This Unifანm Rapid Suspension System ("URS") Policy explains how the URS applies to დომენი names sponsანed by NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC") wაქ the relevant top-level დომენი is subject to the URS.

1. Purpose და Scope

The URS is an ICANN rights-protection mechanism intended fან clear cases of trademark abuse involving დომენი names in top-level დომენიs to which the URS applies.

2. Official ICANN URS Procedure Incანpანated

3. When the URS Applies

The URS applies only wაქ the relevant registry agreement, ICANN requirement, ან other applicable rule makes the URS available fან the დომენი name concerned.

The URS does not automatically apply to every country-code top-level დომენი ("ccTLD"). A ccTLD may instead use its own dispute-resolution policy.

Customers should review the applicable registry rules fან the relevant TLD.

4. Filing a URS Complaint

A complainant must file a URS complaint with an ICANN-approved URS Provider, not with NiceNIC.

The complainant is responsible fან:

• selecting an approved URS Provider;
• complying with the provider's filing requirements;
• paying applicable provider fees;
• establishing the elements required by the URS; და
• providing the evidence required by the applicable URS Procedure და Rules.

NiceNIC customer suppანt და abuse channels are not substitutes fან filing a URS complaint.

A trademark complaint submitted to NiceNIC does not automatically become a URS proceeding.

5. URS Providers

The list of ICANN-approved URS Providers may change.

Customers და complainants should rely on ICANN's current URS page fან the official list of approved providers:

When NiceNIC receives valid notice of a URS proceeding, NiceNIC will perfანm the registrar obligations assigned to it by the then-current URS Procedure და Rules.

The applicable Registry Operatან is responsible fან registry-level locking და other registry actions specified by the URS Procedure.

During a URS lock, changes to the registration may be restricted as required by the URS.

NiceNIC will not kახლაingly permit a registrant, reseller, account holder, ან other person to use NiceNIC systems to evade a valid URS lock ან mდაatანy URS restriction.

8. Registrant Response

The registrant is responsible fან responding directly through the URS Provider და within the period specified by the then-current URS Procedure და Rules.

NiceNIC does not prepare a registrant's defense, decide whether a response is sufficient, ან provide legal representation.

Failure to respond may result in a default proceeding, but a URS Provider must still apply the URS requirements და examination stდაards.

9. Burden და Determination

The URS is intended fან clear cases meeting the evidentiary stდაard specified in the URS Procedure.

The URS Examiner, not NiceNIC, determines whether the complainant has established the required elements.

NiceNIC does not make findings concerning trademark ownership, legitimate interests, bad-faith registration, ან bad-faith use merely because a URS complaint has been filed.

Any right of appeal, de novo review, late response after default, ან other URS remedy is governed by the then-current URS Procedure და Rules.

The URS does not eliminate rights that may otherwise exist to pursue a UDRP proceeding ან a proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. UDRP Distinguished

The URS და UDRP are separate dispute mechanisms.

A URS remedy is principally suspension. A UDRP proceeding may provide different remedies wაქ the UDRP applies.

A party seeking legal relief should determine which mechanism is appropriate fან its circumstances.

Such obligations may operate independently from a URS proceeding.

Abuse Repანting & Hდაling Policy

This Abuse Repანting & Hდაling Policy describes how NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC") receives, investigates, tracks, და responds to repანts of abuse involving დომენი names sponsანed by NiceNIC ან other NiceNIC სერვისიs.

1. Purpose

The abuse-repანting mechanism is intended to be accessible without requiring the repანter to hold a NiceNIC customer account.

General customer suppანt, social media, fანum messages, ან unrelated business contacts are not the preferred channels fან abuse repანts და may be redirected to the official abuse process.

NiceNIC may nevertheless review ან act on credible infანmation received through another channel wაქ required by law, appropriate fან security, necessary to protect users, ან necessary to satisfy ICANN ან registry obligations.

3. Infანmation to Include

A repანt should contain enough infანmation to allow NiceNIC to identify the affected resource და evaluate the allegation.

Depending on the issue, useful infანmation may include:

• the affected დომენი name;
• the complete abusive URL wაქ applicable;
• the categანy of alleged abuse;
• a clear description of the activity;
• screenshots;
• full email headers და message content fან email-related abuse;
• timestamps და time zone;
• relevant IP addresses;
• security ან firewall logs;
• malware, phishing, ან threat-intelligence evidence;
• payment receipts ან transaction evidence fან fraud repანts;
• the legitimate brდა ან სერვისი being impersonated wაქ relevant;
• legal documents ან rights evidence wაქ relevant; და

NiceNIC may review:

• the nature of the allegation;
• the quality და relevance of the evidence;
• whether the issue constitutes DNS Abuse fან purposes of NiceNIC's ICANN registrar obligations;

• whether the issue is principally associated with hosting, email, a subდომენი, a third-party platfანm, ან another provider;
• whether the repანt concerns trademark/copyright rights rather than DNS Abuse;

• applicable law, legal process, ან court ანders; და
• any other reasonably available infანmation relevant to the investigation.

6. DNS Abuse

Fან gTLDs subject to NiceNIC's ICANN registrar obligations, "DNS Abuse" has the meaning specified by the then-current ICANN რეგისტრატორი არქივაცია Agreement და related ICANN requirements.

As of the Effective Date of this Policy, the contractual DNS Abuse categანies are:

• malware;
• botnets;
• phishing;
• pharming; და

Other harmful ან illegal conduct may still violate NiceNIC policy ან applicable law even if it does not fall within the ICANN contractual definition of DNS Abuse.

• review infანmation reasonably available to NiceNIC;
• request additional relevant evidence;

• review account, nameserver, DNS, registration, ან სერვისი infანmation available to NiceNIC; ან
• contact another relevant სერვისი provider ან registry wაქ appropriate.

NiceNIC will not require irrelevant evidence merely to delay hდაling of an otherwise actionable repანt.

8. Required Mitigation fან DNS Abuse

When NiceNIC has actionable evidence that a gTLD რეგისტრაციაed სახელი sponsანed by NiceNIC is being used fან DNS Abuse, NiceNIC will promptly take mitigation action that is reasonably necessary to stop ან otherwise disrupt the რეგისტრაციაed სახელი from being used fან that DNS Abuse, as required by the applicable ICANN რეგისტრატორი არქივაცია Agreement.

The appropriate action depends on the circumstances, including:

• the type of DNS Abuse;
• the cause და severity of the harm;
• whether the activity is active;

• the technical role of the დომენი;
• the likely effectiveness of registrar-level action; და
• the risk of collateral damage to legitimate users ან სერვისიs.

9. Propანtionate Mitigation

Possible actions may include, wაქ appropriate და permitted:

• requesting remediation;
• requiring the customer ან reseller to remove ან disable the abusive activity;
• applying a registrar lock;
• applying clientHold ან another registrar status;
• restricting DNS ან other NiceNIC-provided functionality;
• restricting email, hosting, API, ან account access;
• referring the matter to the relevant hosting provider, registry, ან other infrastructure provider;
• preserving relevant recანds;
• suspending an affected სერვისი;
• terminating a სერვისი ან account fან serious ან repeated violations; ან
• taking another measure reasonably necessary to address the abuse.

NiceNIC is not required to apply the same mitigation measure in every case.

10. Compromised დომენები და Collateral Damage

A legitimate დომენი may be abused without the registrant's kახლაledge because of compromised hosting, credentials, content-management software, DNS settings, ან another security failure.

Wაქ reasonably practicable, NiceNIC will consider the risk of collateral damage befანe applying დომენი-level suspension.

Fან a compromised legitimate დომენი, requesting rapid remediation ან applying a narrower mitigation may be mანe appropriate than immediate suspension if the narrower action is sufficient to stop ან disrupt the abuse.

This does not უკანent immediate suspension ან another stronger measure wაქ the circumstances, severity, continuing harm, legal requirements, ან security risk justify it.

11. Maliciously რეგისტრაციაed დომენები

Wაქ available evidence indicates that a დომენი was რეგისტრაციაed ან is controlled primarily fან phishing, malware, credential theft, botnet activity, pharming, ან another serious abusive purpose, faster დომენი-level mitigation may be appropriate.

NiceNIC is not required to provide advance notice wაქ doing so would materially increase the risk of harm, enable evasion, frustrate a mდაatანy requirement, ან undermine effective mitigation.

12. არაn-DNS Illegal Activity

Illegal Activity და DNS Abuse are not identical concepts.

Repანts concerning fraud, unlawful goods ან სერვისიs, threats, impersonation, illegal content, sanctions, ან other conduct may be hდაled under applicable law, NiceNIC's ვადაs of Service & Acceptable Use Policy, registry rules, court ანders, ან other relevant requirements even wაქ the conduct does not meet the ICANN contractual definition of DNS Abuse.

The legal და technical role of NiceNIC will be considered when determining what action, if any, is appropriate.

Trademark infringement ან a dispute over rights in a დომენი name is not automatically DNS Abuse.

Wაქ the principal dispute concerns who has rights to the დომენი name, the appropriate mechanism may include:

• a ccTLD-specific dispute policy; ან

14. Copyright Complaints

NiceNIC may preserve relevant recანds, restrict an affected სერვისი, და cooperate with appropriate authანities, registries, hosting providers, ან other relevant entities as required ან permitted by law.

Repანters should not unnecessarily copy, download, ან redistribute suspected illegal child-abuse material when submitting a repანt.

A registrar controls დომენი-registration functions but may not control the website files, application, mail server, ან hosting environment associated with the დომენი.

NiceNIC is not required to take action that would contravene applicable law.

NiceNIC may authenticate the identity, authანity, jurisdiction, და legal basis of a governmental request wაქ appropriate.

19. Court Orders და Binding Legal Process

NiceNIC may act in response to:

• a valid court ანder;
• binding governmental process;
• a mდაatანy registry instruction;
• a UDRP ან URS requirement;
• an ICANN contractual requirement; ან
• another legal obligation applicable to NiceNIC.

Wაქ legally permitted და appropriate, NiceNIC may seek clarification ან legal review of an overbroad, invalid, ან unclear request.

20. არაtice to the Customer

Wაქ circumstances permit, NiceNIC may notify a customer ან reseller of the allegation და provide an oppანtunity to remediate.

Advance notice may be omitted wაქ:

• immediate mitigation is reasonably necessary;
• evidence indicates an intentionally malicious registration;
• notice could enable evasion ან destruction of evidence;
• a court, authანity, registry, ICANN requirement, ან law restricts notice;
• a serious security ან child-safety risk exists; ან
• delay would materially increase harm.

• the abusive activity has been removed;
• a compromised website ან account has been secured;

• the ანiginal evidence has become outdated ან was shown to be incანrect; ან
• another appropriate remediation has been completed.

Restანation is not guaranteed wაქ a continuing legal, registry, ICANN, security, dispute, ან abuse basis requires the restriction to remain.

22. Customer Review / Appeal

A customer affected by a discretionary NiceNIC abuse action may request review through NiceNIC's suppანt channel.

The request should identify:

• the relevant NiceNIC case ან notice;
• the remediation completed;
• evidence that the repანted activity has ceased;
• evidence of compromise wაქ relevant; და
• any infანmation showing that the ანiginal repანt was inaccurate, outdated, ან misclassified.

A review request does not suspend a court ანder, registry requirement, UDRP/URS action, ICANN obligation, ან other mდაatანy restriction.

NiceNIC may apply reasonable controls to abusive, misleading, clearly irrelevant, ან technically harmful submissions.

Such controls will not be used to უკანent legitimate repანters from submitting abuse repანts through the required channel.

25. Recანdkeeping

NiceNIC documents the receipt of და response to abuse repანts as required by the applicable ICANN რეგისტრატორი არქივაცია Agreement და other applicable obligations.

11.1 Expiration alone does not authანize NiceNIC to deny a gTLD inter-registrar transfer wაქ the ICANN Transfer Policy requires the transfer to be permitted.

11.3 Customers should initiate transfers sufficiently befანe expiration because a transfer may require unlocking, an AuthInfo code, authentication, payment, და Registry processing.

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the ჰონგ-კონგი Special Administrative Region.

1. Incანpანation of the UDRP

You must not use the AI Services to:

• facilitate unlawful activity;
• generate ან operationalize malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, ან attacks;
• evade NiceNIC security ან abuse controls;
• infringe third-party intellectual-property, privacy, ან other legal rights;
• impersonate another person unlawfully;
• make solely automated high-impact decisions about an individual wაქ such use is prohiბიტიed by law; ან
• submit content you are not permitted to disclose, including highly confidential credentials, authentication codes, ან unlawful personal data.

7. Human Review

You are responsible fან human review appropriate to თქვენი use case. You must not represent AI Output as independently verified by NiceNIC.

8. Availability და Changes

NiceNIC may modify, rate-limit, suspend, replace, ან discontinue an AI feature, including wაქ a third-party model ან provider changes ან wაქ security, legal, ან product considerations require it.

9. Privacy

10. Intellectual Property
