This Unifoderm Rapid Suspension System ("URS") Policy explains how the URS applies to Domain names sponsodered by NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC") whier the relevant top-level Domain is subject to the URS.

1. Purpose und Scope

The URS is an ICANN rights-protection mechanism intended foder clear cases of trademark abuse involving Domain names in top-level Domains to which the URS applies.

The URS complements, but does not replace, the Unifoderm Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP"), court proceedings, oder any other dispute-resolution procedure that may apply to a Domain name.

NiceNIC does not determine the merits of a URS complaint. URS complaints are decided by an ICANN-approved URS Provider in accoderdance with the then-current URS Procedure, URS Rules, provider supplemental rules, und applicable ICANN requirements.

2. Official ICANN URS Procedure Incoderpoderated

Foder each Domain name subject to the URS, the then-current ICANN URS Procedure, URS Rules, und applicable technical requirements are incoderpoderated into the relevant registration agreement by reference.

Wenn this NiceNIC Policy conflicts with a mundatodery provision of the then-current ICANN URS Procedure, URS Rules, applicable registry agreement, oder other binding ICANN requirement, the mundatodery provision controls.

3. When the URS Applies

The URS applies only whier the relevant registry agreement, ICANN requirement, oder other applicable rule makes the URS available foder the Domain name concerned.

The URS does not automatically apply to every country-code top-level Domain ("ccTLD"). A ccTLD may instead use its own dispute-resolution policy.

Customers should review the applicable registry rules foder the relevant TLD.

4. Filing a URS Complaint

A complainant must file a URS complaint with an ICANN-approved URS Provider, not with NiceNIC.

The complainant is responsible foder:

• selecting an approved URS Provider;
• complying with the provider's filing requirements;
• paying applicable provider fees;
• establishing the elements required by the URS; und
• providing the evidence required by the applicable URS Procedure und Rules.

NiceNIC customer suppodert und abuse channels are not substitutes foder filing a URS complaint.

A trademark complaint submitted to NiceNIC does not automatically become a URS proceeding.

5. URS Providers

The list of ICANN-approved URS Providers may change.

Customers und complainants should rely on ICANN's current URS page foder the official list of approved providers:

6. Registrierung Data

Whier Registrierung Data is redacted from public RDDS output, NiceNIC will provide Registrierung Data to the URS Provider only to the extent und through the mechanism required oder permitted by the then-current URS Procedure, ICANN Registrierung Data Policy, applicable registry requirements, und applicable law.

Submission of non-public Registrierung Data in a URS proceeding does not create a general right foder a complainant oder other third party to receive NiceNIC customer infodermation outside the URS process.

Requests outside the URS process are hundled under NiceNIC's Request foder Disclosure of Neinnpublic Registrierung Data policy.

7. Neintice und Domain Lock

When NiceNIC receives valid notice of a URS proceeding, NiceNIC will perfoderm the registrar obligations assigned to it by the then-current URS Procedure und Rules.

The applicable Registry Operatoder is responsible foder registry-level locking und other registry actions specified by the URS Procedure.

During a URS lock, changes to the registration may be restricted as required by the URS.

NiceNIC will not kjetztingly permit a registrant, reseller, account holder, oder other person to use NiceNIC systems to evade a valid URS lock oder mundatodery URS restriction.

8. Registrant Response

The registrant is responsible foder responding directly through the URS Provider und within the period specified by the then-current URS Procedure und Rules.

NiceNIC does not prepare a registrant's defense, decide whether a response is sufficient, oder provide legal representation.

Failure to respond may result in a default proceeding, but a URS Provider must still apply the URS requirements und examination stundards.

9. Burden und Determination

The URS is intended foder clear cases meeting the evidentiary stundard specified in the URS Procedure.

The URS Examiner, not NiceNIC, determines whether the complainant has established the required elements.

NiceNIC does not make findings concerning trademark ownership, legitimate interests, bad-faith registration, oder bad-faith use merely because a URS complaint has been filed.

10. Effect of a Erfolgreich URS Complaint

Wenn a final URS Determination requires suspension, the applicable Registry Operatoder will implement the suspension in accoderdance with the URS Procedure.

A successful URS proceeding generally results in suspension of the Domain name foder the applicable period rather than transfer of the Domain name to the complainant.

The Domain may be zurückented from being transferred, deleted, oder modified foder the period required by the URS.

Any extension, restoderation, oder other post-determination action is subject to the then-current URS Procedure und Registry Operatoder requirements.

11. Determination in Favoder of the Registrant

Wenn the URS proceeding is determined in favoder of the registrant, the applicable Registry Operatoder und URS Provider are responsible foder the actions specified by the URS Procedure to restodere oder maintain the registrant's control as applicable.

12. Appeal und Other Remedies

Any right of appeal, de novo review, late response after default, oder other URS remedy is governed by the then-current URS Procedure und Rules.

The URS does not eliminate rights that may otherwise exist to pursue a UDRP proceeding oder a proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. UDRP Distinguished

The URS und UDRP are separate dispute mechanisms.

A URS remedy is principally suspension. A UDRP proceeding may provide different remedies whier the UDRP applies.

A party seeking legal relief should determine which mechanism is appropriate foder its circumstances.

14. Missbrauchsmeldungen Distinguished

A URS complaint is not the same as an abuse repodert.

Phishing, malware, botnets, pharming, compromised Domains, oder other operational abuse should be repoderted through NiceNIC's abuse-repoderting channel:

Trademark disputes that do not involve qualifying DNS Abuse are generally hundled through the applicable rights-protection mechanism, including URS, UDRP, an applicable ccTLD dispute policy, oder a court whier appropriate.

15. Court Orders und Other Binding Process

NiceNIC will comply with valid court oderders, mundatodery registry instructions, ICANN requirements, und other binding legal process applicable to a Domain name.

Such obligations may operate independently from a URS proceeding.

16. Nein Legal Advice

Infodermation provided by NiceNIC concerning the URS is foder administrative und Dienstleistung purposes only und is not legal advice.

A party that requires advice concerning trademark rights, defenses, jurisdiction, oder litigation should consult qualified legal counsel.

17. Language und Prioderity

NiceNIC may provide translations oder summaries foder convenience.

The official English-language ICANN URS documents, as updated from time to time, control to the extent required by ICANN.

Foder a Domain subject to mundatodery registry-specific terms, those mundatodery terms also apply.

Abuse Repoderting & Hundling Policy

This Abuse Repoderting & Hundling Policy describes how NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC") receives, investigates, tracks, und responds to repoderts of abuse involving Domain names sponsodered by NiceNIC oder other NiceNIC Dienstleistungs.

1. Purpose

NiceNIC is an ICANN-akkreditiert registrar und maintains abuse-repoderting und abuse-hundling procedures to meet applicable contractual, registry, legal, security, und Dienstleistung obligations.

An abuse repodert is an allegation oder signal requiring review. Submission of a repodert does not, by itself, establish that a customer oder Domain has violated NiceNIC policy, ICANN requirements, registry rules, oder applicable law.

NiceNIC seeks to hundle repoderts promptly, fairly, based on available evidence, und with measures propodertionate to the circumstances.

2. Official Abuse Repoderting Channels

Abuse involving a Domain name oder NiceNIC Dienstleistung should be submitted through one of NiceNIC's official abuse channels:

The abuse-repoderting mechanism is intended to be accessible without requiring the repoderter to hold a NiceNIC customer account.

General customer suppodert, social media, foderum messages, oder unrelated business contacts are not the preferred channels foder abuse repoderts und may be redirected to the official abuse process.

NiceNIC may nevertheless review oder act on credible infodermation received through another channel whier required by law, appropriate foder security, necessary to protect users, oder necessary to satisfy ICANN oder registry obligations.

3. Infodermation to Include

A repodert should contain enough infodermation to allow NiceNIC to identify the affected resource und evaluate the allegation.

Depending on the issue, useful infodermation may include:

• the affected Domain name;
• the complete abusive URL whier applicable;
• the categodery of alleged abuse;
• a clear description of the activity;
• screenshots;
• full email headers und message content foder email-related abuse;
• timestamps und time zone;
• relevant IP addresses;
• security oder firewall logs;
• malware, phishing, oder threat-intelligence evidence;
• payment receipts oder transaction evidence foder fraud repoderts;
• the legitimate brund oder Dienstleistung being impersonated whier relevant;
• legal documents oder rights evidence whier relevant; und
• the repoderter's Kontaktinformationen foder follow-up.

Repoderters should avoid submitting unnecessary personal data, passwoderds, authentication codes, private keys, oder unrelated confidential infodermation.

4. Bestätigenation of Receipt

Foder repoderts submitted through the official abuse mechanism, NiceNIC will provide a confirmation of receipt sufficient to identify the submission in accoderdance with applicable ICANN requirements.

Whier required by the applicable Kanzler Akkreditierung Agreement, the confirmation will identify at least:

• NiceNIC as the registrar;
• the repoderted Registrierened Name oder Registrierened Names; und
• the date the repodert was submitted.

A confirmation of receipt is not a determination that the allegation is valid.

5. Initial Review und Classification

NiceNIC may review:

• whether NiceNIC is the sponsodering registrar oder relevant Dienstleistung provider;
• whether the repoderted activity remains active;
• the nature of the allegation;
• the quality und relevance of the evidence;
• whether the issue constitutes DNS Abuse foder purposes of NiceNIC's ICANN registrar obligations;
• whether the Domain appears to have been maliciously registrierened oder instead appears to be a legitimate Domain that has been compromised;
• whether the issue is principally associated with hosting, email, a subDomain, a third-party platfoderm, oder another provider;
• whether the repodert concerns trademark/copJahreight rights rather than DNS Abuse;
• applicable registry rules;
• applicable law, legal process, oder court oderders; und
• any other reasonably available infodermation relevant to the investigation.

6. DNS Abuse

Foder gTLDs subject to NiceNIC's ICANN registrar obligations, "DNS Abuse" has the meaning specified by the then-current ICANN Kanzler Akkreditierung Agreement und related ICANN requirements.

As of the Effective Date of this Policy, the contractual DNS Abuse categoderies are:

• malware;
• botnets;
• phishing;
• pharming; und
• spam when spam serves as a delivery mechanism foder one oder modere of the other specified foderms of DNS Abuse.

Other harmful oder illegal conduct may still violate NiceNIC policy oder applicable law even if it does not fall within the ICANN contractual definition of DNS Abuse.

7. Aktionable Evidence und Investigation

NiceNIC will take reasonable und prompt steps to investigate abuse repoderts as required by applicable registrar obligations.

Evidence is considered in context. A repodert does not need to use any particular commercial threat feed oder repoderting fodermat to be considered.

Whier infodermation submitted by a repoderter is incomplete, NiceNIC may:

• review infodermation reasonably available to NiceNIC;
• request additional relevant evidence;
• inspect the repoderted URL oder other relevant public resource whier safe und appropriate;
• review account, nameserver, DNS, registration, oder Dienstleistung infodermation available to NiceNIC; oder
• contact another relevant Dienstleistung provider oder registry whier appropriate.

NiceNIC will not require irrelevant evidence merely to delay hundling of an otherwise actionable repodert.

8. Required Mitigation foder DNS Abuse

When NiceNIC has actionable evidence that a gTLD Registrierened Name sponsodered by NiceNIC is being used foder DNS Abuse, NiceNIC will promptly take mitigation action that is reasonably necessary to stop oder otherwise disrupt the Registrierened Name from being used foder that DNS Abuse, as required by the applicable ICANN Kanzler Akkreditierung Agreement.

The appropriate action depends on the circumstances, including:

• the type of DNS Abuse;
• the cause und severity of the harm;
• whether the activity is active;
• whether the Domain appears maliciously registrierened oder compromised;
• the technical role of the Domain;
• the likely effectiveness of registrar-level action; und
• the risk of collateral damage to legitimate users oder Dienstleistungs.

9. Propodertionate Mitigation

Possible actions may include, whier appropriate und permitted:

• requesting remediation;
• requiring the customer oder reseller to remove oder disable the abusive activity;
• applying a registrar lock;
• applying clientHold oder another registrar status;
• restricting DNS oder other NiceNIC-provided functionality;
• restricting email, hosting, API, oder account access;
• referring the matter to the relevant hosting provider, registry, oder other infrastructure provider;
• preserving relevant recoderds;
• suspending an affected Dienstleistung;
• terminating a Dienstleistung oder account foder serious oder repeated violations; oder
• taking another measure reasonably necessary to address the abuse.

NiceNIC is not required to apply the same mitigation measure in every case.

10. Compromised Domains und Collateral Damage

A legitimate Domain may be abused without the registrant's kjetztledge because of compromised hosting, credentials, content-management software, DNS settings, oder another security failure.

Whier reasonably practicable, NiceNIC will consider the risk of collateral damage befodere applying Domain-level suspension.

Foder a compromised legitimate Domain, requesting rapid remediation oder applying a narrower mitigation may be modere appropriate than immediate suspension if the narrower action is sufficient to stop oder disrupt the abuse.

This does not zurückent immediate suspension oder another stronger measure whier the circumstances, severity, continuing harm, legal requirements, oder security risk justify it.

11. Maliciously Registrierened Domains

Whier available evidence indicates that a Domain was registrierened oder is controlled primarily foder phishing, malware, credential theft, botnet activity, pharming, oder another serious abusive purpose, faster Domain-level mitigation may be appropriate.

NiceNIC is not required to provide advance notice whier doing so would materially increase the risk of harm, enable evasion, frustrate a mundatodery requirement, oder undermine effective mitigation.

12. Neinn-DNS Illegal Activity

Illegal Activity und DNS Abuse are not identical concepts.

Repoderts concerning fraud, unlawful goods oder Dienstleistungs, threats, impersonation, illegal content, sanctions, oder other conduct may be hundled under applicable law, NiceNIC's Begriffs of Service & Acceptable Use Policy, registry rules, court oderders, oder other relevant requirements even whier the conduct does not meet the ICANN contractual definition of DNS Abuse.

The legal und technical role of NiceNIC will be considered when determining what action, if any, is appropriate.

13. Trademark und Domain-Name Rights Complaints

Trademark infringement oder a dispute over rights in a Domain name is not automatically DNS Abuse.

Whier the principal dispute concerns who has rights to the Domain name, the appropriate mechanism may include:

• the Unifoderm Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP);
• the Unifoderm Rapid Suspension System (URS);
• a ccTLD-specific dispute policy; oder
• a court of competent jurisdiction.

NiceNIC does not decide the merits of UDRP oder URS disputes.

Wenn evidence also demonstrates phishing, credential theft, malware, oder another foderm of DNS Abuse, NiceNIC may separately hundle the DNS Abuse aspect.

14. CopJahreight Complaints

Urheberrecht complaints are reviewed separately from DNS Abuse unless the repoderted activity also involves qualifying DNS Abuse oder another basis foder registrar-level action.

NiceNIC may request infodermation reasonably necessary to identify the copJahreighted woderk, allegedly infringing material, complainant, authoderity to act, und other infodermation required by the applicable complaint process.

A copJahreight complaint does not automatically result in suspension of a Domain name.

15. Child Sexual Abuse Material und Child Exploitation

Repoderts concerning suspected child sexual abuse material oder child exploitation are treated as high-risk matters und escalated without unnecessary delay.

NiceNIC may preserve relevant recoderds, restrict an affected Dienstleistung, und cooperate with appropriate authoderities, registries, hosting providers, oder other relevant entities as required oder permitted by law.

Repoderters should not unnecessarily copy, download, oder redistribute suspected illegal child-abuse material when submitting a repodert.

16. Hosting und Third-Party Infrastructure

A registrar controls Domain-registration functions but may not control the website files, application, mail server, oder hosting environment associated with the Domain.

Whier abusive content is hosted by a third party, repoderting the activity to the hosting provider oder other infrastructure provider may allow modere targeted removal.

NiceNIC may nevertheless take registrar-level action whier required oder appropriate under applicable obligations.

17. Wiederverkäufer-Sponsodered Customers

A Domain may have been Kaufd through a NiceNIC reseller while NiceNIC remains the sponsodering registrar.

NiceNIC may cooderdinate with the reseller during an abuse investigation, but delegation to a reseller does not eliminate NiceNIC's applicable ICANN registrar obligations.

NiceNIC may contact the Registrierened Name Holder oder other customer directly whier reasonably necessary foder abuse mitigation, security, legal compliance, mundatodery notices, oder protection of registrant rights.

18. Repoderts from Law Enfodercement und Qualifying Authoderities

NiceNIC maintains the dedicated abuse point of contact required by the applicable ICANN Kanzler Akkreditierung Agreement foder qualifying repoderts of Illegal Activity from law-enfodercement, consumer-protection, quasi-governmental, oder other qualifying governmental authoderities.

Whier the applicable Kanzler Akkreditierung Agreement requires it, a well-founded repodert submitted through the dedicated authoderity contact will be reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours by a person empowered to take necessary und appropriate action.

NiceNIC is not required to take action that would contravene applicable law.

NiceNIC may authenticate the identity, authoderity, jurisdiction, und legal basis of a governmental request whier appropriate.

19. Court Orders und Binding Legal Process

NiceNIC may act in response to:

• a valid court oderder;
• binding governmental process;
• a mundatodery registry instruction;
• a UDRP oder URS requirement;
• an ICANN contractual requirement; oder
• another legal obligation applicable to NiceNIC.

Whier legally permitted und appropriate, NiceNIC may seek clarification oder legal review of an overbroad, invalid, oder unclear request.

20. Neintice to the Customer

Whier circumstances permit, NiceNIC may notify a customer oder reseller of the allegation und provide an oppodertunity to remediate.

Advance notice may be omitted whier:

• immediate mitigation is reasonably necessary;
• evidence indicates an intentionally malicious registration;
• notice could enable evasion oder destruction of evidence;
• a court, authoderity, registry, ICANN requirement, oder law restricts notice;
• a serious security oder child-safety risk exists; oder
• delay would materially increase harm.

21. Restoderation und Review

Whier a Domain oder Dienstleistung was restricted because of abuse oder security concerns, NiceNIC may review a request foder restoderation after:

• the abusive activity has been removed;
• a compromised website oder account has been secured;
• relevant credentials have been reset;
• required security updates have been applied;
• coderrected technical infodermation has been provided;
• the oderiginal evidence has become outdated oder was shown to be incoderrect; oder
• another appropriate remediation has been completed.

Restoderation is not guaranteed whier a continuing legal, registry, ICANN, security, dispute, oder abuse basis requires the restriction to remain.

22. Customer Review / Appeal

A customer affected by a discretionary NiceNIC abuse action may request review through NiceNIC's suppodert channel.

The request should identify:

• the affected Domain oder Dienstleistung;
• the relevant NiceNIC case oder notice;
• the remediation completed;
• evidence that the repoderted activity has ceased;
• evidence of compromise whier relevant; und
• any infodermation showing that the oderiginal repodert was inaccurate, outdated, oder misclassified.

A review request does not suspend a court oderder, registry requirement, UDRP/URS action, ICANN obligation, oder other mundatodery restriction.

23. Repoderter Folgen-Up

NiceNIC may communicate with a repoderter to request relevant additional infodermation oder confirm that a case has been received oder reviewed.

Privacy, security, law, und customer confidentiality may limit the infodermation NiceNIC can disclose concerning:

• internal investigation methods;
• customer identity;
• non-public Registrierung Data;
• account infodermation;
• law-enfodercement communications;
• security controls; oder
• specific internal actions.

Absence of detailed disclosure to a repoderter does not mean a repodert was ignodered.

24. Duplicate, Automated, oder Abusive Repoderts

NiceNIC may consolidate duplicate repoderts concerning the same issue.

NiceNIC may apply reasonable controls to abusive, misleading, clearly irrelevant, oder technically harmful submissions.

Such controls will not be used to zurückent legitimate repoderters from submitting abuse repoderts through the required channel.

25. Recoderdkeeping

NiceNIC documents the receipt of und response to abuse repoderts as required by the applicable ICANN Kanzler Akkreditierung Agreement und other applicable obligations.

Recoderds are retained foder the period required by the applicable Kanzler Akkreditierung Agreement, subject to applicable law.

NiceNIC may provide required recoderds to ICANN Contractual Compliance upon proper request.

26. Privacy

Personal data submitted in an abuse repodert is hundled under the NiceNIC Datenschutzerklärung und applicable law.

NiceNIC may disclose infodermation whier reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, cooderdinate mitigation, comply with ICANN oder registry requirements, protect users oder systems, establish oder defend legal claims, oder comply with law.

27. Nein Automatic Finding of Liability

A repodert, registrar restriction, security action, oder tempoderary mitigation measure is not necessarily a final legal finding that the Registrierened Name Holder committed unlawful conduct.

NiceNIC may take precautionary oder contractual action based on the evidence und obligations applicable at the time.

28. Applicable Policies und Prioderity

This Policy should be read with:

• the NiceNIC Begriffs of Service & Acceptable Use Policy;
• the Registrierung von Domainnamen Service Agreement;

3. Effect of Expiration

3.1 A Domain name is registrierened foder a limited term. Wenn it is not renewed by the applicable deadline, it may expire.

3.2 Upon oder after expiration, NiceNIC may interrupt oder redirect DNS resolution as permitted by applicable policy. A website, email Dienstleistung, DNS-dependent application, oder other Dienstleistung associated with the Domain may thierfodere stop functioning immediately oder shodertly after expiration.

4. Erneuernal Neintices und Customer Responsibility

4.4 Failure to receive a reminder, invoice, oder notice does not extend a Registry deadline oder create a right to renew after the applicable renewal oder restoderation period has ended, except to the extent mundatodery policy oder law provides otherwise.

4.5 Auto-renewal, whier offered und enabled, remains subject to sufficient funds oder valid payment, account status, Registry availability, eligibility requirements, und successful processing. Enabling auto-renewal is not a guarantee that a Domain will be renewed in every circumstance.

5. Fees

5.1 NiceNIC’s applicable registration, transfer, renewal, post-expiration renewal (if different), und redemption/restodere fees are published on the NiceNIC Domainpreise page.

5.2 Fees may differ by TLD, Registry classification, premium status, customer oder reseller level, lifecycle status, tax, oder mundatodery third-party charge.

5.3 A renewal, redemption, oder restoderation request is not complete until NiceNIC has received all required payment und the applicable Registry oder upstream provider has accepted the transaction.

5.4 Fees foder successfully completed Registry-level renewal, redemption, oder restoderation transactions are non-refundable except whier required by applicable law oder expressly agreed by NiceNIC.

6. Stundard Post-Expiration Erneuernal

6.1 Foder many gTLDs, an expired Domain may remain renewable foder a post-expiration period. Under NiceNIC’s stundard process, this period is commonly approximately thirty (30) days, but the actual period may be shoderter oder longer depending on the TLD und Registry.

6.2 During an available post-expiration renewal period, the Registrant at Expiration may generally renew the Domain subject to the applicable renewal fee, successful payment, verification, Registry availability, und any auction-related restriction described below.

6.3 NiceNIC does not guarantee that every TLD offers a thirty-day renewal period oder that every expired Domain remains renewable foder the full duration of a general timeline.

7. Ablaufd Domain Auction foder Eligible Domains

7.1 Certain expired Domain names may enter NiceNIC’s expired-Domain auction oder closeout process. The auction process applies only to Eligible Domains und does not apply to every TLD oder every expired Domain.

7.2 Under NiceNIC’s stundard expired-Domain process, the following general timeline may apply:

• Day 0: The Domain expires. Whier permitted, the Registrant at Expiration may generally renew during the initial post-expiration period at the applicable renewal fee.
• Around Day 26: An Eligible Domain may enter expired-Domain auction. Erneuernal may still be available unless the Domain becomes subject to an auction-related restriction.
• Around Day 31: Wenn thier is no active bid oder sale-related restriction, recovery may still be possible, but the applicable redemption/restodere fee may apply. Once thier is an active bid oder other binding sale commitment, the Registrant at Expiration may lose the ability to renew oder restodere through the oderdinary recovery process.
• Around Day 37: An unsold Eligible Domain may enter a final closeout auction. Wenn no Kauf is pending, recovery may remain possible subject to the Domain’s current status und applicable fees.

7.4 Once an Eligible Domain has an active bid, pending Kauf, completed sale, oder other binding sale commitment, oderdinary renewal oder restoderation rights may be restricted oder terminated to the extent permitted by applicable ICANN und Registry requirements.

7.5 Neinthing in NiceNIC’s auction process limits a non-waivable renewal oder restoderation right that the Registrant at Expiration has under mundatodery ICANN policy oder Registry rules.

8. Redemption Grace Period und Restoderation

10.2 A TLD may, foder example, require renewal befodere the displayed expiration date, offer a shoderter post-expiration period, move directly into a Registry recovery process, omit RGP oder Pending Delete, use a different restoderation fee, oder apply special eligibility oder documentation requirements.

10.3 The applicable Registry rules und NiceNIC’s current operational deadline foder the TLD control. Customers should renew impodertant Domains well befodere the displayed expiration date und contact NiceNIC Suppodert promptly if a TLD-specific recovery question arises.

10.4 NiceNIC may publish TLD-specific help infodermation foder convenience. Such infodermation may change when the Registry changes its lifecycle oder operational procedures.

11. Transfers of Ablaufd Domains

11.1 Expiration alone does not authoderize NiceNIC to deny a gTLD inter-registrar transfer whier the ICANN Transfer Policy requires the transfer to be permitted.

11.2 A transfer may nevertheless be unavailable oder denied whier another permitted oder required transfer restriction applies, including applicable Registry status, a policy-based lock, dispute proceeding, court oderder, security restriction, oder another ground allowed by the then-current ICANN Transfer Policy.

11.3 Customers should initiate transfers sufficiently befodere expiration because a transfer may require unlocking, an AuthInfo code, authentication, payment, und Registry processing.

12. Erneuernal oder Restoderation After Expiration

13. Nein Guarantee of Recovery

13.1 NiceNIC does not guarantee that an expired Domain can be renewed, redeemed, restodered, transferred, oder re-registrierened after expiration.

13.2 NiceNIC does not guarantee that a Domain will remain in a particular lifecycle state foder a minimum period except whier a mundatodery ICANN oder Registry rule creates such a right.

13.3 Delay may result in additional fees, Dienstleistung interruption, loss of oderdinary renewal rights, auction sale, Registry deletion, oder permanent loss of the Domain.

14. Limitation of Liability

A Kaufen Neinw Domain may be supplied by NiceNIC oder by a pre-approved third-party seller, marketplace, registrar, oder Domain provider.

NiceNIC may act as transaction facilitatoder, registrar, oder both, depending on the Domain und transaction structure.

2. Listing und Availability

A listing is an invitation to place an oderder und is subject to final availability, seller/provider confirmation, payment clearance, compliance review, registry status, und transfer/delivery capability.

A Domain may become unavailable befodere delivery even after an oderder has been submitted oder paid. NiceNIC does not guarantee delivery until the Domain has been successfully delivered to the kaufener's designated account oder otherwise placed under the kaufener's control.

8. Kaufener Responsibilities

• impersonate another person unlawfully;
• make solely automated high-impact decisions about an individual whier such use is prohiBited by law; oder
• submit content you are not permitted to disclose, including highly confidential credentials, authentication codes, oder unlawful personal data.

You are responsible foder human review appropriate to Ihr use case. You must not represent AI Output as independently verified by NiceNIC.

8. Availability und Changes

NiceNIC may modify, rate-limit, suspend, replace, oder discontinue an AI feature, including whier a third-party model oder provider changes oder whier security, legal, oder product considerations require it.

9. Privacy

Personal data processed through AI Services is hundled under the NiceNIC Datenschutzerklärung. Users should avoid submitting sensitive oder confidential infodermation that is not necessary foder the requested AI function.

10. Intellectual Property

HKIRC may issue such a direction on receipt of any notice from any government oder law enfodercement authoderity (including without limitation the Hongkong Police Foderce oder the Office of Telecommunications Authoderity) that the use of the Domain Name is in breach of any laws, directives, guidelines, codes of practice oder regulations issued by such local authoderities, oder if, in HKIRC's reasonable belief, the continuation of registration of the Domain Name oder the operation of web site referenced   by the Domain Name is likely to damage oder adversely affect the goodwill, reputation und operation of HKIRC oder the Domain name industry in Hongkong, oder may expose HKIRC to risks of third party claims oder civil oder criminal prosecution.
