#1 Pay by online crypto payment but money not credited

There are 2 main reasons:

1) If you pay by BTC, then please wait for 30 minutes to 6 hours before the BTC is released.

2) Your crypto payment is marked as "invalid" by the gateway like Triple A, we actually can't receive your payment.
"Invalid" payment is due to Triple A's compliance rules, it cannot be avoided. The "Invalid" payment will be returned to you in 10 days or so by Triple A. In such case please try Manual crypto payment method.

#2 How to make crypto payment online?

Please pay crypto currency online through "My Account > My Payment > Add Balance > ......", our system will process your crypto automatically and instantly.

#3 How to make crypto payment manually?

Please find "My Tickets" on the left navigation bar in your control panel, then in the dropdown list please click "Submit a Ticket", select "Wallet Address" as your ticket type, our system will send you the wallet addresses automatically by replying your ticket. By default, we will send you BTC, USDT and ETH wallet addresses.

#4 What crypto currencies does NiceNIC support?

Bitcoin, Tether USDT (USDT TRC20), ETH (USDT/ETH ERC20), LTC and XMR

#5 Is there extra fee if paying by crypto currency?

For online crypto payment, the gateway payment company like Triple A will charge small service fee, we will credit your account for the net amount that we received.
For manual crypto payment, the transaction platform like Binance will charge small service fee, we will credit your account for the net amount that we received.

#6 What other payment methods does NiceNIC.NET support?

PayPAL, bank transfer, Zelle etc.
