For a domain name to which the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP") applies, the then-current UDRP adopted by ICANN is incorporated by reference into the applicable Domain Name Registration Service Agreement between the Registered Name Holder and NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC").

UDRP proceedings are administered under the then-current Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and the supplemental rules of the ICANN-approved dispute resolution provider selected for the proceeding.
NiceNIC does not decide the merits of a UDRP complaint. NiceNIC performs the registrar obligations assigned to it under the UDRP, the Rules, the Registrar Accreditation Agreement, and applicable ICANN requirements.
Where NiceNIC receives proper notice of a UDRP proceeding, NiceNIC may place or maintain the domain in the status required by the UDRP and its Rules, provide Registration Data as required by applicable ICANN procedure and law, and implement a final decision in accordance with the applicable policy and procedural waiting periods.
Nothing on this page eliminates any right to submit a dispute to a court where the UDRP or applicable law preserves such a right.
Many ccTLDs are not governed by the ICANN UDRP or use a modified/local dispute policy. The applicable registry's dispute policy controls for those domains.
For .hk and .香港 domain names, the applicable HKIRC Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and Rules apply.
Certain gTLDs may also be subject to the Uniform Rapid Suspension System ("URS"). Where applicable, NiceNIC will comply with the then-current URS procedure and registrar requirements.
