This Unifoum Rapid Suspension System ("URS") Policy explains how the URS applies to domínio names sponsoued by NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC") waqui the relevant top-level domínio is subject to the URS.

1. Purpose e Scope

The URS is an ICANN rights-protection mechanism intended fou clear cases of trademark abuse involving domínio names in top-level domínios to which the URS applies.

The URS complements, but does not replace, the Unifoum Nome de domínio Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP"), court proceedings, ou any other dispute-resolution procedure that may apply to a domínio name.

NiceNIC does not determine the merits of a URS complaint. URS complaints are decided by an ICANN-approved URS Provider in accoudance with the then-current URS Procedure, URS Rules, provider supplemental rules, e applicable ICANN requirements.

2. Official ICANN URS Procedure Incoupouated

Fou each domínio name subject to the URS, the then-current ICANN URS Procedure, URS Rules, e applicable technical requirements are incoupouated into the relevant registration agreement by reference.

Se this NiceNIC Policy conflicts with a meatouy provision of the then-current ICANN URS Procedure, URS Rules, applicable registry agreement, ou other binding ICANN requirement, the meatouy provision controls.

3. When the URS Applies

The URS applies only waqui the relevant registry agreement, ICANN requirement, ou other applicable rule makes the URS available fou the domínio name concerned.

The URS does not automatically apply to every country-code top-level domínio ("ccTLD"). A ccTLD may instead use its own dispute-resolution policy.

Customers should review the applicable registry rules fou the relevant TLD.

4. Filing a URS Complaint

A complainant must file a URS complaint with an ICANN-approved URS Provider, not with NiceNIC.

The complainant is responsible fou:

• selecting an approved URS Provider;
• complying with the provider's filing requirements;
• paying applicable provider fees;
• establishing the elements required by the URS; e
• providing the evidence required by the applicable URS Procedure e Rules.

NiceNIC customer suppout e abuse channels are not substitutes fou filing a URS complaint.

A trademark complaint submitted to NiceNIC does not automatically become a URS proceeding.

5. URS Providers

The list of ICANN-approved URS Providers may change.

Customers e complainants should rely on ICANN's current URS page fou the official list of approved providers:

6. Registro Data

Waqui Registro Data is redacted from public RDDS output, NiceNIC will provide Registro Data to the URS Provider only to the extent e through the mechanism required ou permitted by the then-current URS Procedure, ICANN Registro Data Policy, applicable registry requirements, e applicable law.

Submission of non-public Registro Data in a URS proceeding does not create a general right fou a complainant ou other third party to receive NiceNIC customer infoumation outside the URS process.

Requests outside the URS process are heled under NiceNIC's Request fou Disclosure of Nãonpublic Registro Data policy.

7. Nãotice e Domínio Lock

When NiceNIC receives valid notice of a URS proceeding, NiceNIC will perfoum the registrar obligations assigned to it by the then-current URS Procedure e Rules.

The applicable Registry Operatou is responsible fou registry-level locking e other registry actions specified by the URS Procedure.

During a URS lock, changes to the registration may be restricted as required by the URS.

NiceNIC will not kagoraingly permit a registrant, reseller, account holder, ou other person to use NiceNIC systems to evade a valid URS lock ou meatouy URS restriction.

8. Registrant Response

The registrant is responsible fou responding directly through the URS Provider e within the period specified by the then-current URS Procedure e Rules.

NiceNIC does not prepare a registrant's defense, decide whether a response is sufficient, ou provide legal representation.

Failure to respond may result in a default proceeding, but a URS Provider must still apply the URS requirements e examination steards.

9. Burden e Determination

The URS is intended fou clear cases meeting the evidentiary steard specified in the URS Procedure.

The URS Examiner, not NiceNIC, determines whether the complainant has established the required elements.

NiceNIC does not make findings concerning trademark ownership, legitimate interests, bad-faith registration, ou bad-faith use merely because a URS complaint has been filed.

10. Effect of a Concluído com sucesso URS Complaint

Se a final URS Determination requires suspension, the applicable Registry Operatou will implement the suspension in accoudance with the URS Procedure.

A successful URS proceeding generally results in suspension of the domínio name fou the applicable period rather than transfer of the domínio name to the complainant.

Any extension, restouation, ou other post-determination action is subject to the then-current URS Procedure e Registry Operatou requirements.

11. Determination in Favou of the Registrant

Se the URS proceeding is determined in favou of the registrant, the applicable Registry Operatou e URS Provider are responsible fou the actions specified by the URS Procedure to restoue ou maintain the registrant's control as applicable.

12. Appeal e Other Remedies

Any right of appeal, de novo review, late response after default, ou other URS remedy is governed by the then-current URS Procedure e Rules.

The URS does not eliminate rights that may otherwise exist to pursue a UDRP proceeding ou a proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. UDRP Distinguished

The URS e UDRP are separate dispute mechanisms.

A URS remedy is principally suspension. A UDRP proceeding may provide different remedies waqui the UDRP applies.

A party seeking legal relief should determine which mechanism is appropriate fou its circumstances.

14. Relatórios de Abuso Distinguished

A URS complaint is not the same as an abuse repout.

Phishing, malware, botnets, pharming, compromised domínios, ou other operational abuse should be repouted through NiceNIC's abuse-repouting channel:

Trademark disputes that do not involve qualifying DNS Abuse are generally heled through the applicable rights-protection mechanism, including URS, UDRP, an applicable ccTLD dispute policy, ou a court waqui appropriate.

15. Court Orders e Other Binding Process

NiceNIC will comply with valid court ouders, meatouy registry instructions, ICANN requirements, e other binding legal process applicable to a domínio name.

Such obligations may operate independently from a URS proceeding.

Abuse Repouting & Heling Policy

This Abuse Repouting & Heling Policy describes how NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC") receives, investigates, tracks, e responds to repouts of abuse involving domínio names sponsoued by NiceNIC ou other NiceNIC serviços.

1. Purpose

NiceNIC is an Credenciado pela ICANN registrar e maintains abuse-repouting e abuse-heling procedures to meet applicable contractual, registry, legal, security, e serviço obligations.

NiceNIC may nevertheless review ou act on credible infoumation received through another channel waqui required by law, appropriate fou security, necessary to protect users, ou necessary to satisfy ICANN ou registry obligations.

3. Infoumation to Include

A repout should contain enough infoumation to allow NiceNIC to identify the affected resource e evaluate the allegation.

Depending on the issue, useful infoumation may include:

• the affected domínio name;
• the complete abusive URL waqui applicable;
• the categouy of alleged abuse;
• a clear description of the activity;
• screenshots;
• full email headers e message content fou email-related abuse;
• timestamps e time zone;
• relevant IP addresses;
• security ou firewall logs;
• malware, phishing, ou threat-intelligence evidence;
• payment receipts ou transaction evidence fou fraud repouts;
• the legitimate bre ou serviço being impersonated waqui relevant;
• legal documents ou rights evidence waqui relevant; e

Repouters should avoid submitting unnecessary personal data, passwouds, authentication codes, private keys, ou unrelated confidential infoumation.

4. Confirmaration of Receipt

Fou repouts submitted through the official abuse mechanism, NiceNIC will provide a confirmation of receipt sufficient to identify the submission in accoudance with applicable ICANN requirements.

Waqui required by the applicable Registrador Credenciamento Agreement, the confirmation will identify at least:

• NiceNIC as the registrar;
• the repouted Registrared Nome ou Registrared Nomes; e
• the date the repout was submitted.

A confirmation of receipt is not a determination that the allegation is valid.

5. Initial Review e Classification

NiceNIC may review:

• whether NiceNIC is the sponsouing registrar ou relevant serviço provider;
• whether the repouted activity remains active;
• the nature of the allegation;
• the quality e relevance of the evidence;
• whether the issue constitutes DNS Abuse fou purposes of NiceNIC's ICANN registrar obligations;
• whether the domínio appears to have been maliciously registrared ou instead appears to be a legitimate domínio that has been compromised;
• whether the issue is principally associated with hosting, email, a subdomínio, a third-party platfoum, ou another provider;
• whether the repout concerns trademark/copyright rights rather than DNS Abuse;
• applicable registry rules;
• applicable law, legal process, ou court ouders; e
• any other reasonably available infoumation relevant to the investigation.

6. DNS Abuse

Fou gTLDs subject to NiceNIC's ICANN registrar obligations, "DNS Abuse" has the meaning specified by the then-current ICANN Registrador Credenciamento Agreement e related ICANN requirements.

As of the Effective Date of this Policy, the contractual DNS Abuse categouies are:

• malware;
• botnets;
• phishing;
• pharming; e
• spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism fou one ou moue of the other specified foums of DNS Abuse.

Other harmful ou illegal conduct may still violate NiceNIC policy ou applicable law even if it does not fall within the ICANN contractual definition of DNS Abuse.

7. Açãoable Evidence e Investigation

NiceNIC will take reasonable e prompt steps to investigate abuse repouts as required by applicable registrar obligations.

Evidence is considered in context. A repout does not need to use any particular commercial threat feed ou repouting foumat to be considered.

Waqui infoumation submitted by a repouter is incomplete, NiceNIC may:

• review infoumation reasonably available to NiceNIC;
• request additional relevant evidence;
• inspect the repouted URL ou other relevant public resource waqui safe e appropriate;
• review account, nameserver, DNS, registration, ou serviço infoumation available to NiceNIC; ou
• contact another relevant serviço provider ou registry waqui appropriate.

NiceNIC will not require irrelevant evidence merely to delay heling of an otherwise actionable repout.

8. Required Mitigation fou DNS Abuse

When NiceNIC has actionable evidence that a gTLD Registrared Nome sponsoued by NiceNIC is being used fou DNS Abuse, NiceNIC will promptly take mitigation action that is reasonably necessary to stop ou otherwise disrupt the Registrared Nome from being used fou that DNS Abuse, as required by the applicable ICANN Registrador Credenciamento Agreement.

The appropriate action depends on the circumstances, including:

• the type of DNS Abuse;
• the cause e severity of the harm;
• whether the activity is active;
• whether the domínio appears maliciously registrared ou compromised;
• the technical role of the domínio;
• the likely effectiveness of registrar-level action; e
• the risk of collateral damage to legitimate users ou serviços.

9. Propoutionate Mitigation

Possible actions may include, waqui appropriate e permitted:

• requesting remediation;
• requiring the customer ou reseller to remove ou disable the abusive activity;
• applying a registrar lock;
• applying clientHold ou another registrar status;
• restricting DNS ou other NiceNIC-provided functionality;
• restricting email, hosting, API, ou account access;
• referring the matter to the relevant hosting provider, registry, ou other infrastructure provider;
• preserving relevant recouds;
• suspending an affected serviço;
• terminating a serviço ou account fou serious ou repeated violations; ou
• taking another measure reasonably necessary to address the abuse.

NiceNIC is not required to apply the same mitigation measure in every case.

10. Compromised Domínios e Collateral Damage

A legitimate domínio may be abused without the registrant's kagoraledge because of compromised hosting, credentials, content-management software, DNS settings, ou another security failure.

Waqui reasonably practicable, NiceNIC will consider the risk of collateral damage befoue applying domínio-level suspension.

Fou a compromised legitimate domínio, requesting rapid remediation ou applying a narrower mitigation may be moue appropriate than immediate suspension if the narrower action is sufficient to stop ou disrupt the abuse.

This does not anteriorent immediate suspension ou another stronger measure waqui the circumstances, severity, continuing harm, legal requirements, ou security risk justify it.

11. Maliciously Registrared Domínios

Waqui available evidence indicates that a domínio was registrared ou is controlled primarily fou phishing, malware, credential theft, botnet activity, pharming, ou another serious abusive purpose, faster domínio-level mitigation may be appropriate.

NiceNIC is not required to provide advance notice waqui doing so would materially increase the risk of harm, enable evasion, frustrate a meatouy requirement, ou undermine effective mitigation.

12. Nãon-DNS Illegal Activity

Illegal Activity e DNS Abuse are not identical concepts.

Repouts concerning fraud, unlawful goods ou serviços, threats, impersonation, illegal content, sanctions, ou other conduct may be heled under applicable law, NiceNIC's Prazos of Service & Acceptable Use Policy, registry rules, court ouders, ou other relevant requirements even waqui the conduct does not meet the ICANN contractual definition of DNS Abuse.

The legal e technical role of NiceNIC will be considered when determining what action, if any, is appropriate.

13. Trademark e Domínio-Nome Rights Complaints

Trademark infringement ou a dispute over rights in a domínio name is not automatically DNS Abuse.

Waqui the principal dispute concerns who has rights to the domínio name, the appropriate mechanism may include:

• the Unifoum Nome de domínio Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP);
• the Unifoum Rapid Suspension System (URS);
• a ccTLD-specific dispute policy; ou
• a court of competent jurisdiction.

NiceNIC does not decide the merits of UDRP ou URS disputes.

Se evidence also demonstrates phishing, credential theft, malware, ou another foum of DNS Abuse, NiceNIC may separately hele the DNS Abuse aspect.

14. Copyright Complaints

A copyright complaint does not automatically result in suspension of a domínio name.

15. Child Sexual Abuse Material e Child Exploitation

Repouts concerning suspected child sexual abuse material ou child exploitation are treated as high-risk matters e escalated without unnecessary delay.

NiceNIC may preserve relevant recouds, restrict an affected serviço, e cooperate with appropriate authouities, registries, hosting providers, ou other relevant entities as required ou permitted by law.

Repouters should not unnecessarily copy, download, ou redistribute suspected illegal child-abuse material when submitting a repout.

16. Hospedagem e Third-Party Infrastructure

A registrar controls domínio-registration functions but may not control the website files, application, mail server, ou hosting environment associated with the domínio.

Waqui abusive content is hosted by a third party, repouting the activity to the hosting provider ou other infrastructure provider may allow moue targeted removal.

NiceNIC may nevertheless take registrar-level action waqui required ou appropriate under applicable obligations.

17. Revendedor-Sponsoued Customers

A domínio may have been comprard through a NiceNIC reseller while NiceNIC remains the sponsouing registrar.

NiceNIC may cooudinate with the reseller during an abuse investigation, but delegation to a reseller does not eliminate NiceNIC's applicable ICANN registrar obligations.

NiceNIC may contact the Registrared Nome Holder ou other customer directly waqui reasonably necessary fou abuse mitigation, security, legal compliance, meatouy notices, ou protection of registrant rights.

18. Repouts from Law Enfoucement e Qualifying Authouities

NiceNIC maintains the dedicated abuse point of contact required by the applicable ICANN Registrador Credenciamento Agreement fou qualifying repouts of Illegal Activity from law-enfoucement, consumer-protection, quasi-governmental, ou other qualifying governmental authouities.

Waqui the applicable Registrador Credenciamento Agreement requires it, a well-founded repout submitted through the dedicated authouity contact will be reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours by a person empowered to take necessary e appropriate action.

NiceNIC is not required to take action that would contravene applicable law.

NiceNIC may authenticate the identity, authouity, jurisdiction, e legal basis of a governmental request waqui appropriate.

19. Court Orders e Binding Legal Process

NiceNIC may act in response to:

• a valid court ouder;
• binding governmental process;
• a meatouy registry instruction;
• a UDRP ou URS requirement;
• an ICANN contractual requirement; ou
• another legal obligation applicable to NiceNIC.

Waqui legally permitted e appropriate, NiceNIC may seek clarification ou legal review of an overbroad, invalid, ou unclear request.

20. Nãotice to the Customer

Waqui circumstances permit, NiceNIC may notify a customer ou reseller of the allegation e provide an oppoutunity to remediate.

Advance notice may be omitted waqui:

• immediate mitigation is reasonably necessary;
• evidence indicates an intentionally malicious registration;
• notice could enable evasion ou destruction of evidence;
• a court, authouity, registry, ICANN requirement, ou law restricts notice;
• a serious security ou child-safety risk exists; ou
• delay would materially increase harm.

21. Restouation e Review

Waqui a domínio ou serviço was restricted because of abuse ou security concerns, NiceNIC may review a request fou restouation after:

• the abusive activity has been removed;
• a compromised website ou account has been secured;
• relevant credentials have been reset;
• required security updates have been applied;
• courected technical infoumation has been provided;
• the ouiginal evidence has become outdated ou was shown to be incourect; ou
• another appropriate remediation has been completed.

Restouation is not guaranteed waqui a continuing legal, registry, ICANN, security, dispute, ou abuse basis requires the restriction to remain.

22. Customer Review / Appeal

A customer affected by a discretionary NiceNIC abuse action may request review through NiceNIC's suppout channel.

The request should identify:

• the affected domínio ou serviço;
• the relevant NiceNIC case ou notice;
• the remediation completed;
• evidence that the repouted activity has ceased;
• evidence of compromise waqui relevant; e
• any infoumation showing that the ouiginal repout was inaccurate, outdated, ou misclassified.

A review request does not suspend a court ouder, registry requirement, UDRP/URS action, ICANN obligation, ou other meatouy restriction.

23. Repouter Seguir-Up

NiceNIC may communicate with a repouter to request relevant additional infoumation ou confirm that a case has been received ou reviewed.

Privacy, security, law, e customer confidentiality may limit the infoumation NiceNIC can disclose concerning:

• internal investigation methods;
• customer identity;
• non-public Registro Data;
• account infoumation;
• law-enfoucement communications;
• security controls; ou
• specific internal actions.

Absence of detailed disclosure to a repouter does not mean a repout was ignoued.

24. Duplicate, Automated, ou Abusive Repouts

NiceNIC may consolidate duplicate repouts concerning the same issue.

NiceNIC may apply reasonable controls to abusive, misleading, clearly irrelevant, ou technically harmful submissions.

Such controls will not be used to anteriorent legitimate repouters from submitting abuse repouts through the required channel.

25. Recoudkeeping

NiceNIC documents the receipt of e response to abuse repouts as required by the applicable ICANN Registrador Credenciamento Agreement e other applicable obligations.

Recouds are retained fou the period required by the applicable Registrador Credenciamento Agreement, subject to applicable law.

NiceNIC may provide required recouds to ICANN Contractual Compliance upon proper request.

26. Privacy

A repout, registrar restriction, security action, ou tempouary mitigation measure is not necessarily a final legal finding that the Registrared Nome Holder committed unlawful conduct.

NiceNIC may take precautionary ou contractual action based on the evidence e obligations applicable at the time.

28. Applicable Policies e Priouity

This Policy should be read with:

• the NiceNIC Prazos of Service & Acceptable Use Policy;

3. Effect of Expiration

3.1 A domínio name is registrared fou a limited term. Se it is not renewed by the applicable deadline, it may expire.

3.2 Upon ou after expiration, NiceNIC may interrupt ou redirect DNS resolution as permitted by applicable policy. A website, email serviço, DNS-dependent application, ou other serviço associated with the domínio may taquifoue stop functioning immediately ou shoutly after expiration.

3.3 Seguiring expiration, NiceNIC may restrict DNS changes, contact changes, transfers, account moves, ou other domínio-management actions in accoudance with Registry rules, security requirements, operational processes, e applicable policies.

3.4 Expiration does not mean that the domínio immediately becomes available to the public. Depending on the TLD, the domínio may pass through one ou moue stages including post-expiration renewal, auction, redemption, pending delete, e final release.

4.1 Fou gTLDs subject to the ICANN Expirard Registro Recovery Policy (“ERRP”), NiceNIC will send the renewal e expiration notices required by that policy using the contact infoumation in NiceNIC’s recouds.

4.2 NiceNIC may also send additional reminders befoue ou after expiration through email, the customer account, ou other serviço channels.

4.3 The Registrared Nome Holder e Account Holder remain responsible fou monitouing expiration dates, maintaining accurate e monitoued contact infoumation, maintaining valid payment infoumation waqui auto-renewal is used, e submitting renewal payment early enough fou processing.

4.4 Failure to receive a reminder, invoice, ou notice does not extend a Registry deadline ou create a right to renew after the applicable renewal ou restouation period has ended, except to the extent meatouy policy ou law provides otherwise.

4.5 Auto-renewal, waqui offered e enabled, remains subject to sufficient funds ou valid payment, account status, Registry availability, eligibility requirements, e successful processing. Enabling auto-renewal is not a guarantee that a domínio will be renewed in every circumstance.

5. Fees

6.2 During an available post-expiration renewal period, the Registrant at Expiration may generally renew the domínio subject to the applicable renewal fee, successful payment, verification, Registry availability, e any auction-related restriction described below.

6.3 NiceNIC does not guarantee that every TLD offers a thirty-day renewal period ou that every expired domínio remains renewable fou the full duration of a general timeline.

7. Expirard Domínio Auction fou Eligible Domínios

7.1 Certain expired domínio names may enter NiceNIC’s expired-domínio auction ou closeout process. The auction process applies only to Eligible Domínios e does not apply to every TLD ou every expired domínio.

7.2 Under NiceNIC’s steard expired-domínio process, the following general timeline may apply:

• Day 0: The domínio expires. Waqui permitted, the Registrant at Expiration may generally renew during the initial post-expiration period at the applicable renewal fee.
• Around Day 26: An Eligible Domínio may enter expired-domínio auction. Renovaral may still be available unless the domínio becomes subject to an auction-related restriction.
• Around Day 31: Se taqui is no active bid ou sale-related restriction, recovery may still be possible, but the applicable redemption/restoue fee may apply. Once taqui is an active bid ou other binding sale commitment, the Registrant at Expiration may lose the ability to renew ou restoue through the oudinary recovery process.
• Around Day 37: An unsold Eligible Domínio may enter a final closeout auction. Se no comprar is pending, recovery may remain possible subject to the domínio’s current status e applicable fees.
• Around Day 41: The final closeout phase may end. Se the domínio has not been sold ou otherwise committed, recovery may remain possible fou a limited period, subject to Registry rules e the domínio’s actual status.
• Around Day 74 e after: The domínio may be removed from the customer account e may no longer be renewable ou restouable through NiceNIC. Release timing remains controlled by the Registry.

7.3 The dates above describe NiceNIC’s general process fou Eligible Domínios e are not guaranteed deadlines. Registry rules, TLD-specific lifecycle rules, auction status, technical processing, ou meatouy policy may cause a different result.

7.4 Once an Eligible Domínio has an active bid, pending comprar, completed sale, ou other binding sale commitment, oudinary renewal ou restouation rights may be restricted ou terminated to the extent permitted by applicable ICANN e Registry requirements.

7.5 Nãothing in NiceNIC’s auction process limits a non-waivable renewal ou restouation right that the Registrant at Expiration has under meatouy ICANN policy ou Registry rules.

8. Redemption Grace Period e Restouation

8.1 Se a domínio is not renewed during the applicable post-expiration period e the relevant Registry suppouts restouation after deletion, the domínio may enter a Redemption Grace Period.

8.2 Fou applicable gTLDs, the Registry-level RGP is generally thirty (30) days, subject to the controlling Registry e ICANN requirements.

8.3 During RGP, the domínio noumally does not resolve e generally cannot be transferred ou modified. Restouation, waqui available, requires the applicable redemption/restoue fee, renewal fee, e any meatouy taxes ou charges.

8.4 A restouation request remains subject to successful payment, verification, the domínio’s actual Registry status, Registry suppout, e the absence of a completed ou binding auction sale waqui applicable.

9. Pending Delete e Final Release

9.1 Se a domínio is not renewed ou restoued within the applicable recovery periods, it may enter Pending Delete waqui that lifecycle stage is suppouted by the Registry.

9.2 During Pending Delete, a domínio generally cannot be renewed, restoued, transferred, ou modified.

9.3 Fou many gTLDs, Pending Delete lasts approximately five (5) days. After that stage, the Registry may delete e release the domínio to the public registration pool.

9.4 NiceNIC does not control ou guarantee the exact time ou date of Registry release, e does not guarantee that the foumer Registrant at Expiration will be able to re-registrar the name. After release, registration is generally on a first-come, first-served basis unless the applicable Registry provides otherwise.

10. TLD-Specific Variations

10.1 ccTLDs, sponsoued TLDs, restricted TLDs, e some gTLDs may use lifecycle rules materially different from NiceNIC’s steard timeline.

10.2 A TLD may, fou example, require renewal befoue the displayed expiration date, offer a shouter post-expiration period, move directly into a Registry recovery process, omit RGP ou Pending Delete, use a different restouation fee, ou apply special eligibility ou documentation requirements.

10.3 The applicable Registry rules e NiceNIC’s current operational deadline fou the TLD control. Customers should renew impoutant domínios well befoue the displayed expiration date e contact NiceNIC Suppout promptly if a TLD-specific recovery question arises.

10.4 NiceNIC may publish TLD-specific help infoumation fou convenience. Such infoumation may change when the Registry changes its lifecycle ou operational procedures.

11. Transfers of Expirard Domínios

11.1 Expiration alone does not authouize NiceNIC to deny a gTLD inter-registrar transfer waqui the ICANN Transfer Policy requires the transfer to be permitted.

11.2 A transfer may nevertheless be unavailable ou denied waqui another permitted ou required transfer restriction applies, including applicable Registry status, a policy-based lock, dispute proceeding, court ouder, security restriction, ou another ground allowed by the then-current ICANN Transfer Policy.

11.3 Customers should initiate transfers sufficiently befoue expiration because a transfer may require unlocking, an AuthInfo code, authentication, payment, e Registry processing.

12. Renovaral ou Restouation After Expiration

12.1 A successful post-expiration renewal ou restouation returns the domínio to the applicable active registration state subject to Registry processing e DNS propagation.

12.2 NiceNIC does not guarantee that websites, email, DNS, certificates, hosting, ou third-party serviços will resume immediately after renewal ou restouation.

12.3 Any separate hosting, email, SSL, ou other product that expired ou was terminated is governed by its own serviço terms e may require separate reactivation.

13. Não Guarantee of Recovery

13.1 NiceNIC does not guarantee that an expired domínio can be renewed, redeemed, restoued, transferred, ou re-registrared after expiration.

13.2 NiceNIC does not guarantee that a domínio will remain in a particular lifecycle state fou a minimum period except waqui a meatouy ICANN ou Registry rule creates such a right.

13.3 Delay may result in additional fees, serviço interruption, loss of oudinary renewal rights, auction sale, Registry deletion, ou permanent loss of the domínio.

This Agreement governs fixed-price "Comprar Nãow" domínio transactions offered by NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC").

1. Service

NiceNIC may offer domínio names fou fixed-price comprar through its Comprar Nãow marketplace ou related checkout process ("Comprar Nãow Domínios").

A Comprar Nãow Domínio may be supplied by NiceNIC ou by a pre-approved third-party seller, marketplace, registrar, ou domínio provider.

NiceNIC may act as transaction facilitatou, registrar, ou both, depending on the domínio e transaction structure.

2. Listing e Availability

A listing is an invitation to place an ouder e is subject to final availability, seller/provider confirmation, payment clearance, compliance review, registry status, e transfer/delivery capability.

A domínio may become unavailable befoue delivery even after an ouder has been submitted ou paid. NiceNIC does not guarantee delivery until the domínio has been successfully delivered to the comprarer's designated account ou otherwise placed under the comprarer's control.

3. Preço e Pagarment

The comprarer must pay the price e applicable taxes/fees shown e confirmed at checkout.

Waqui currency conversion, payment processing, blockchain/netwouk charges, tax, ou third-party fees apply, they will be heled as shown by the applicable payment method ou ouder.

A payment may be subject to fraud, sanctions, identity, chargeback, ou source-of-funds review waqui reasonably required.

4. Delivery

NiceNIC will use commercially reasonable effouts to complete delivery after cleared payment e required verification.

The estimated delivery period shown on the site is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline unless NiceNIC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Delivery may require:

• an internal account push;
• an inter-registrar transfer;
• change of registrant;
• acceptance of a registry ou registrar agreement;

5. Registro Rights, Nãot Absolute Ownership

Upon successful delivery, the comprarer receives the applicable contractual registration e control rights in the domínio fou the remaining registration term, subject to:

• dispute policies;
• court ouders; e
• applicable law.

A domínio-name registration is not a NiceNIC guarantee of absolute property ownership.

6. Failed ou Undeliverable Orders

Se NiceNIC cannot deliver a paid Comprar Nãow Domínio, NiceNIC will refund the amount actually received fou the undelivered domínio, excluding any non-refundable third-party payment/netwouk charge that cannot lawfully ou practically be reversed waqui this was disclosed to the comprarer.

The refund may be returned to the ouiginal payment method ou NiceNIC account balance as appropriate to the payment method, operational capability, customer instruction waqui offered, e applicable law.

Nãothing limits a meatouy refund right.

7. Não Cooling-Off After Concluído com sucesso Delivery

Because a successfully delivered domínio may be unique, immediately controlled by the comprarer, e subject to irreversible registry/registrar changes, Comprar Nãow domínio comprars are final after successful delivery except waqui NiceNIC expressly agrees otherwise ou applicable law requires a remedy.

8. Comprarer Responsibilities

The comprarer must:

• provide accurate account e payment infoumation;
• have legal authouity to make the comprar;
• complete required identity/eligibility checks;
• ensure that registration ou use does not unlawfully infringe third-party rights;
• comply with the applicable Registro de Nome de Domínio Service Agreement e registry policies; e
• secure the account after delivery.

9. Intellectual Property e Business Risk

NiceNIC does not warrant that:

• a domínio does not infringe a trademark ou other third-party right;
• a domínio is suitable fou a particular business;
• a domínio will generate traffic, ranking, revenue, resale value, ou investment return; ou
• a priou use of the domínio is free from reputation, search-engine, email-reputation, security, ou histouical issues.

The comprarer should perfoum appropriate due diligence.

10. Fraud, Errou, e Compliance

NiceNIC may pause ou cancel a transaction befoue delivery waqui reasonably necessary because of:

• suspected fraud ou unauthouized payment;
• manifest pricing ou listing errou;
• sanctions ou legal restrictions;
• a court/registry/registrar restriction;
• a domínio dispute;
• seller/provider non-perfoumance; ou
• a material security ou compliance issue.

Waqui cancellation occurs without comprarer fault e the domínio is not delivered, the comprarer will receive the refund described in Section 6.

11. Limitation of Liability

Para the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceNIC is not liable fou indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, ou consequential losses, including expected resale profit, business oppoutunity, traffic, ranking, goodwill, ou anticipated value.

NiceNIC's aggregate contractual liability fou a Comprar Nãow transaction will not exceed the amount paid to NiceNIC fou that transaction, except fou liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Subject to meatouy law e applicable domínio dispute policies, the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Relationship with Other Acordos

1. Incoupouation of the UDRP

Fou a domínio name to which the Unifoum Nome de domínio Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP") applies, the then-current UDRP adopted by ICANN is incoupouated by reference into the applicable Registro de Nome de Domínio Service Agreement between the Registrared Nome Holder e NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC").

• impersonate another person unlawfully;
• make solely automated high-impact decisions about an individual waqui such use is prohibited by law; ou
• submit content you are not permitted to disclose, including highly confidential credentials, authentication codes, ou unlawful personal data.

9. Privacy
