9. Burden a Determination

The URS Examiner, not NiceNIC, determines whether the complainant has established the required elements.

Fnebo a compromised legitimate doména, requesting rapid remediation nebo applying a narrower mitigation may be mneboe appropriate than immediate suspension if the narrower action is sufficient to stop nebo disrupt the abuse.

This does not předchozíent immediate suspension nebo another stronger measure wzde the circumstances, severity, continuing harm, legal requirements, nebo security risk justify it.

11. Maliciously Registrovated Domény
