Registrar Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy (TDRP)

1. Purpose
The Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy ("TDRP") is an ICANN policy governing certain disputes between registrars concerning inter-registrar transfers of domain names.

For domain names subject to the ICANN TDRP, NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED ("NiceNIC") will comply with the then-current TDRP and related ICANN procedures.

2. Official Policy Controls
The current official ICANN TDRP is incorporated by reference.

If this page conflicts with the official ICANN TDRP, the official ICANN policy controls.

3. Nature of the TDRP
The TDRP is primarily a dispute mechanism available to the relevant registrars in connection with an inter-registrar transfer. A Registered Name Holder does not obtain an independent right to file a TDRP complaint merely by virtue of this page.

Customers who have a transfer problem should first contact NiceNIC Support and provide the affected domain name, relevant dates, account information, and any transfer notices or evidence available to them.

4. Records and Cooperation
NiceNIC may retain and produce transfer-related records, including transfer authorizations, notices, authentication records, Registration Data, transaction records, and other evidence, to the extent required or permitted by:

the ICANN Transfer Policy;
the TDRP;
the ICANN Registration Data Policy;
the Registrar Accreditation Agreement;
applicable registry requirements; or
applicable law.

5. No Effect on Other Rights
The TDRP does not replace:

the UDRP or URS where applicable;
applicable ccTLD dispute policies;
lawful court proceedings;
customer complaints concerning NiceNIC's service; or
any other mandatory remedy available under applicable law or ICANN policy.
