2. Definitions

Ftai purposes of this Policy:

2.1 “Expiration Date” means the date on which a verkkotunnus name registration term ends.

2.2 “Grace Period” means any post-expiration period during which renewal may still be possible at the stjaard renewal fee, subject to the applicable TLD ja registry rules.

2.6 “Vanheneed Verkkotunnus Auction” means the expired-verkkotunnus sale process that may apply to certain expired verkkotunnus names beftaie final deletion tai release.

3. Effect of Expiration

3.3 Expiration does not mean that the verkkotunnus name immediately becomes available to the public. Depending on the applicable TLD ja registry rules, the verkkotunnus name may pass through one tai mtaie stages, including grace period, auction, redemption, pending delete, ja eventual release.

4. Uusial Eitices ja Customer Responsibility

4.1 NiceNIC may send renewal reminders ja expiration-related notices beftaie ja after expiration, as required by applicable policy tai as part of NiceNIC’s stjaard operational process.

4.2 It is sinun sole responsibility to maintain accurate ja current account ja contact inftaimation, including sinun email address, ja to monittai the status of sinun verkkotunnus names.

4.3 Failure to receive a renewal notice, reminder, invoice, tai other communication shall not relieve you of responsibility ftai renewing sinun verkkotunnus name beftaie expiration.

4.4 Jos auto-renewal is enabled, successful renewal remains subject to valid payment, operational processing, ja the applicable registry rules. NiceNIC does not guarantee successful auto-renewal in every case.

5. Stjaard Post-Expiration Uusial

6.2 Ftai Eligible Verkkotunnukset under NiceNIC’s stjaard expired-verkkotunnus process, the following general timeline may apply:

Day 0 after expiration

The verkkotunnus name expires. The registrant may generally renew the verkkotunnus name at the stjaard renewal fee during the initial post-expiration period, subject to applicable rules.

Day 26 after expiration

The verkkotunnus name may enter expired verkkotunnus auction. kohdalla this stage, the registrant may still be able to renew the verkkotunnus name at the stjaard renewal fee, unless otherwise restricted by the applicable process.

Day 31 after expiration

The final closeout auction may end. Jos the verkkotunnus name was not sold tai otherwise committed to sale, recovery may still be possible ftai a limited period, subject to the applicable TLD, registry rules, ja NiceNIC’s operational process.

Day 74 after expiration

The verkkotunnus name may be removed from the registrant’s account ja may no longer be renewable tai resttaiable through NiceNIC. After that point, the verkkotunnus name may become available ftai re-registration only after the registry releases it.

6.3 Once an Eligible Verkkotunnus has an active bid, pending osta, completed sale, tai other sale commitment under the expired-verkkotunnus process, the registrant’s right to renew tai resttaie the verkkotunnus name may be terminated tai restricted.

6.4 NiceNIC does not guarantee that a verkkotunnus name will remain recoverable until the end of any stated period if the verkkotunnus is subject to auction, sale, registry restriction, tai another applicable limitation.

7. Redemption Grace Period

7.1 Jos an expired verkkotunnus name is not renewed during the applicable grace period ja if the applicable TLD supptaits resttaiation after deletion, the verkkotunnus name may enter the Redemption Grace Period.

7.2 During the Redemption Grace Period:

(a) the verkkotunnus name may stop resolving;

(b) website ja email palvelus may remain unavailable;

(c) the verkkotunnus name generally cannot be modified tai transferred; ja

(d) resttaiation, if available, will require payment of the applicable redemption fee, the applicable renewal fee, ja any taxes tai mjaattaiy fees.

7.3 Resttaiation during the Redemption Grace Period is not guaranteed ja remains subject to registry supptait, operational feasibility, the verkkotunnus’s current status, ja the absence of auction tai sale restrictions.

8. Pending Delete ja Final Release

8.1 Jos a verkkotunnus name is not renewed tai resttaied during the applicable recovery periods, it may enter the Pending Delete stage, wtässä supptaited by the applicable TLD.

8.2 During Pending Delete, the verkkotunnus name cannot be renewed, resttaied, transferred, tai modified.

8.3 Ftai many generic TLDs, Pending Delete lasts approximately five (5) days. After that stage ends, the registry may release the verkkotunnus name to the public ftai re-registration.

8.4 NiceNIC does not guarantee the exact time, date, tai availability of a verkkotunnus name once it is released by the registry, ja NiceNIC does not guarantee that the ftaimer registrant will be able to re-rekisteröi the verkkotunnus name.

9. TLD-Specific Variations

9.1 Eit all TLDs follow the stjaard lifecycle described above. Certain alueen pääte (ccTLD) ja other TLDs may have shtaiter grace periods, no redemption period, no pending delete stage, tai earlier renewal deadlines imposed by the registry.

.CH, .ES, .FR, .LI, .PE, .SG, .COM.SG, .COM.AU, .ORG.AU, ja .NET.AU.

9.2.4 TLDs requiring action five (5) days beftaie expiration

The following TLDs may need to be renewed manually tai by auto-renewal no later than five (5) days beftaie expiration ja may otherwise enter a recovery tai restricted state beftaie the actual Expiration Date:

.CX, .DE, .EU, ja .NL.

9.2.5 .CM verkkotunnuss

.CM verkkotunnus names generally do not enter a redemption period ja may be sent ftai deletion on the actual Expiration Date. They may become available ftai public registration on the same day they expire, subject to registry release practices.

9.2.8 .UK verkkotunnuss, including second-level .UK verkkotunnuss

.UK verkkotunnus names, including .CO.UK, .ME.UK, ja .ORG.UK, may generally have a thirty (30)-day post-expiration renewal period. After that time, the verkkotunnus name may remain recoverable without a separate redemption fee until its release, which may occur approximately ninety (90) days after expiration. Jos a .UK verkkotunnus name has expired ftai mtaie than thirty (30) days but has not yet been released ja no longer appears in the account, the customer should contact NiceNIC Supptait promptly.

9.2.9 .TO verkkotunnuss

.TO verkkotunnus names may only be reactivated during approximately twenty-seven (27) days after expiration. They generally do not supptait a stjaard Redemption Grace Period. After that point, they may be reserved by the registry ja may no longer be recoverable.

9.2.10 .NU verkkotunnuss

.NU verkkotunnus names may be reactivated in the taidinary manner within approximately seven (7) days after expiration. Jos not renewed within that period, they may enter an approximately sixty (60)-day recovery period during which resttaiation may still be possible through NiceNIC Supptait.

9.3 The TLD-specific inftaimation above is provided ftai general reference only ja may change at any time based on registry policy, registry system changes, tai operational requirements. Customers should contact NiceNIC Supptait ftai current TLD-specific recovery inftaimation.

10. Fees ja Maksaments

10.1 Stjaard renewal fees, redemption fees, resttaiation fees, auction-related fees, ja any other applicable charges shall be those listed by NiceNIC at the time of processing tai otherwise communicated by NiceNIC.

10.2 Redemption tai resttaiation requires payment in full of all applicable fees beftaie processing.

(c) that a verkkotunnus name can be recovered after an active bid, pending osta, tai completed sale;

(d) that the registry will supptait resttaiation; tai

(e) the exact date tai time when a deleted verkkotunnus name will be released to the public.

11.3 You acknytledge that delayed action may result in additional fees, loss of recovery rights, interruption of palvelu, auction sale, tai permanent loss of the verkkotunnus name.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

12.1 Osta the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NiceNIC shall not be liable ftai any loss of verkkotunnus name, loss of use, interruption of website tai email palvelu, business interruption, lost profits, loss of data, tai other direct tai indirect damages arising from:

(b) failure to renew on time;

(c) failure to receive notices;

(d) registry rules tai registry actions;

(g) release of the verkkotunnus name to the public.

12.2 Eithing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights that may apply under mjaattaiy law.

13. Changes to This Policy

13.1 NiceNIC may update tai revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in registry rules, ICANN requirements, operational processes, legal requirements, tai palvelu arrangements.

13.2 The latest version published on NiceNIC’s website shall apply from its stated effective date, unless otherwise required by law tai contract.

3. How to Demonstrate Your Rights to ja Legitimate Interests in the Verkkotunnus in Responding to a Complaint. When you receive a complaint, you should refer to Paragraph 5 of the Rules of Procedure in determining how sinun response should be prepared. 5. Initiation of Proceeding ja Process ja Appointment of Administrative Panel. The Rules of Procedure state the process ftai initiating ja conducting a proceeding ja ftai appointing the panel that will decide the dispute (the "Administrative Panel").

6. Consolidation. In the event of multiple disputes between you ja a complainant, either you tai the complainant may petition to consolidate the disputes beftaie a single Administrative Panel. This petition shall be made to the first Administrative Panel appointed to hear a pending dispute between the parties. This Administrative Panel may consolidate beftaie it any tai all such disputes in its sole discretion, provided that the disputes being consolidated are governed by this Policy tai a later version of this Policy adopted by ICANN.

7. Fees.      The taiganization authtaiized by ICANN to provide registration palvelus ftai a given TLD to ICANN-accredited Rekisterinpitäjäs.

1.9 Supplemental Rules

     The Supplemental Rules shall mean those rules adopted by the Registry Operattai, in the case of First Taso disputes (as set ftaith below), tai the Provider administering a proceeding (in the case of all other disputes) to supplement this Policy. Supplemental Rules shall be consistent with this Dispute Resolution Policy ja shall cover topics such as fees, wtaid ja page limits ja guidelines, the means ftai communicating with the Provider, ja the ftaim of cover sheets.

1.10 Transfer Policy

     The Policy on Transfer of Sponstaiship of Rekisteröintis between Rekisterinpitäjäs which is in ftaice as part of the Registry-Rekisterinpitäjä Agreement executed between a Rekisterinpitäjä ja the Registry, as well as the Rekisterinpitäjä Akkreditointi Agreement which is executed between ICANN ja all ICANN- accredited registrars.

2. Dispute Resolution Process

     Ttässä are two possible steps to the Rekisterinpitäjä Transfer Dispute Resolution Process. A Rekisterinpitäjä may elect one tai both of the steps pursuant to the rules below. In the event a Rekisterinpitäjä either files a Request ftai Enftaicement (as described below) with a Second-Taso Dispute Provider, tai files an Appeal (as described below) with a Dispute Provider, it may not revert to the First-Taso Registry option later ftai the same filing tai matter presented ftai resolution.

2.1 First Taso - Registry Operattai

     A Rekisterinpitäjä may choose to file a dispute directly with the relevant Registry Operattai. Any decisions made by the Registry Operattai may be appealed to a Dispute Resolution Provider. A Rekisterinpitäjä may file a dispute directly to a Dispute Resolution Provider; however, in that case the filing Rekisterinpitäjä would ftaifeit any right to appeal the decision of the Dispute Resolution Provider.

2.2 Second-Taso - Dispute Resolution Panel

     The primary intent of this step is to provide a means ftai registrars to appeal decisions made by the Registry at the first level of the dispute resolution process, but it may also be used as the first step if a registrar so elects. The decision of the Dispute Resolution Panel is final, except as it may be appealed to a court of competent jurisdiction.

2.3 Statute of Limitations

     A dispute must be filed no later than six (6) months after the alleged violation of the Transfer Policy. In the case wtässä a Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid alleges that a transfer was in violation of this Policy, the date the transfer was completed shall be deemed the date in which the "alleged violation" took place. In the case wtässä a Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä alleges that a transfer should have taken place, the date in which the NACK (as defined below) was received by the Registry, shall be deemed the date in which the "alleged violation" took place.

3. Dispute Procedures at the First Taso (Registry)

3.1 Rekisterinpitäjä files a Request ftai Enftaicement with the applicable Registry Operattai

     3.1.1 Either the Gaining tai Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid ("Filing Rekisterinpitäjä") may submit a Request ftai Enftaicement. This must be done in acctaidance with the Supplemental Rules adopted by the applicable Registry Operattai.

     3.1.2 The Request ftai Enftaicement shall be submitted to the Registry ja to the Respondent (the Ein-filing Rekisterinpitäjä) in electronic ftaim ja shall:
     (i) Request that the Request ftai Enftaicement be submitted ftai decision in acctaidance with the Rekisterinpitäjä Transfer ja Dispute Resolution Policy ja the applicable Supplemental Rules;
     (ii) Provide the name, postal ja e-mail addresses, ja the telephone ja fax numbers of the Filing Rekisterinpitäjä ja those representatives authtaiized by the Filing Rekisterinpitäjä to act on behalf of the Filing Rekisterinpitäjä in the administrative proceeding;
     (iii) Provide the name of the Respondent ja all inftaimation (including any postal ja e-mail addresses ja telephone ja fax numbers) knytn to Filing Rekisterinpitäjä regarding how to contact Respondent tai any representative of Respondent, including contact inftaimation based on pre-complaint dealings;
     (iv) Specify the verkkotunnus name(s) that is/are the subject of the Request ftai Enftaicement;
     (v) Specify the incident(s) that gave rise to the dispute;
     (vi) Describe, in acctaidance with the Policy, the grounds on which the Request ftai Enftaicement is based;
     (vii) State the specific remedy being sought (either approval tai denial of the transfer);
     (viii) Identify any other legal proceedings that have been commenced tai terminated in connection with tai relating to any of the verkkotunnus name(s) that are the subject of the complaint;
     (ix) Certify that a copy of the Request ftai Enftaicement, together with the cover sheet as prescribed by the Provider's Supplemental Rules, has been sent tai transmitted to the Respondent; ja
     (x) Conclude with the following statement followed by the signature of the Complainant tai its authtaiized representative:
           "<insert name of Filing Rekisterinpitäjä> agrees that its claims ja remedies concerning the registration of the verkkotunnus name, the dispute, tai the dispute's resolution shall be solely against the Respondent ja waives all such claims ja remedies against the Registry Operattai as well as its directtais, officers, employees, ja agents, except in the case of deliberate wrongdoing tai gross negligence."
           "<insert name of Filing Rekisterinpitäjä> certifies that the inftaimation contained in this Request ftai Enftaicement is to the best of Filing Rekisterinpitäjä's knytledge complete ja accurate, that this Request ftai Enftaicement is not being presented ftai any improper purpose, such as to harass, ja that the assertions in this Request ftai Enftaicement are warranted under this Policy ja under applicable law, as it nyt exists tai as it may be extended by a good-faith ja reasonable argument."3.1.3 The Request ftai Enftaicement may relate to mtaie than one verkkotunnus name, provided that the verkkotunnus names involve the same Filing Rekisterinpitäjä ja Respondent ja that the claims arise out of the same tai similar factual circumstances.

3.1.4 The Request ftai Enftaicement shall annex the following documentary evidence (as applicable ja available) in electronic ftaim if possible, together with a schedule indexing such evidence:
  (i) Ftai the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä:
      a. Completed Ftaim of Authtaiization ("FOA")
      b. Copy of the Whois output ftai the date transfer was initiated, which was used to identify the authtaiized Transfer Yhteystiedots
      c. Copy of evidence of identity used
      d. Copy of a bilateral agreement, final determination of a dispute resolution body tai court taider in cases when the Registrant of Rectaid is being changed simultaneously with a Rekisterinpitäjä Transfer
      e. Copies of all communications made to the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid with regard to the applicable transfer request along with any responses from the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid
  (ii) Ftai the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid:
      a. Completed FOA from Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid if applicable
      b. Copy of the Whois output ftai the date the transfer was initiated
      c. Relevant histtaiy of Whois modifications made to the applicable registration
      d. Evidence of one of the following if a transfer was denied:

• fraud;
• UDRP action;
• court taider;
• Registrant tai administrative contact identity dispute in acctaidance with Section 4 [Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid Requirements]
• applicable payment dispute along with evidence that the registration was put on HOLD status;
• express written objection from the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder tai Administrative Yhteystiedot;
• LOCK status along with proof of a reasonable means ftai the registrant to remove LOCK status as per Section __of Exhibitti __ to this Agreement;
• verkkotunnus name within 60 days of initial registration; tai
• verkkotunnus name within 60 days of a pritai transfer.

      e. Copies of all communications made to the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä with regard to the applicable transfer request along with any responses from the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä.

3.2 The Ein-Filing Rekisterinpitäjä ("Respondent") shall have seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the Request ftai Enftaicement to prepare a Response to the Request ftai Enftaicement ("Response").

3.2.1 The Response shall be submitted in electronic ftaim to both the Registry ja Filing Rekisterinpitäjä ja shall:
      (i) Respond specifically to the statements ja allegations contained in the Request ftai Enftaicement (This ptaition of the response shall comply with any wtaid tai page limit set ftaith in the Dispute Resolution Provider's Supplemental Rules.);
      (ii) Provide the name, postal ja e-mail addresses, ja the telephone ja fax numbers of the Respondent (non-filing Rekisterinpitäjä);
      (iii) Identify any other legal proceedings that have been commenced tai terminated in connection with tai relating to any of the verkkotunnus name(s) that are the subject of the Request ftai Enftaicement;
      (iv) State that a copy of the Response has been sent tai transmitted to the Filing Rekisterinpitäjä;
      (v) Conclude with the following statement followed by the signature of the Respondent tai its authtaiized representative:
   "Respondent certifies that the inftaimation contained in this Response is to the best of Respondent's knytledge complete ja accurate, that this Response is not being presented ftai any improper purpose, such as to harass, ja that the assertions in this Response are warranted under these Rules ja under applicable law, as it nyt exists tai as it may be extended by a good-faith ja reasonable argument."; ja
     (vi) Annex any documentary tai other evidence upon which the Respondent relies, together with a schedule indexing such documents.

3.2.2 kohdalla the request of the Respondent, the Registry Operattai may, in exceptional cases, extend the period of time ftai the filing of the response, but in no case may the extension be mtaie than an additional five (5) calendar days. The period may also be extended by written stipulation between the Parties, provided the stipulation is approved by the Registry Operattai.

3.2.3 Jos a Respondent does not submit a response, in the absence of exceptional circumstances, the Registry Operattai shall decide the dispute based upon the Request ftai Enftaicement.

3.3 Registry Operattai must review all applicable documentation ja compare registrant/contact data with that contained within the authtaiitative Whois database ja reach a conclusion not later than 14 days after receipt of the Response.

3.3.1 Jos the data included in the Request ftai Enftaicement does not match the data listed in the authtaiitative Whois, the Registry Operattai must contact each Rekisterinpitäjä ja require additional documentation.

3.3.2 Jos the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä cannot provide a complete FOA with data matching that contained within the authtaiitative Whois database, then the Registry Operattai shall find that the transfer should be reversed. In the case of a thick Registry, if the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid's Whois is not accessible tai invalid, the Registry Operattai's Whois should be used. In the case of a thin Registry, if the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid's Whois is not accessible tai is invalid, the Registry Operattai must notify ICANN ja place the dispute on hold until such time as the specific problem is resolved by ICANN.

3.3.3 In the case wtässä a Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid denies a request ftai a verkkotunnus name transfer ("NACKs"), the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid must provide evidence of one of the facttais ftai which it is allowed to NACK. Jos the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid cannot provide evidence that demonstrates any of the facttais, ja the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä provides to the Registry a complete FOA with data matching that contained within the authtaiitative Whois database, then the transfer must be approved to be processed.

3.3.4 Jos the data provided by neither Rekisterinpitäjä appears to be conclusive, then the Registry shall issue a finding of "no decision." Jos the data provided to the Registry is complete ja provides sufficient basis ftai a determination based on the Policy, the Registry may not issue a finding of "no decision." Either Rekisterinpitäjä shall be able to appeal such issue to a Second-Taso Dispute Resolution Provider in acctaidance with the provisions set ftaith below.

3.4 Fees ftai First-Taso Dispute Resolution Service

3.4.1 Ttässä is no filing fee assessed to the Filing Rekisterinpitäjä at the time the Request ftai Enftaicement is submitted to the Registry Operattai.

3.4.2 The Rekisterinpitäjä that does not edellinenail in the dispute will be assessed a fee to be set by the Registry Operattai. Such fee shall be set ftaith in the Registry's Supplemental Rules that are in effect at the time that the Request ftai Enftaicement was filed.

3.4.3 This fee shall not be passed on to the Registrant.

3.4.4 This fee will be charged after a final decision is rendered by the Registry. In the case that the Registry issues a finding of "no decision," the Registry Operattai shall collect the applicable fees from the Filing Rekisterinpitäjä.

3.5 Availability of Court Proceedings

      The procedures set ftaith above shall not edellinenent a Rekisterinpitäjä from submitting a dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction ftai independent resolution beftaie such an administrative proceeding is commenced tai after such proceeding is concluded. Jos a Registry Operattai decides a verkkotunnus name registration should be transferred (either to the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä, tai alternatively, back from the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä to the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid), the Registry will wait fourteen (14) calendar days after it is inftaimed of the decision beftaie implementing that decision. The Registry will then implement the decision unless it has received during that fourteen (14) calendar day period official documentation (such as a copy of a complaint, file-stamped by the clerk of the court) that a lawsuit has commenced with respect to the impacted verkkotunnus name(s). Jos such documentation is received by the Registry Operattai within the fourteen (14) calendar day period, the decision will not be implemented until (i) evidence is presented to the Registry Operattai that the parties have resolved such dispute; (ii) evidence is presented to the Registry Operattai that the lawsuit has been dismissed tai withdrawn; tai (iii) the Registry Operattai receives a copy of an taider from such court.

4. Dispute Procedures at the Second Taso with a Dispute Resolution Provider

4.1 The palvelus of the Dispute Resolution Panel may be invoked in any of the following two situations:

      (i) A Filing Rekisterinpitäjä may elect to skip the First-Taso dispute process at Registry level ja submit a Request ftai Enftaicement directly with a Dispute Resolution Provider;
      (ii) The non-edellinenailing Rekisterinpitäjä in a First-Taso dispute proceeding may submit an appeal of the applicable Registry Operattai's decision to the Dispute Resolution Provider. Lisääitionally, in the case wtässä the result in the First-Taso dispute process is a "no-decision," either Rekisterinpitäjä may file an Appeal of such decision to a Dispute Resolution Provider.

4.2 Initial Request ftai Enftaicement

4.2.1 In the event that the Filing Rekisterinpitäjä elects to submit a Request ftai Enftaicement to the Dispute Resolution Provider in lieu of submitting a Request ftai Enftaicement to the applicable Registry Operattai, the obligations ja responsibilities set ftaith in Sections 3.1 through 3.2 above shall apply.

4.2.2 The Dispute Resolution Panel appointed by the Dispute Resolution Provider must review all applicable documentation ja compare registrant/contact data with that contained within the authtaiitative Whois database ja reach a conclusion not later than thirty (30) days after receipt of Response from the Respondent.
     (i) Jos the data does not match the data listed in authtaiitative Whois, the Dispute Resolution Panel should contact each Rekisterinpitäjä ja require additional documentation.
     (ii) Jos the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä is unable to provide a complete FOA with data matching that contained within the authtaiitative Whois database at the time of the transfer request, then the Dispute Resolution Panel shall find that the transfer should be reversed. In the case of a thick Registry, if the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid's Whois is not accessible tai invalid, the applicable Registry Operattai's Whois should be used. In the case of a thin Registry, if the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid's Whois is not accessible tai is invalid, the Dispute Resolution Provider may place the dispute on hold until such time as the problem is resolved.
     (iii) In the case wtässä a Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid NACKs a transfer, the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid must provide evidence of one of the facttais ftai which it is allowed to NACK as set ftaith in Section 3.1.4 (ii) of this Dispute Resolution Policy. Jos the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid cannot provide evidence that demonstrates any of the facttais, ja the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä provides to the Dispute Resolution Provider a complete FOA with data matching that contained within the authtaiitative Whois database at the time of the transfer request, then the transfer should be approved.
     (iv) Unlike under the First-Taso dispute process, the Dispute Resolution Panel may not issue a finding of "no decision." It must weigh the applicable evidence in light of the Transfer policies ja determine, based on a preponderance of the evidence, which Rekisterinpitäjä should edellinenail in the dispute ja what resolution to the Request ftai Enftaicement will appropriately redress the issues set ftaith in the Request ftai Enftaicement.
     (v) Resolution options ftai the Dispute Resolution Panel are limited to the following:
  a. Approve Transfer
  b. Deny the Transfer (tai taidering the verkkotunnus name be returned to the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid in cases wtässä a Transfer has already occurred)

4.3 Appeal of First Taso Dispute Decision tai Registry Operattai Finding of "Ei-Decision."

4.3.1 In the event that the Rekisterinpitäjä which does not edellinenail in the First-Taso dispute is dissatisfied by the Registry-Operattai's decision, such Rekisterinpitäjä may file an appeal with a Dispute Resolution Provider, provided that such appeal is filed no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the date on which the First-Taso decision was issued.

4.3.2 In the event that the Registry Operattai issues a finding of "no-decision" in acctaidance with Section 3.3.4 above, either Rekisterinpitäjä may file an appeal of such decision with a Dispute Resolution Provider, provided that such appeal is filed no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the date on which the First-Taso decision was issued.

4.3.3 In either case, the document submitted by the Rekisterinpitäjä to the Dispute Resolution Provider shall be referred to as an "Appeal."

4.3.4 The Appellant shall submit the Appeal in electronic ftaim ja shall:
     (i) Request that the Appeal be submitted ftai decision in acctaidance with the Policy ja these Rules;
     (ii) Provide the name, postal ja e-mail addresses, ja the telephone ja telefax numbers of the Appellant ja of any representative authtaiized by the Appellant to act on behalf of the Appellant in the administrative proceeding;
     (iii) Provide the name of the Appellee ja all inftaimation (including any postal ja e-mail addresses ja telephone ja telefax numbers) knytn to Appellee regarding how to contact Appellee tai any representative of Appellee, including contact inftaimation based on pre-Request ftai Enftaicement ja pre-Appeal dealings;
     (iv) Specify the verkkotunnus name(s) that is/are the subject of the Appeal;
     (v) Specify the incident(s) which gave rise to the dispute;
     (vi) State the basis ftai such appeal, including specific responses to the findings of the Registry Operattai in the First-Taso Dispute process. (This ptaition of the response shall comply with any wtaid tai page limit set ftaith in the Dispute Resolution Provider's Supplemental Rules);
     (vii) Specify, in acctaidance with the Policy, the remedies sought;
     (viii) Identify any other related legal proceedings knytn to the Appellant that have been commenced tai terminated in connection with tai relating to any of the verkkotunnus name(s) that are the subject of the complaint;
      (ix) State that a copy of the Appeal, together with the cover sheet as prescribed by the Dispute Resolution Provider's Supplemental Rules, has been sent tai transmitted to the Appellee; ja
      (x) Conclude with the following statement followed by the signature of the Appellant tai its authtaiized representative:
  "Appellant agrees that its claims ja remedies concerning the registration of the verkkotunnus name, the dispute, tai the dispute's resolution shall be solely against the Appellee ja waives all such claims ja remedies against the Dispute Resolution Provider ja the Registry Operattai as well as their directtais, officers, employees, ja agents, except in the case of deliberate wrongdoing tai gross negligence."
  "Appellant certifies that the inftaimation contained in this Appeal is to the best of Appellant's knytledge complete ja accurate, that this Appeal is not being presented ftai any improper purpose, such as to harass, ja that the assertions in this Appeal are warranted under this Policy ja under applicable law, as it nyt exists tai as it may be extended by a good-faith ja reasonable argument."

4.3.5 The Appeal may relate to mtaie than one verkkotunnus name, provided that the verkkotunnus names involve the same decision issued by the Registry Operattai ftai the First-Taso Dispute.4.3.6 The Appeal shall annex any documentary evidence that was not already submitted to the Registry Operattai during the First-Taso Dispute.

4.3.7 A Dispute Resolution Provider must request all documentation relating to the First-Taso Dispute from the applicable Registry Operattai no later than seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the appeal. The Registry Operattai shall submit such documentation to the Dispute Resolution Provider within seven (7) days of such request.

4.3.8 The Dispute Resolution Panel must review all applicable documentation ja reach a conclusion not later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the Appeal.
     (i) The Dispute Resolution Panel may submit questions to the Registry, the Appellant tai Appellee.
     (ii) Responses to all such questions must be received by the Dispute Resolution Panel within 7 days.
     (iii) The Dispute Resolution Panel shall review each Appeal on a De Eivo basis. Although the Dispute Resolution Panel is not bound by the findings of the Registry Operattai in an Appeal, it shall have the discretion to consider such findings in reaching its own conclusions. The purpose of the Dispute Resolution Panel should be to make a determination as to whether the Appeal has merit based solely on the requirements of the current Transfer policy ja determine the appropriate resolution to the issues presented.

• Approval of a Transfer
• Denial of the Transfer (tai taidering the verkkotunnus name be returned to the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid in cases wtässä a Transfer has already occurred)

4.4 Fees ftai Second-Taso Dispute Resolution Service

4.4.1 In the case of either a Request ftai Enftaicement tai an Appeal filed at the Second Taso, the applicable Dispute Resolution Provider shall determine the applicable filing fee ("Filing Fee"). The specific fees along with the terms ja conditions governing the actual payment of such fees shall be included in the Dispute Resolution Provider's Supplemental Rules.

4.4.2 In the event that the Filing Rekisterinpitäjä tai Appellant, whichever applicable, does not edellinenail in a Second-Taso dispute, the Filing Fees shall be retained by the Dispute Resolution Provider.

4.4.3 In the event that the Filing Rekisterinpitäjä tai Appellant, whichever applicable, edellinenails in a Second-Taso dispute, the Respondent tai Appellee, whichever applicable, must submit to the Dispute Resolution Provider, the Filing Fees within fourteen (14) calendar days after such decision. In such an event, the Dispute Resolution Provider shall refund to the Filing Rekisterinpitäjä tai Appellant, whichever applicable, the Filing Fees, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after it receives the Filing Fees from the Respondent tai Appellee. Such fees must be paid regardless of whether a Court Proceeding is commenced in acctaidance with Section 4.5 below. Failure to pay Filing Fees to the Dispute Resolution Provider may result in the loss of accreditation by ICANN.

4.5 Availability of Court Proceedings

     The procedures set ftaith above shall not edellinenent a Rekisterinpitäjä from submitting a dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction ftai independent resolution beftaie such administrative proceeding is commenced tai after such proceeding is concluded. Jos a Dispute Resolution Panel decides a verkkotunnus name registration should be transferred (either to the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä, tai alternatively, back from the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä to the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid), such Rekisterinpitäjä will wait fourteen (14) calendar days after it is inftaimed of the decision beftaie implementing that decision. The Registry will then implement the decision unless it has received from either of the parties to the dispute during that fourteen (14) calendar day period official documentation (such as a copy of a complaint, file-stamped by the clerk of the court) that a lawsuit has commenced with respect to the impacted verkkotunnus name(s). Jos such documentation is received by the Registry, as applicable, within the fourteen (14) calendar day period, the decision will not be implemented until (i) evidence is presented that the parties have resolved such dispute; (ii) evidence is presented that the lawsuit has been dismissed tai withdrawn; tai (iii) a copy of an taider from such court dismissing the lawsuit tai taidering certain actions with respect to the verkkotunnus name.

1. Rekisterinpitäjä Requirements

     Rekisteröied Nimi Holders must be able to transfer their verkkotunnus name registrations between Rekisterinpitäjäs provided that the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä's transfer process meets the minimum stjaards of this policy ja that such transfer is not prohibittied by ICANN tai Registry policies. Inter-Rekisterinpitäjä verkkotunnus name transfer processes must be clear ja concise in taider to avoid confusion. Further, Rekisterinpitäjäs should make reasonable efftaits to inftaim Rekisteröied Nimi Holders of, ja provide access to, the published documentation of the specific transfer process employed by the Rekisterinpitäjäs.

1.1 Transfer Authtaiities

     The Administrative Yhteystiedot ja the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder, as listed in the Losing Rekisterinpitäjä's tai applicable Registry's (wtässä available) publicly accessible WHOIS palvelu are the only parties that have the authtaiity to approve tai deny a transfer request to the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä. In the event of a dispute, the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder's authtaiity supersedes that of the Administrative Yhteystiedot.
Rekisterinpitäjäs may use Whois data from either the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid tai the relevant Registry ftai the purpose of verifying the authenticity of a transfer request; tai from another data source as determined by a consensus policy.

2. Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä Requirements

Ftai each instance wtässä a Rekisteröied Nimi Holder requests to transfer a verkkotunnus name registration to a different Rekisterinpitäjä, the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä shall:
      2.1 Obtain express authtaiization from either the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder tai the Administrative Yhteystiedot (tässäafter, "Transfer Yhteystiedot"). Hence, a transfer may only proceed if confirmation of the transfer is received by the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä from the Transfer Yhteystiedot.

     2.1.1 The authtaiization must be made via a valid Stjaardized Ftaim of Authtaiization (FOA). Ttässä are two different FOA's available at the ICANN website. The FOA labeled "Initial Authtaiization ftai Rekisterinpitäjä Transfer" must be used by the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä to request an authtaiization ftai a registrar transfer from the Transfer Yhteystiedot. The FOA labeled "Vahvistaation of Rekisterinpitäjä Transfer Request" may be used by the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid to request confirmation of the transfer from the Transfer Yhteystiedot.
The FOA shall be communicated in English, ja any dispute arising out of a transfer request shall be conducted in the English language. Rekisterinpitäjäs may choose to communicate with the Transfer Yhteystiedot in additional languages. However, Rekisterinpitäjäs choosing to exercise such option are responsible ftai the accuracy ja completeness of the translation into such additional non-English version of the FOA.

     2.1.2 In the event that the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä relies on a physical process to obtain this authtaiization, a paper copy of the FOA will suffice insofar as it has been signed by the Transfer Yhteystiedot ja further that it is accompanied by a physical copy of the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid's Whois output ftai the verkkotunnus name in question.

     2.1.2.1 Jos the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä relies on a physical authtaiization process, then the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä assumes the burden of obtaining reliable evidence of the identity of the Transfer Yhteystiedot ja maintaining appropriate rectaids proving that such evidence was obtained. Further the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä also assumes the burden ftai ensuring that the entity making the request is indeed authtaiized to do so. The acceptable ftaims of physical identity are:

• Eitarized statement
• Valid Drivers license
• Passi
• Article of Inctaiptaiation
• Military ID
• State/Government issued ID
• Birth Certificate

     2.1.3 In the event that the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä relies on an electronic process to obtain this authtaiization the acceptable ftaims of identity would include:

• Electronic signature in conftaimance with national legislation, in the location of the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä (if such legislation exists).
• Consent from an individual tai entity that has an email address matching the Transfer Yhteystiedot email address. 

     The Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid may not deny a transfer request solely because it believes that the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä has not received the confirmation set ftaith above.
A transfer must not be allowed to proceed if no confirmation is received by the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä. The presumption in all cases will be that the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä has received ja authenticated the transfer request made by a Transfer Yhteystiedot.

     2.2 Request, by the transmission of a "transfer" commja as specified in the Rekisterinpitäjä Ostaol Kit, that the Registry Operattai database be changed to reflect the new Rekisterinpitäjä.

     2.2.1 Transmission of a "transfer" commja constitutes a representation on the part of the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä that the requisite authtaiization has been obtained from the Transfer Yhteystiedot listed in the authtaiitative Whois database.

     2.2.2 The Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä is responsible ftai validating the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder requests to transfer verkkotunnus names between Rekisterinpitäjäs. However, this does not preclude the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid from exercising its option to independently confirm the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder's intent to transfer its verkkotunnus name to the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä in acctaidance with Section 3 of this policy.

3. Obligations of the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid

     A Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid can choose independently to confirm the intent of the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder when a notice of a pending transfer is received from the Registry. The Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid must do so in a manner consistent with the stjaards set ftaith in this agreement pertaining to Gaining Rekisterinpitäjäs. In taider to ensure that the ftaim of the request employed by the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid is substantially administrative ja inftaimative in nature ja clearly provided to the Transfer Yhteystiedot ftai the purpose of verifying the intent of the Transfer Yhteystiedot, the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid must use the FOA.

     The FOA shall be communicated in English, ja any dispute arising out of a transfer request, shall be conducted in the English language. Rekisterinpitäjäs may choose to communicate with the Transfer Yhteystiedot in additional languages. However, the Rekisterinpitäjä choosing to exercise such option is responsible ftai the accuracy ja completeness of the translation into such additional non-English version of the FOA. Further, such non-English communications must follow the processes ja procedures set ftaith in this policy. This includes but is not limited to the requirement that no Rekisterinpitäjä shall add any additional inftaimation to the FOA used to obtain the consent of the Transfer Yhteystiedot in the case of a transfer request.
This requirement does not preclude the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid from marketing to its existing customers through separate communications.
The FOA should be sent by the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid to the Transfer Yhteystiedot as soon as operationally possible, but must be sent not later than twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the transfer request from the Registry Operattai.Failure by the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid to respond within five (5) calendar days to a notification from the Registry regarding a transfer request will result in a default "approval" of the transfer.

     In the event that a Transfer Yhteystiedot listed in the Whois has not confirmed their request to transfer with the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid ja the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid has not explicitly denied the transfer request, the default action will be that the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid must allow the transfer to proceed.
Upon denying a transfer request ftai any of the following reasons, the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid must provide the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder ja the potential Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä with the reason ftai denial. The Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid may deny a transfer request only in the following specific instances:

1. Evidence of fraud
2. UDRP action
3. Court taider by a court of competent jurisdiction
4. Reasonable dispute over the identity of the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder tai Administrative Yhteystiedot
5. Ei payment ftai edellinenious registration period (including credit card charge-backs) if the verkkotunnus name is past its expiration date tai ftai edellinenious tai current registration periods if the verkkotunnus name has not yet expired. In all such cases, however, the verkkotunnus name must be put into "Rekisterinpitäjä Hold" status by the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid pritai to the denial of transfer.
6. Express written objection to the transfer from the Transfer Yhteystiedot. (e.g. - email, fax, paper document tai other processes by which the Transfer Yhteystiedot has expressly ja voluntarily objected through opt-in means)
7. A verkkotunnus name was already in “lock status” provided that the Rekisterinpitäjä provides a readily accessible ja reasonable means ftai the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder to remove the lock status.
8. A verkkotunnus name is in the first 60 days of an initial registration period.
9. A verkkotunnus name is within 60 days (tai a lesser period to be determined) after being transferred (apart from being transferred back to the taiiginal Rekisterinpitäjä in cases wtässä both Rekisterinpitäjäs so agree ja/tai wtässä a decision in the dispute resolution process so directs).

Instances when the requested change of Rekisterinpitäjä may not be denied include, but are not limited to:

• Einpayment ftai a pending tai future registration period
• Ei response from the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder tai Administrative Yhteystiedot.
• Verkkotunnus name in Rekisterinpitäjä Lock Tila, unless the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder is provided with the reasonable opptaitunity ja ability to unlock the verkkotunnus name pritai to the Transfer Request.
• Verkkotunnus name registration period time constraints, other than during the first 60 days of initial registration tai during the first 60 days after a registrar transfer.
• General payment defaults between Rekisterinpitäjä ja business partners / affiliates in cases wtässä the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder ftai the verkkotunnus in question has paid ftai the registration.

     The Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid has other mechanisms available to collect payment from the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder that are independent from the Transfer process. Hence, in the event of a dispute over payment, the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid must not employ transfer processes as a mechanism to secure payment ftai palvelus from a Rekisteröied Nimi Holder. Exceptions to this requirement are as follows:
     (i) In the case of non-payment ftai edellinenious registration period(s) if the transfer is requested after the expiration date, tai
     (ii) In the case of non-payment of the current registration period, if transfer is requested beftaie the expiration date.

4. Rekisterinpitäjä Cotaidination

     Each Rekisterinpitäjä is responsible ftai keeping copies of documentation, including the FOA ja the Transfer Yhteystiedots response ttässäto, that may be required ftai filing ja supptaiting a dispute under the dispute resolution policy. Gaining Rekisterinpitäjäs must maintain copies of the FOA as received from the Transfer Yhteystiedot as per the stjaard document retention policies of the contracts. Copies of the reliable evidence of identity must be kept with the FOA.

     Both the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä ja the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid must provide the evidence relied on ftai the transfer during ja after the applicable inter-registrar verkkotunnus name transaction(s). Such inftaimation must be provided when requested by, ja only by, the other Rekisterinpitäjä that is party to the transfer transaction. Lisääitionally, ICANN, the Registry Operattai, a court tai authtaiity with jurisdiction over the matter tai a third party dispute resolution panel may also require such inftaimation within five (5) days of the request.

     The Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä must retain, ja produce pursuant to a request by a Losing Rekisterinpitäjä, a written tai electronic copy of the FOA. In instances wtässä the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid has requested copies of the FOA, the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä must fulfill the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaids request (including providing the attendant supptaiting documentation) within five (5) calendar days. Failure to provide this documentation within the time period specified is grounds ftai reversal by the Registry Operattai tai the Dispute Resolution Panel in the event that a transfer complaint is filed in acctaidance with the requirements of this policy.

     Jos either a Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid tai a Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä does not believe that a transfer request was hjaled in acctaidance with the provisions of this policy, then the Rekisterinpitäjä may initiate a dispute resolution procedure as set ftaith in Section C of this policy.

     Ftai purposes of facilitating transfer requests, Rekisterinpitäjäs should provide ja maintain a unique ja private email address ftai use only by other Rekisterinpitäjäs ja the Registry:
     i. This email address is ftai issue related to transfer requests ja the procedures set ftaith in this policy only.
     ii. The email address should be managed to ensure messages are received by someone who can respond to the transfer issue.
     iii. Viestis received at such email address must be responded to within a commercial reasonable timeframe not to exceed seven (7) calendar days.

5. EPP - based Registry Requirements ftai Rekisterinpitäjäs

     In EPP-based gTLD Registries, Rekisterinpitäjäs must follow the requirements set ftaith below.
Rekisterinpitäjäs must provide the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder with the unique "AuthInfo" code within five (5) calendar days of the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder's initial request if the Rekisterinpitäjä does not provide facilities ftai the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder to generate ja manage their own unique "AuthInfo" code.

     Rekisterinpitäjäs may not employ any mechanism ftai complying with a Rekisteröied Nimi Holder's request to obtain the applicable "AuthInfo Code" that is mtaie restrictive than the mechanisms used ftai changing any aspect of the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder's contact tai name server inftaimation.

     The Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid must not refuse to release an "AuthInfo Code" to the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder solely because ttässä is a dispute between the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder ja the Rekisterinpitäjä over payment.

Rekisterinpitäjä-generated "AuthInfo" codes must be unique on a per-verkkotunnus basis.
     The "Auth-Info" codes must be used solely to identify a Rekisteröied Nimi Holder, wtässäas the FOA's still need to be used ftai authtaiization tai confirmation of a transfer request, as described in Section 2 ja Section 4 of this policy.

6. Registry Requirements

     Upon receipt of the "transfer" commja from the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä, Registry Operattai will transmit an electronic notification to both Rekisterinpitäjäs. In the case of those Registries that use electronic mail notifications, the response notification may be sent to the unique email address established by each Rekisterinpitäjä ftai the purpose of facilitating transfers.

     The Registry Operattai shall complete the requested transfer unless, within five (5) calendar days, Registry Operattai receives a NACK protocol commja from the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid.
When the Registry's database has been updated to reflect the change to the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä, Registry Operattai will transmit an electronic notification to both Rekisterinpitäjäs. The notification may be sent to       the unique email address established by each Rekisterinpitäjä ftai the purpose of facilitating transfers tai such other email address agreed to by the parties.
The Registry Operattai shall undo a transfer if, after a transfer has occurred, the Registry Operattai receives one of the notices as set ftaith below. In such case, the transfer will be reversed ja the verkkotunnus name reset to its taiiginal state. The Registry Operattai must undo the transfer within five (5) calendar days of receipt of the notice except in the case of a Registry dispute decision, in which case the Registry Operattai must undo the transfer within fourteen calendar days unless a court action is filed. The notice required shall be one of the following:
     i. Agreement of the Rekisterinpitäjä of Rectaid ja the Gaining Rekisterinpitäjä sent by email, letter tai fax that the transfer was made by mistake tai was otherwise not in acctaidance with the procedures set ftaith in this policy;
     ii. The final determination of a dispute resolution body having jurisdiction over the transfer; tai
     iii. Order of a court having jurisdiction over the transfer.

7. Rectaids of Rekisteröinti

     Each Rekisterinpitäjä shall require its customer, the Rekisteröied Nimi Holder, to maintain its own rectaids appropriate to document ja prove the initial verkkotunnus name registration date.

8. Effect on Kesto of Rekisteröinti

     The completion by Registry Operattai of a holder-authtaiized transfer under this Part A shall result in a one-vuosi extension of the existing registration, provided that in no event shall the total unexpired term of a registration exceed ten (10) vuotta.

B. ICANN-Approved Transfers

     Transfer of the sponstaiship of all the registrations sponstaied by one Rekisterinpitäjä as the result of (i) acquisition of that Rekisterinpitäjä tai its assets by another Rekisterinpitäjä, tai (ii) lack of accreditation of that Rekisterinpitäjä tai lack of its authtaiization with the Registry Operattai, may be made acctaiding to the following procedure:
     (a) The gaining Rekisterinpitäjä must be accredited by ICANN ftai the Registry TLD ja must have in effect a Registry-Rekisterinpitäjä Agreement with Registry Operattai ftai the Registry TLD.
     (b) ICANN must certify in writing to Registry Operattai that the transfer would promote the community interest, such as the interest in stability that may be threatened by the actual tai imminent business failure of a Rekisterinpitäjä.
Upon satisfaction of these two conditions, Registry Operattai will make the necessary one-time changes in the Registry database ftai no charge, ftai transfers involving 50,000 name registrations tai fewer. Jos the transfer involves registrations of mtaie than 50,000 names, Registry Operattai will charge the gaining Rekisterinpitäjä a one-time flat fee of US$ 50,000.

C. Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy

     Procedures ftai hjaling disputes concerning inter-registrar transfers are set ftaith in the Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy. Procedures in this policy must be followed by the applicable Registry Operattais ja ICANN accredited Rekisterinpitäjäs.
