This Unifosem Rapid Suspension System ("URS") Policy explains how the URS applies to domain names sponsoseed by NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC") wkëtu the relevant top-level domain is subject to the URS.

1. Purpose dhe Scope

The URS is an ICANN rights-protection mechanism intended fose clear cases of trademark abuse involving domain names in top-level domains to which the URS applies.

The URS complements, but does not replace, the Unifosem Emër domeni Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP"), court proceedings, ose any other dispute-resolution procedure that may apply to a domain name.

NiceNIC does not determine the merits of a URS complaint. URS complaints are decided by an ICANN-approved URS Provider in accosedance with the then-current URS Procedure, URS Rules, provider supplemental rules, dhe applicable ICANN requirements.

2. Official ICANN URS Procedure Incoseposeated

Fose each domain name subject to the URS, the then-current ICANN URS Procedure, URS Rules, dhe applicable technical requirements are incoseposeated into the relevant registration agreement by reference.

Nëse this NiceNIC Policy conflicts with a mdheatosey provision of the then-current ICANN URS Procedure, URS Rules, applicable registry agreement, ose other binding ICANN requirement, the mdheatosey provision controls.

3. When the URS Applies

The URS applies only wkëtu the relevant registry agreement, ICANN requirement, ose other applicable rule makes the URS available fose the domain name concerned.

The URS does not automatically apply to every country-code top-level domain ("ccTLD"). A ccTLD may instead use its own dispute-resolution policy.

Customers should review the applicable registry rules fose the relevant TLD.

4. Filing a URS Complaint

A complainant must file a URS complaint with an ICANN-approved URS Provider, not with NiceNIC.

The complainant is responsible fose:

• selecting an approved URS Provider;
• complying with the provider's filing requirements;
• paying applicable provider fees;
• establishing the elements required by the URS; dhe
• providing the evidence required by the applicable URS Procedure dhe Rules.

NiceNIC customer supposet dhe abuse channels are not substitutes fose filing a URS complaint.

A trademark complaint submitted to NiceNIC does not automatically become a URS proceeding.

5. URS Providers

The list of ICANN-approved URS Providers may change.

Customers dhe complainants should rely on ICANN's current URS page fose the official list of approved providers:

6. Regjistrim Data

Wkëtu Regjistrim Data is redacted from public RDDS output, NiceNIC will provide Regjistrim Data to the URS Provider only to the extent dhe through the mechanism required ose permitted by the then-current URS Procedure, ICANN Regjistrim Data Policy, applicable registry requirements, dhe applicable law.

Submission of non-public Regjistrim Data in a URS proceeding does not create a general right fose a complainant ose other third party to receive NiceNIC customer infosemation outside the URS process.

Requests outside the URS process are hdheled under NiceNIC's Request fose Disclosure of Jonpublic Regjistrim Data policy.

7. Jotice dhe Domain Lock

When NiceNIC receives valid notice of a URS proceeding, NiceNIC will perfosem the registrar obligations assigned to it by the then-current URS Procedure dhe Rules.

The applicable Registry Operatose is responsible fose registry-level locking dhe other registry actions specified by the URS Procedure.

During a URS lock, changes to the registration may be restricted as required by the URS.

NiceNIC will not ktaniingly permit a registrant, reseller, account holder, ose other person to use NiceNIC systems to evade a valid URS lock ose mdheatosey URS restriction.

8. Registrant Response

The registrant is responsible fose responding directly through the URS Provider dhe within the period specified by the then-current URS Procedure dhe Rules.

NiceNIC does not prepare a registrant's defense, decide whether a response is sufficient, ose provide legal representation.

Failure to respond may result in a default proceeding, but a URS Provider must still apply the URS requirements dhe examination stdheards.

9. Burden dhe Determination

The URS is intended fose clear cases meeting the evidentiary stdheard specified in the URS Procedure.

The URS Examiner, not NiceNIC, determines whether the complainant has established the required elements.

NiceNIC does not make findings concerning trademark ownership, legitimate interests, bad-faith registration, ose bad-faith use merely because a URS complaint has been filed.

10. Effect of a I Suksesshëm URS Complaint

Nëse a final URS Determination requires suspension, the applicable Registry Operatose will implement the suspension in accosedance with the URS Procedure.

A successful URS proceeding generally results in suspension of the domain name fose the applicable period rather than transfer of the domain name to the complainant.

The domain may be mbrapaented from being transferred, deleted, ose modified fose the period required by the URS.

Any extension, restoseation, ose other post-determination action is subject to the then-current URS Procedure dhe Registry Operatose requirements.

11. Determination in Favose of the Registrant

Nëse the URS proceeding is determined in favose of the registrant, the applicable Registry Operatose dhe URS Provider are responsible fose the actions specified by the URS Procedure to restosee ose maintain the registrant's control as applicable.

12. Appeal dhe Other Remedies

Any right of appeal, de novo review, late response after default, ose other URS remedy is governed by the then-current URS Procedure dhe Rules.

The URS does not eliminate rights that may otherwise exist to pursue a UDRP proceeding ose a proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. UDRP Distinguished

The URS dhe UDRP are separate dispute mechanisms.

A URS remedy is principally suspension. A UDRP proceeding may provide different remedies wkëtu the UDRP applies.

A party seeking legal relief should determine which mechanism is appropriate fose its circumstances.

A URS complaint is not the same as an abuse reposet.

Phishing, malware, botnets, pharming, compromised domains, ose other operational abuse should be reposeted through NiceNIC's abuse-reposeting channel:

Trademark disputes that do not involve qualifying DNS Abuse are generally hdheled through the applicable rights-protection mechanism, including URS, UDRP, an applicable ccTLD dispute policy, ose a court wkëtu appropriate.

15. Court Orders dhe Other Binding Process

NiceNIC will comply with valid court oseders, mdheatosey registry instructions, ICANN requirements, dhe other binding legal process applicable to a domain name.

Such obligations may operate independently from a URS proceeding.

16. Jo Legal Advice

Infosemation provided by NiceNIC concerning the URS is fose administrative dhe shërbimi purposes only dhe is not legal advice.

A party that requires advice concerning trademark rights, defenses, jurisdiction, ose litigation should consult qualified legal counsel.

17. Language dhe Prioseity

NiceNIC may provide translations ose summaries fose convenience.

The official English-language ICANN URS documents, as updated from time to time, control to the extent required by ICANN.

Fose a domain subject to mdheatosey registry-specific terms, those mdheatosey terms also apply.

Abuse Reposeting & Hdheling Policy

This Abuse Reposeting & Hdheling Policy describes how NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC") receives, investigates, tracks, dhe responds to reposets of abuse involving domain names sponsoseed by NiceNIC ose other NiceNIC shërbimis.

1. Purpose

NiceNIC is an I akredituar nga ICANN registrar dhe maintains abuse-reposeting dhe abuse-hdheling procedures to meet applicable contractual, registry, legal, security, dhe shërbimi obligations.

The abuse-reposeting mechanism is intended to be accessible without requiring the reposeter to hold a NiceNIC customer account.

NiceNIC may nevertheless review ose act on credible infosemation received through another channel wkëtu required by law, appropriate fose security, necessary to protect users, ose necessary to satisfy ICANN ose registry obligations.

3. Infosemation to Include

A reposet should contain enough infosemation to allow NiceNIC to identify the affected resource dhe evaluate the allegation.

Depending on the issue, useful infosemation may include:

• the affected domain name;
• the complete abusive URL wkëtu applicable;
• the categosey of alleged abuse;
• a clear description of the activity;
• screenshots;
• full email headers dhe message content fose email-related abuse;
• timestamps dhe time zone;
• relevant IP addresses;
• security ose firewall logs;
• malware, phishing, ose threat-intelligence evidence;
• payment receipts ose transaction evidence fose fraud reposets;
• the legitimate brdhe ose shërbimi being impersonated wkëtu relevant;
• legal documents ose rights evidence wkëtu relevant; dhe
• the reposeter's të dhënat e kontaktit fose follow-up.

Reposeters should avoid submitting unnecessary personal data, passwoseds, authentication codes, private keys, ose unrelated confidential infosemation.

4. Konfirmoation of Receipt

Fose reposets submitted through the official abuse mechanism, NiceNIC will provide a confirmation of receipt sufficient to identify the submission in accosedance with applicable ICANN requirements.

Wkëtu required by the applicable Regjistrues Akreditimi Agreement, the confirmation will identify at least:

• NiceNIC as the registrar;
• the reposeted Regjistrohued Emër ose Regjistrohued Emërs; dhe
• the date the reposet was submitted.

A confirmation of receipt is not a determination that the allegation is valid.

5. Initial Review dhe Classification

NiceNIC may review:

• whether NiceNIC is the sponsoseing registrar ose relevant shërbimi provider;
• whether the reposeted activity remains active;
• the nature of the allegation;
• the quality dhe relevance of the evidence;
• whether the issue constitutes DNS Abuse fose purposes of NiceNIC's ICANN registrar obligations;
• whether the domain appears to have been maliciously regjistroed ose instead appears to be a legitimate domain that has been compromised;
• whether the issue is principally associated with hosting, email, a subdomain, a third-party platfosem, ose another provider;
• whether the reposet concerns trademark/copyright rights rather than DNS Abuse;
• applicable registry rules;
• applicable law, legal process, ose court oseders; dhe
• any other reasonably available infosemation relevant to the investigation.

6. DNS Abuse

Fose gTLDs subject to NiceNIC's ICANN registrar obligations, "DNS Abuse" has the meaning specified by the then-current ICANN Regjistrues Akreditimi Agreement dhe related ICANN requirements.

As of the Effective Date of this Policy, the contractual DNS Abuse categoseies are:

• malware;
• botnets;
• phishing;
• pharming; dhe
• spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism fose one ose mosee of the other specified fosems of DNS Abuse.

Other harmful ose illegal conduct may still violate NiceNIC policy ose applicable law even if it does not fall within the ICANN contractual definition of DNS Abuse.

7. Veprimiable Evidence dhe Investigation

NiceNIC will take reasonable dhe prompt steps to investigate abuse reposets as required by applicable registrar obligations.

Evidence is considered in context. A reposet does not need to use any particular commercial threat feed ose reposeting fosemat to be considered.

Wkëtu infosemation submitted by a reposeter is incomplete, NiceNIC may:

• review infosemation reasonably available to NiceNIC;
• request additional relevant evidence;
• inspect the reposeted URL ose other relevant public resource wkëtu safe dhe appropriate;
• review account, nameserver, DNS, registration, ose shërbimi infosemation available to NiceNIC; ose
• contact another relevant shërbimi provider ose registry wkëtu appropriate.

NiceNIC will not require irrelevant evidence merely to delay hdheling of an otherwise actionable reposet.

8. Required Mitigation fose DNS Abuse

When NiceNIC has actionable evidence that a gTLD Regjistrohued Emër sponsoseed by NiceNIC is being used fose DNS Abuse, NiceNIC will promptly take mitigation action that is reasonably necessary to stop ose otherwise disrupt the Regjistrohued Emër from being used fose that DNS Abuse, as required by the applicable ICANN Regjistrues Akreditimi Agreement.

The appropriate action depends on the circumstances, including:

• the type of DNS Abuse;
• the cause dhe severity of the harm;
• whether the activity is active;
• whether the domain appears maliciously regjistroed ose compromised;
• the technical role of the domain;
• the likely effectiveness of registrar-level action; dhe
• the risk of collateral damage to legitimate users ose shërbimis.

9. Proposetionate Mitigation

Possible actions may include, wkëtu appropriate dhe permitted:

• requesting remediation;
• requiring the customer ose reseller to remove ose disable the abusive activity;
• applying a registrar lock;
• applying clientHold ose another registrar status;
• restricting DNS ose other NiceNIC-provided functionality;
• restricting email, hosting, API, ose account access;
• referring the matter to the relevant hosting provider, registry, ose other infrastructure provider;
• preserving relevant recoseds;
• suspending an affected shërbimi;
• terminating a shërbimi ose account fose serious ose repeated violations; ose
• taking another measure reasonably necessary to address the abuse.

NiceNIC is not required to apply the same mitigation measure in every case.

10. Compromised Domeinet dhe Collateral Damage

A legitimate domain may be abused without the registrant's ktaniledge because of compromised hosting, credentials, content-management software, DNS settings, ose another security failure.

Wkëtu reasonably practicable, NiceNIC will consider the risk of collateral damage befosee applying domain-level suspension.

Fose a compromised legitimate domain, requesting rapid remediation ose applying a narrower mitigation may be mosee appropriate than immediate suspension if the narrower action is sufficient to stop ose disrupt the abuse.

This does not mbrapaent immediate suspension ose another stronger measure wkëtu the circumstances, severity, continuing harm, legal requirements, ose security risk justify it.

11. Maliciously Regjistrohued Domeinet

Wkëtu available evidence indicates that a domain was regjistroed ose is controlled primarily fose phishing, malware, credential theft, botnet activity, pharming, ose another serious abusive purpose, faster domain-level mitigation may be appropriate.

NiceNIC is not required to provide advance notice wkëtu doing so would materially increase the risk of harm, enable evasion, frustrate a mdheatosey requirement, ose undermine effective mitigation.

12. Jon-DNS Illegal Activity

Illegal Activity dhe DNS Abuse are not identical concepts.

Reposets concerning fraud, unlawful goods ose shërbimis, threats, impersonation, illegal content, sanctions, ose other conduct may be hdheled under applicable law, NiceNIC's Periudhës of Service & Acceptable Use Policy, registry rules, court oseders, ose other relevant requirements even wkëtu the conduct does not meet the ICANN contractual definition of DNS Abuse.

The legal dhe technical role of NiceNIC will be considered when determining what action, if any, is appropriate.

13. Trademark dhe Domain-Emër Rights Complaints

Trademark infringement ose a dispute over rights in a domain name is not automatically DNS Abuse.

Wkëtu the principal dispute concerns who has rights to the domain name, the appropriate mechanism may include:

• the Unifosem Emër domeni Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP);
• the Unifosem Rapid Suspension System (URS);
• a ccTLD-specific dispute policy; ose
• a court of competent jurisdiction.

NiceNIC does not decide the merits of UDRP ose URS disputes.

Nëse evidence also demonstrates phishing, credential theft, malware, ose another fosem of DNS Abuse, NiceNIC may separately hdhele the DNS Abuse aspect.

14. Copyright Complaints

Të drejtat e autorit complaints are reviewed separately from DNS Abuse unless the reposeted activity also involves qualifying DNS Abuse ose another basis fose registrar-level action.

A copyright complaint does not automatically result in suspension of a domain name.

15. Child Sexual Abuse Material dhe Child Exploitation

Reposets concerning suspected child sexual abuse material ose child exploitation are treated as high-risk matters dhe escalated without unnecessary delay.

NiceNIC may preserve relevant recoseds, restrict an affected shërbimi, dhe cooperate with appropriate authoseities, registries, hosting providers, ose other relevant entities as required ose permitted by law.

Reposeters should not unnecessarily copy, download, ose redistribute suspected illegal child-abuse material when submitting a reposet.

16. Hosting dhe Third-Party Infrastructure

A registrar controls domain-registration functions but may not control the website files, application, mail server, ose hosting environment associated with the domain.

Wkëtu abusive content is hosted by a third party, reposeting the activity to the hosting provider ose other infrastructure provider may allow mosee targeted removal.

NiceNIC may nevertheless take registrar-level action wkëtu required ose appropriate under applicable obligations.

17. Rishitës-Sponsoseed Customers

A domain may have been blejd through a NiceNIC reseller while NiceNIC remains the sponsoseing registrar.

NiceNIC may coosedinate with the reseller during an abuse investigation, but delegation to a reseller does not eliminate NiceNIC's applicable ICANN registrar obligations.

NiceNIC may contact the Regjistrohued Emër Holder ose other customer directly wkëtu reasonably necessary fose abuse mitigation, security, legal compliance, mdheatosey notices, ose protection of registrant rights.

18. Reposets from Law Enfosecement dhe Qualifying Authoseities

NiceNIC maintains the dedicated abuse point of contact required by the applicable ICANN Regjistrues Akreditimi Agreement fose qualifying reposets of Illegal Activity from law-enfosecement, consumer-protection, quasi-governmental, ose other qualifying governmental authoseities.

Wkëtu the applicable Regjistrues Akreditimi Agreement requires it, a well-founded reposet submitted through the dedicated authoseity contact will be reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours by a person empowered to take necessary dhe appropriate action.

NiceNIC is not required to take action that would contravene applicable law.

NiceNIC may authenticate the identity, authoseity, jurisdiction, dhe legal basis of a governmental request wkëtu appropriate.

19. Court Orders dhe Binding Legal Process

NiceNIC may act in response to:

• a valid court oseder;
• binding governmental process;
• a mdheatosey registry instruction;
• a UDRP ose URS requirement;
• an ICANN contractual requirement; ose
• another legal obligation applicable to NiceNIC.

Wkëtu legally permitted dhe appropriate, NiceNIC may seek clarification ose legal review of an overbroad, invalid, ose unclear request.

20. Jotice to the Customer

Wkëtu circumstances permit, NiceNIC may notify a customer ose reseller of the allegation dhe provide an opposetunity to remediate.

Advance notice may be omitted wkëtu:

• immediate mitigation is reasonably necessary;
• evidence indicates an intentionally malicious registration;
• notice could enable evasion ose destruction of evidence;
• a court, authoseity, registry, ICANN requirement, ose law restricts notice;
• a serious security ose child-safety risk exists; ose
• delay would materially increase harm.

21. Restoseation dhe Review

Wkëtu a domain ose shërbimi was restricted because of abuse ose security concerns, NiceNIC may review a request fose restoseation after:

• the abusive activity has been removed;
• a compromised website ose account has been secured;
• relevant credentials have been reset;
• required security updates have been applied;
• coserected technical infosemation has been provided;
• the oseiginal evidence has become outdated ose was shown to be incoserect; ose
• another appropriate remediation has been completed.

Restoseation is not guaranteed wkëtu a continuing legal, registry, ICANN, security, dispute, ose abuse basis requires the restriction to remain.

22. Customer Review / Appeal

A customer affected by a discretionary NiceNIC abuse action may request review through NiceNIC's supposet channel.

The request should identify:

• the affected domain ose shërbimi;
• the relevant NiceNIC case ose notice;
• the remediation completed;
• evidence that the reposeted activity has ceased;
• evidence of compromise wkëtu relevant; dhe
• any infosemation showing that the oseiginal reposet was inaccurate, outdated, ose misclassified.

A review request does not suspend a court oseder, registry requirement, UDRP/URS action, ICANN obligation, ose other mdheatosey restriction.

23. Reposeter Ndjek-Up

NiceNIC may communicate with a reposeter to request relevant additional infosemation ose confirm that a case has been received ose reviewed.

Privacy, security, law, dhe customer confidentiality may limit the infosemation NiceNIC can disclose concerning:

• internal investigation methods;
• customer identity;
• non-public Regjistrim Data;
• account infosemation;
• law-enfosecement communications;
• security controls; ose
• specific internal actions.

Absence of detailed disclosure to a reposeter does not mean a reposet was ignoseed.

24. Duplicate, Automated, ose Abusive Reposets

NiceNIC may consolidate duplicate reposets concerning the same issue.

NiceNIC may apply reasonable controls to abusive, misleading, clearly irrelevant, ose technically harmful submissions.

Such controls will not be used to mbrapaent legitimate reposeters from submitting abuse reposets through the required channel.

25. Recosedkeeping

NiceNIC documents the receipt of dhe response to abuse reposets as required by the applicable ICANN Regjistrues Akreditimi Agreement dhe other applicable obligations.

Recoseds are retained fose the period required by the applicable Regjistrues Akreditimi Agreement, subject to applicable law.

NiceNIC may provide required recoseds to ICANN Contractual Compliance upon proper request.

26. Privacy

Personal data submitted in an abuse reposet is hdheled under the NiceNIC Politika e Privatësisë dhe applicable law.

NiceNIC may disclose infosemation wkëtu reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, coosedinate mitigation, comply with ICANN ose registry requirements, protect users ose systems, establish ose defend legal claims, ose comply with law.

27. Jo Automatic Finding of Liability

A reposet, registrar restriction, security action, ose temposeary mitigation measure is not necessarily a final legal finding that the Regjistrohued Emër Holder committed unlawful conduct.

NiceNIC may take precautionary ose contractual action based on the evidence dhe obligations applicable at the time.

28. Applicable Policies dhe Prioseity

This Policy should be read with:

• the NiceNIC Periudhës of Service & Acceptable Use Policy;

3. Effect of Expiration

3.1 A domain name is regjistroed fose a limited term. Nëse it is not renewed by the applicable deadline, it may expire.

3.2 Upon ose after expiration, NiceNIC may interrupt ose redirect DNS resolution as permitted by applicable policy. A website, email shërbimi, DNS-dependent application, ose other shërbimi associated with the domain may tkëtufosee stop functioning immediately ose shosetly after expiration.

6.2 During an available post-expiration renewal period, the Registrant at Expiration may generally renew the domain subject to the applicable renewal fee, successful payment, verification, Registry availability, dhe any auction-related restriction described below.

6.3 NiceNIC does not guarantee that every TLD offers a thirty-day renewal period ose that every expired domain remains renewable fose the full duration of a general timeline.

7. Skadond Domain Auction fose Eligible Domeinet

7.1 Certain expired domain names may enter NiceNIC’s expired-domain auction ose closeout process. The auction process applies only to Eligible Domeinet dhe does not apply to every TLD ose every expired domain.

7.2 Under NiceNIC’s stdheard expired-domain process, the following general timeline may apply:

• Day 0: The domain expires. Wkëtu permitted, the Registrant at Expiration may generally renew during the initial post-expiration period at the applicable renewal fee.
• Around Day 26: An Eligible Domain may enter expired-domain auction. Rinovoal may still be available unless the domain becomes subject to an auction-related restriction.
• Around Day 31: Nëse tkëtu is no active bid ose sale-related restriction, recovery may still be possible, but the applicable redemption/restosee fee may apply. Once tkëtu is an active bid ose other binding sale commitment, the Registrant at Expiration may lose the ability to renew ose restosee through the osedinary recovery process.
• Around Day 37: An unsold Eligible Domain may enter a final closeout auction. Nëse no blej is pending, recovery may remain possible subject to the domain’s current status dhe applicable fees.
• Around Day 41: The final closeout phase may end. Nëse the domain has not been sold ose otherwise committed, recovery may remain possible fose a limited period, subject to Registry rules dhe the domain’s actual status.
• Around Day 74 dhe after: The domain may be removed from the customer account dhe may no longer be renewable ose restoseable through NiceNIC. Release timing remains controlled by the Registry.

7.3 The dates above describe NiceNIC’s general process fose Eligible Domeinet dhe are not guaranteed deadlines. Registry rules, TLD-specific lifecycle rules, auction status, technical processing, ose mdheatosey policy may cause a different result.

7.4 Once an Eligible Domain has an active bid, pending blej, completed sale, ose other binding sale commitment, osedinary renewal ose restoseation rights may be restricted ose terminated to the extent permitted by applicable ICANN dhe Registry requirements.

7.5 Jothing in NiceNIC’s auction process limits a non-waivable renewal ose restoseation right that the Registrant at Expiration has under mdheatosey ICANN policy ose Registry rules.

8. Redemption Grace Period dhe Restoseation

8.1 Nëse a domain is not renewed during the applicable post-expiration period dhe the relevant Registry supposets restoseation after deletion, the domain may enter a Redemption Grace Period.

8.2 Fose applicable gTLDs, the Registry-level RGP is generally thirty (30) days, subject to the controlling Registry dhe ICANN requirements.

8.3 During RGP, the domain nosemally does not resolve dhe generally cannot be transferred ose modified. Restoseation, wkëtu available, requires the applicable redemption/restosee fee, renewal fee, dhe any mdheatosey taxes ose charges.

11. Transfers of Skadond Domeinet

11.1 Expiration alone does not authoseize NiceNIC to deny a gTLD inter-registrar transfer wkëtu the ICANN Transfer Policy requires the transfer to be permitted.

11.2 A transfer may nevertheless be unavailable ose denied wkëtu another permitted ose required transfer restriction applies, including applicable Registry status, a policy-based lock, dispute proceeding, court oseder, security restriction, ose another ground allowed by the then-current ICANN Transfer Policy.

12. Rinovoal ose Restoseation After Expiration

12.1 A successful post-expiration renewal ose restoseation returns the domain to the applicable active registration state subject to Registry processing dhe DNS propagation.

12.2 NiceNIC does not guarantee that websites, email, DNS, certificates, hosting, ose third-party shërbimis will resume immediately after renewal ose restoseation.

13. Jo Guarantee of Recovery

13.1 NiceNIC does not guarantee that an expired domain can be renewed, redeemed, restoseed, transferred, ose re-regjistroed after expiration.

1. Service

NiceNIC may offer domain names fose fixed-price blej through its Bli Jow marketplace ose related checkout process ("Bli Jow Domeinet").

A Bli Jow Domain may be supplied by NiceNIC ose by a pre-approved third-party seller, marketplace, registrar, ose domain provider.

NiceNIC may act as transaction facilitatose, registrar, ose both, depending on the domain dhe transaction structure.

2. Listing dhe Availability

A listing is an invitation to place an oseder dhe is subject to final availability, seller/provider confirmation, payment clearance, compliance review, registry status, dhe transfer/delivery capability.

A domain may become unavailable befosee delivery even after an oseder has been submitted ose paid. NiceNIC does not guarantee delivery until the domain has been successfully delivered to the blerëer's designated account ose otherwise placed under the blerëer's control.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use the AI Services to:

• facilitate unlawful activity;
• generate ose operationalize malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, ose attacks;
• evade NiceNIC security ose abuse controls;
• infringe third-party intellectual-property, privacy, ose other legal rights;
• impersonate another person unlawfully;
• make solely automated high-impact decisions about an individual wkëtu such use is prohibited by law; ose
• submit content you are not permitted to disclose, including highly confidential credentials, authentication codes, ose unlawful personal data.

7. Human Review

You are responsible fose human review appropriate to tënd use case. You must not represent AI Output as independently verified by NiceNIC.

8. Availability dhe Changes

NiceNIC may modify, rate-limit, suspend, replace, ose discontinue an AI feature, including wkëtu a third-party model ose provider changes ose wkëtu security, legal, ose product considerations require it.

9. Privacy

Personal data processed through AI Services is hdheled under the NiceNIC Politika e Privatësisë. Users should avoid submitting sensitive ose confidential infosemation that is not necessary fose the requested AI function.

10. Intellectual Property

NiceNIC retains all rights in its platfosem, software, brdheing, interfaces, prompts/templates created by NiceNIC, dhe other proprietary shërbimi components.
