Bulk Transfer Domains to NiceNIC

Q: How do I format a bulk domain transfer request?

Enter one domain per line, followed by a space and its Auth/EPP code. For example: example.com AUTHCODE123. You can submit up to 500 domains in one request.

Q: How many domains can I transfer at once?

The NiceNIC bulk transfer form accepts up to 500 domains per submission. For larger portfolios or help preparing a transfer, contact our support team.

Q: What should I prepare before a bulk transfer?

Unlock every eligible domain, collect its correct Auth/EPP code, confirm that it is not subject to a transfer lock, and keep its current DNS service active while the transfer is in progress.

Q: What happens if one domain fails validation?

Review the affected domain separately. Common causes include an incorrect Auth/EPP code, a registrar lock, a recent registration or transfer, or restrictions imposed by the TLD registry.

Q: Will a bulk transfer interrupt websites or email?

A registrar transfer normally leaves nameservers unchanged. Keep the existing DNS service active until every transfer is complete to avoid interruption to websites or email.

Q: Does each transfer include a renewal?

Eligible domain transfers normally include a one-year registration extension. Rules and pricing can vary by TLD, so review the domain pricing page before submitting your portfolio.

Move multiple domains in one workflow. Enter one domain and Auth/EPP code per line and submit up to 500 domains at a time.

HOW TO FORMAT YOUR BULK TRANSFER LIST

Enter one domain per line and separate the domain name and Auth/EPP code with a space.

example.com AUTHCODE123
example.net AUTHCODE456
example.org AUTHCODE789

BEFORE STARTING A BULK TRANSFER

Unlock each eligible domain at its current registrar.
Collect the correct Auth/EPP code for every domain.
Check transfer restrictions and eligibility for each TLD.
Keep existing DNS records active during the migration.
Review domains that fail validation separately.

PREPARE YOUR DOMAINS FOR A BULK TRANSFER

Complete these steps for every domain in your transfer list:

Preverite časovno okno

Confirm the domain has been registered with your current registrar for at least 60 days. Some registrars also add a 60-day lock after ownership changes—verify this before starting.
Dostop do e-pošte

Prepričajte se, da imate dostop do registrirnega ali upravnega e-poštnega naslova, da boste lahko odobrili obrazec pooblastila (FOA) vašega starega registrarja.
Odklenite svojo domeno

Log in to your current registrar and disable any domain lock (sometimes called security lock, transfer lock, or domain lock). A locked domain cannot be transferred.
Pridobite avtentikacijsko kodo

Your current registrar or NiceNIC will email you to confirm the transfer. Approve it promptly to keep the process moving.
Čakalna doba

Prenosi običajno trajajo do 24 ur, redko pa več kot 7 dni.
Prenos zaključen

Ko je prenos zaključen, se domena prikaže v vašem računu NiceNIC.
Imenska strežnika

Your nameservers stay the same during the transfer. If you used your old registrar's DNS, make sure it remains active to avoid downtime.
Kontaktni podatki

WHOIS details usually remain unchanged. If the old registrar blocks a lookup, we'll apply your account's default contact info.
