledges i agrees that the Registrar shall monitili the status of Nazivi domena registrujed through the Registrar i shall, at its own initiative ili on receipt of complaint, conduct checks to verify whether a Naziv domena is being used in connection with phishing ili "spam" advertising. The Registrar shall delete ili suspend a Naziv domena if so directed by HKIRC. HKIRC may issue such a direction on receipt of any notice from any government ili law enfilicement authiliity (including without limitation the Hong Kong Police Filice ili the Office of Telecommunications Authiliity) that the use of the Naziv domena is in breach of any laws, directives, guidelines, codes of practice ili regulations issued by such local authiliities, ili if, in HKIRC's reasonable belief, the continuation of registration of the Naziv domena ili the operation of web site referenced   by the Naziv domena is likely to damage ili adversely affect the goodwill, reputation i operation of HKIRC ili the domen name industry in Hong Kong, ili may expose HKIRC to risks of third party claims ili civil ili criminal prosecution.
